• Marco (9/5): una conferma, sempre al top! - È sempre bellissimo venire qui - sono un frequentatore abituale di questo hotel (una volta all'anno, in primavera, da diversi anni) e la cosa migliore, quello che non si vede dalle foto, è la gentilezza e la simpatia dello staff. Per il resto, è come lo si vede nelle foto: quegli spazi così ampi, il verde, le piscine, tutto contribuisce a rendere il soggiorno davvero piacevole e rilassante. Mio figlio impazzisce per il parco acquatico, ovviamente. E tutto è tarato alla perfezione (ad esempio al buffet, vario e buono, non capita mai di fare coda nemmeno sul cibo preparato al momento). Purtroppo in primavera il vento spesso impedisce di fare il bagno in mare aperto, dal pontile (quest'anno abbiamo avuto bandiera rossa 5gg su 7!), e la soluzione B (cioè quella sorta di "piscina naturale" in cui è possibile fare il bagno a riva) è piuttosto piccola.

An additional advantage is its excellent location – right next to an aquapark. The rooms are spacious, very well maintained, and spotlessly clean. A special mention goes to the minibar, which is replenished daily, providing a convenient and thoughtful touch for guests. The hotel offers heated swimming pools, which are a great attraction regardless of the weather. The grounds are truly impressive – the gardens are beautifully maintained, full of greenery and flowers, and the work of the gardeners clearly deserves recognition. The service is also of the highest standard – professional, friendly, and always helpful. The entire hotel has a very welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere, making it a perfect place to relax. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well‑equipped, with a bed that guaranteed a great night’s sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location was also perfect, it was peaceful, yet close to everything I wanted to visit. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. A special mention goes to the night shift receptionist - Maher, who was exceptionally kind, professional and easy to communicate with. Despite the late hour, he greeted me and my family with a warm smile, handled our requests quickly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The only downside is the overpriced shops within the resort. We have had the most amazing New Year Eve at the Diamond Hotel. Booked Luxor and Port trips through the hotel representatives who you can meet by the pool area. Fresh pizza was great!

I first want to start with a shoutout to Gabr the cleaner, Mohamed at the 24 hour bar, Wagdy at the Sea View Bar and Mahmoud, Mustafa and Amr the amazing painters. This was my first real holiday ever and I have no regrets at all, the service is amazing and the painting I requested from Mahmoud turned out amazing as well! Gabr made such an impression on us as well, on the first day he came to introduce himself and get to know us, all the days after he remembered our names and left beautiful art pieces made from towels on our bed. Mohamed and Wagdy remembered our drinks all the time and were super friendly. And the painters, I saw their work and I wanted to make a request for my dog, Mahmoud did an amazing job at this and just talking with them all is so satisfying as well. Me and Anastasia have sat there for hours just to talk, and look at Mahmoud putting his magic on the canvas. Thank you everyone, we hope to see you all next year. Kind regards, Jethro and Anastasia

We enjoyed the aquapark, several swimming pools, beach with the snorkeling possibility. Tea from the Animation Team was doing great job in taking care of the youngest family members. Our room was spacious, nicely furnished, and cleaned daily. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very important in the summer heat. We loved the coral reef right near the shore – great for snorkeling! Staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The whole resort felt safe and relaxing, perfect for couples or families. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back. PS. You should visit bar, they have amazing coctails😋
• juliabA1266UZ (10/5): - The hotel is in a good location - about 35 minutes from the airport. Rooms are very spacious, clean, with working air conditioning. You have free access to a mini bar in the room, daily replenished bottled water and drinks like Sprite, Fanta, Cola. In the room there's a kettle, tea and coffee. Food is tasty and varied. Only for us too little fruit. The dishes are not heavily seasoned, but there is a wide selection of spices available to season yourself. Service is very friendly, always helpful and smiling. We especially recommend Family Bar - Mena and Ali are great bartenders, you can joke with them and they make the best drinks. Pools are amazing, they have many different depths. There is something for everyone. I highly recommend!

• adamkX4518PV (8/5): Great place for a family rest, with some minor chink in the armour. - As our family’s stay at Sentido Akassia comes to an end, I’m relaxing on a sunbed and taking a moment to share our experience. Rooms: We had a family room, and an additional double room for the grandmother. Both were very spacious, cleaned thoroughly each day, with bottled water and soft drinks replenished daily. The bathrooms were large and comfortable. A well-deserved 5/5. Resort Grounds: Beautifully maintained gardens, especially charming when lit up at night. The gardeners are the unsung heroes of this place. 5/5 Beach: The lagoon carved into the coral reef is perfect for kids—safe, shallow, and full of fish. The reef wall by the jetty is stunning for snorkeling, though we did have a few red-flag days. 5/5 Pools: There are three large pools, including one for adults. However, here’s the one big downside: sunbed reservation abuse. Many guests were reserving beds early in the morning without using them for hours. (Check one of my photos taken around noon—beds “taken” but umbrellas still closed and unused.) Pool staff should manage this better. How are beds even being reserved before the towel center opens? 4/5 Food: If you're expecting Michelin-star dining at an all-inclusive resort, that’s on you. The food was good, with plenty of variety and something for everyone. You won’t go hungry here. Fresh pizza and snacks available between meals were a nice touch. 5/5 Hotel Staff: Everyone we interacted with—from the front desk and bartenders to cleaners and gardeners—was kind, professional, and attentive. Truly great service. 5/5 Animation Team: Unfortunately, this was the weak link of our stay. Activities were poorly communicated. There was no music or dancing at the kids’ pool—some music played yesterday, but nothing today. No organized games or energy around the pools. The Roman theatre shows were average, but the venue itself felt lifeless and disconnected from the rest of the resort. It would be better to organize evening events closer to the hotel. We did enjoy the pool party, but even that felt half-hearted—the animation team barely interacted with guests, mostly playing among themselves. Some actions (like flipping floaters with kids near the pool edge) felt unsafe. Sadly, this was the weakest animation team we’ve seen in any hotel we’ve stayed at, and a major reason we’re giving an overall 4-star review. 1/5
• F9062OLmagdalenap (10/5): Sentndo Akkasia Beach is a great hote - Sentndo Akkasia Beach is a great hotel, great service, good people ... We spent a week at the hotel with our friends, two families were in the neighboring hotel Akkasia Swiss. The hotels have a common aquapark but different bars and restaurants, it would be much easier if the bars and snack bars were common in the aquapark, there would be no misunderstandings that occurred with the Akkasia Swiss hotel staff. I admit that it was not a comfortable situation, but the Sentindo hotel staff, knowing that we are friends, supported us so that we could spend our birthdays together and not only that, for which we are extremely grateful. If I were to recommend a stay at this Resort to anyone, it would only be Sentindo. Everything was clean, the food was delicious, taking care of the tourist's satisfaction, everyone was extremely friendly.
• Stay528413 (10/5): Great family holiday - We spent the Easter holidays at Sentido Akassia with our three kids. The resort complex is shared by three hotels: Sentido Akassia, Swiss Akassia, and Diamond Beach. Sentido and Swiss Akassia are closely integrated, sharing access to the Aqua Park, several pools, and the beach. While guests at Diamond Beach also have access to the Aqua Park, they do have a bit of a walk to get there. Overall, Sentido Akassia appears to offer a higher standard of service and amenities compared to its Swiss counterpart. Pros: The hotel features a beautiful garden, which becomes especially enchanting at night thanks to the decorative lighting. It's a relatively small hotel, creating a more intimate and relaxed atmosphere. All rooms offer garden views, with a select few boasting sea views. The restaurant is also smaller and more personal compared to the large dining area at the neighboring Swiss Akassia. Food quality is impressive for an all-inclusive resort—varied, flavorful, and well-prepared. For Easter, the hotel went above and beyond with festive decorations and themed buffets, adding a special touch to the holiday. A restaurant dress code is enforced, which adds a welcome sense of refinement to mealtimes. While the beach is compact and the designated swimming area is limited, you can already spot colorful fish just a few meters into the water. A pontoon extends over the coral reef, making it easy to snorkel and enjoy the marine life beyond the barrier. There are plenty of pools—an impressive number, especially since many are shared with Swiss Akassia. The Aqua Park is a major highlight, offering numerous slides for all ages, including a thrilling half-pipe and a large raft slide that accommodates up to five people. The staff were consistently friendly, smiling, and eager to help. Rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided each day. Cons: We stayed in a family room, which had only one WC for five people—and it was located inside the bathroom. This setup wasn’t very practical, especially in the mornings or when getting ready. The hotel is quite calm in the evenings. While many guests may appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, those looking for vibrant nightlife might find it lacking. Evening entertainment consists of daily shows held in a shared amphitheater for all three hotels. However, the shows were generally average, and once they ended, there was little else—no music, no dance floor, nothing for those wanting to enjoy a lively Saturday night. Although nightlife wasn't a priority for us as a family, the overall vibe did feel a bit too quiet at times. Lastly, there was constant canvassing around the pool areas for massages, haircuts, or excursions. While friendly, the persistent sales pitches became somewhat bothersome. We had a very enjoyable stay at Sentido Akassia. The resort offered a great balance of relaxation and fun, and our kids absolutely loved it—especially the pools and Aqua Park. The overall experience was positive, and we would definitely consider coming back for another holiday.

Food - breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner, drinks - everyting perfect. Entertainment team - good talkative persons - for us Czech tourist we have had one czech speaking person, so if you are affraid with small kids, don´t worry, the lady will help. Every day mini disco for kids. Every day yoga, every day water gym, also they prepared a celebration of birthday for kids. They also preparing during the day some other activities. Apartment - two rooms, excelent choice. Our kids had their own room, my husband and I also our own room. Good view from the balkony to the pool, bar and pizza corner. Good for kids. Personal very friendly.
• Culture52103261236 (10/5): Christmas in Sentido - great hotel, great location, close to the airport, far from the buildings (bazaars) - for us it was an advantage, a pier for snorkeling at the hotel with a beautiful coral reef, Quads nearby, aquapark on the hotel premises, so you can't get bored during the day, I recommend it because of the very nice and helpful hotel staff, I recommend using the help of lifeguard Youseef on the pier during snorkeling (we have a nice film and a lot of photos from snorkeling thanks to him), the hotel manager Ibrahim Moustafa is very nice and helpful

Das Essen machte dem All-Inclusiv-Image alle Ehre. (Massenware) Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Meer wie immer klar, voller sehr schöner Fische und auch vieler Korallen. Was die Gastfreundschaft der Ägypter angeht.....in Kairo waren wir rundum zufrieden und hatten auch keine Probleme einen für beide Seiten zufriedenstellenden Preis auszuhandeln. Das Essen war dort in jedem von uns besuchten Restaurant sehr lecker.
• ANDREY (8/5): Для любителей аквапарков и пожилых людей. - Отдыхали в декабре 2014, приехали сюда из-за аквапарка, дочери 10 лет он понравился. Для постояльцев отеля он бесплатный. В больших горках аквапарка вода не подогревалась. Номер семейный 75 кв. м. с двумя спальнями, оснащён хорошей сантехникой, есть подобие биде. Номер не прокуренный. Отель пишет, что он для не курящих, хотя многие сотрудники курят, о гостях не говорю. Качество питания хорошее, отдыхали по системе все включено, из недостатков можно отметить отсутствие бесплатных пакетированных соков. Качество домашнего рифа ниже среднего. На пляже достаточно навязчивый сервис. Отель располагает хорошим фитнесс центром. Територия ухоженная.
