- Linda (8/5): Very good steak for dinner. Breakfast good too. - Very helpful staff.
- Paige (10/5): - Loved the room, so spacious, clean and comfortable. Check out is quite early. 10am is barely enough time to wake up and have breakfast if you're enjoying a romantic night away or making use of the pub the night before!
- Roger McDonnell (9/5): - Very nice, sadly luke warm shower first morning The food could have hotter
- Vanessa (8/5): V good - Small but stylish a very comfy

- melinda (9/5): Nice tavern with good comfort food and clean and well decorated, good size bedroom and bath. - Clean, good size comfortable bedroom, nicely decorated, nice pub and restaurant, and very good breakfast. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Everything was good. Would have liked an elevator to second floor. It was tricky getting in and out of shower because of step down.
- Pamela (10/5): Perfection -
- Jan (9/5): Prima B&B bij pub en grill - Mooie ruime kamer, vriendelijk personeel en prima ontbijt -
- Rhonda (9/5): Charming hotel convenient to Guildford - The hotel is situated across from the train station, so it is easy to get into Guildford. There is a parking lot free for guests. The room was charming, there was even a window seat, and the bathroom had plenty of space to put your toiletries. We ate in the restaurant, both dinner and breakfast. Everything was good. Staff also very kind. My partner lost his wallet there, which is still a mystery, but I can't blame the hotel.
- Baak (9/5): - Het hotel lag op een leuke locatie, de kamer was netjes en het ontbijt was goed.
S'avonds heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant. Niets
- Carole (8/5): Enjoyed our stay - Staff were excellent. The food was good but fairly expensive. Breakfast was different as everything was ordered off a menu. There were no buffet options, which is unusual these days. The whole hotel/pub had a South African flavour which was really nice Radiators in the bedroom didn't work.

- John (9/5): All good -
- Clive (10/5): The Percy Arms sets a benchmark for how to treat guests that even many big hotels fail miserably on. - It's not often I give anywhere such high scores because so few places deserve it, but the Percy Arms is a notable exception.
We stayed only one night at the Percy Arms to attend a dinner event at the Silent Pool gin distillery, but will definitely return because it has so much to offer.
From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and looked after. The staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble, and the owner is chatty and friendly. We genuinely felt like valued guests - not just another couple paying to sleep in a room.
I would 100% recommend the Percy Arms to anyone wanting to explore the Surrey Hills area and local villages. Possibly the only minor irritation for my wife was the poor light level in the bathroom as the illuminated mirror doesn't work (we forgot to mention it), but it's a small detail.

- Kevin Mark (9/5): - Food was excellent Leaving
- Neil (8/5): Very comfortable accommodation ensuring a great nights rest and convenienly located above the pub/restaurant. - A variety of rooms, we used all 5 for a small group celebration. Rooms are comfortably furnished and well appointed. Great beds ensure a good nights rest. Rooms located above the pub/restaurant. Access in and out is restricted to emergency escape route outside of business hours.

- C (6/5): Friendly staff - Excellent parking.
Excellent and friendly staff on arrival.
A big nice room and bathroom.
Big built in wardrobe with only TWO hangers and one shelf, (no draws)
Bedding clean and fresh, comfortable bed.
Poor lighting in bathroom, mirror light not working and a bulb not working.
Pre-order breakfast the night before....
Breakfast was good quality but not much of it ie 1 bacon, 2 eggs, ¾ of a mushroom, 1 sausage, beans, and ½ of tomato. .

- David (9/5): - Warm and welcoming Inn. Great welcome from the gentleman member of staff Shower water could have been warmer. Breakfast from 7.00am would have suited me more as working locally with an 8.00am start made a 7.39am breakfast a bit of a rush.
- Claude (10/5): Je recommande cette destination - Nous avons aimé le charme de l’établissement, notre chambre très confortable et le dîner avec un services très souriant
- Debbie (10/5): Luxurious, but also cosy - The room was outstanding, especially with the very luxurious free standing bath. The food was excellent. The sharing board of South African delights was delicious and very filling, but lovely trying authentic food. The steak as a main wowed us!
- Nigel and Aleidis (10/5): Highly recommend - Great atmosphere, lovely food, comfortable room and bed, friendly staff
- Sarah (9/5): Lovely place to stay! - The room was lovely, the bathroom was lovely and it was quiet and warm. The staff were amazing after a difficult start due to a car problem (of you need to cancel, you will need to take it up with booking.com and don't believe the first reply you receive from booking.com saying the vendor has refused - this wasn't the case at all and I'm now disappointed in booking.com!)... The breakfast was great, we would have preferred 8am start over 9am at weekends. We really enjoyed a gorgeous walk around vineyards and farm animals exploring the Surrey hills at 7am instead! The menu for dinner wasn't quite to our needs unfortunately, but that didn't matter as we went out exploring and found an amazing American/western themed restaurant!
- Ian (8/5): Would return but not that easy to find - Just fine
- Simon (8/5): Good all round Hotel and Restaurant! - Free parking which is always a bonus nowadays.
Friendly staff on arrival. Room was spacious and clean and tidy. Bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had a good shower. Had dinner and breakfast all of which was a good choice and well prepared. Nothing really as served the purpose for my one night stay.
- Anne (10/5): We will visit again asap - Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent food and service. Great location.
- Lee (10/5): Great Experience - Staff were very helpful. Food (dinner and breakfast) was great. The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed. We liked the South African theme in the pub. Plenty of spaces in the car park. The only negative would be the shower. It wasn't hot and lacked pressure for my liking.
- Clive (10/5): Excellent food, lovely room, great staff. - Lovely, spacious room. Excellent bathroom, very happy. Rattling extractor fan in the bathroom but a tap with a coathanger silenced it.
- Carol (10/5): -
- David (9/5): Overall a very enjoyable night stay...recommend the restaurant...food great! - Dinner on Tuesday evening was fantastic. Steak Night was first class, excellent value and nearly the best steak I've ever eaten. Breakfast good quality from a decent range of options. No cereals or juice but i'm OK with that Was not looking to find fault but if I was I would not have found anything.
Opposite railway level crossing but was not bothered by that at all.
- Dionne (10/5): - Warm welcome, warm room, comfortable bed, interesting breakfast with a South African option.
- Darren (10/5): Well done The Percy Arms, an excellent hotel, for which I hope to return to one day - The staff were very friendly, accommodating & helpful - The room was very well presented, clean & comfy - The breakfast was fantastic, each item was of high quality and very tasty Nothing

- Peter (8/5): Lovely alternative to a chain type hotel. Really friendly staff and great food! - Well appointed room. Excellent food. Some noise from the rail line close by and also from the kitchen below.
- Mark (10/5): As mentioned above, staff and facilities were great, food in the restaurant was awesome and good value. - Quaint Inn in a small English village, good access to tourist attractions. Awesome staff. Marius and Jess at bar were always friendly and helpful . Aryana our housekeeper was fabulous and Alfie was a great host who accommodated our every need . Nothing comes to mind .
- Jill (10/5): Lovely location, great pub and beautiful room - Lovely staff, great food Earlier breakfast on Sunday although the bacon sandwich was good
- Molly (10/5): Our new favourite countryside pub stay!! Staff were amazing, food was 10/10 and had all the cosy vibes which is exac - It’s boutique and cosy feel - our room was gorgeous!

- Phillip (8/5): Comfortable stay, quality bed and bedding. Staff very helpful. - Location fine, breakfast good. Little breakfast choice. Cold shower initially on first morning. Missing plug in sink
- Heather (8/5): - A good location for walking and a good bus service connecting the surrounding villages & countryside & nearby Guildford No cereal choice for breakfast
- Dorothy (10/5): -
- Angela (10/5): -
- Julie (7/5): Clean and comfortable but needs attention to the temperature in v cold January weather. - A well furnished, spacious room and good en suite. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Although it was warm when I arrived the radiator went cold around 10pm and didn’t come on again until around 8.15am. The temperature in the room dropped v quickly and I was cold during the night. It is an old building and probably doesn’t have good insulation.
