- Guillermo (1/5): Disorganized service and poor attention to basic guest needs. - Nothing notable stood out during this stay. We booked for 3 guests (2 adults and 1 child), but upon arrival the child’s bed was not prepared. Staff brought sheets and asked us to make the bed ourselves late at night. There was no apology, and no attempt to check or correct the booking information with Booking.com — staff only repeated that we were expected to call in advance, which is unreasonable given the confirmed reservation. During the stay, the child’s comforter was removed, making the room cold at night. We were not informed of breakfast hours at check-in, so we missed breakfast the first morning. When we did attend, breakfast was well below expectations for this type of hotel. There were also no price tags on in-room food items, which is not acceptable. As a Booking.com Honors Gold member with extensive experience in similar properties, this stay was clearly below standard.

- RBonin (10/5): Great location! - We enjoyed our stay here with family while visiting the area. Close to restaurants and attractions. Our main goal was to go to Gaylord Texan and this is the perfect location for visiting that during the holidays. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Typical Hampton breakfast but was perfect to start the day. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay here again next time we are in the area.

Kayla at the front desk was incredibly courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to make check-in smooth and answer all my questions with a smile. The location is fantastic, with several good restaurants within easy walking distance – perfect for quick meals without needing a car. They also have a convenient shuttle service to nearby workplaces and offices. Highly recommend!

- Charles (9/5): Great hotel with large rooms and comfortable beds - Friendly staff and clean hotel with comfortable beds with large rooms. Free parking available and great BBQ place nearby. However you do need a car when staying here. Coming from Europe I was very surprised to see that plastic cutlery and paper plates and cups were used for Breakfast, I found this a huge waste of plastic waste etc every day. However I have seen during my time in the states this was quite standard for many hotels, not just this one, unlike most of Europe which use proper cutlery and plates. Coming from Germany were recycling and waste it viewed very differently than in the states this was quite sad to see but maybe this will change in the future.

- sundaetraveler (10/5): Hidden Gem - When they say "dog friendly," they're not kidding! My dogs were treated like royalty by the front desk staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Yay! for great customer service provided by Abbey, Alex, Kayla & Jeff. But more that that, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was ample and the entire vibe felt safe and secure. We got a great night's sleep with zero noise, too. Breakfast is available as well and there are some good choices. 10/10 we'll be back the next time we're in the area. Oh, and if you're into BBQ, they're right across the street from Hutchin's.

From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like I knew her before she even opened her mouth. And once she did it was instant connection, smiles, and camaraderie! SHE IS A DIFFERENCE MAKER in the experience! SERIOUSLY----give her a raise, train her to lead, do whatever it takes, because she will keep US RETURNING OVER and OVER AGAIN! My room was surprisingly large and the bed was comfortable. Everything clean as expected. I had no noise issues an the location was perfect! We went to a restaurant across that parking lot that had fresh everything! Wild caught tuna over salad was my choice of the day along with there realllllly GOOD, non-sugar added, sweet tea! They use a whole food natural sweetener.

- jameswS659CZ (10/5): Family gathering/birthday saved. - This was one of the most pleasant hotel experiences we have had. We have and continue to travel often. First of all, the hotel we had booked was experiencing a complete power outage including with no A/C or water. They didn’t know when or if it would be restored. We were in a predicament. Luckily, this hotel Came to our rescue… All of the staff were great. Abbeygail, checked us in and took excellent care of each thing we needed. She was courteous, friendly and a joy to Encounter. Our grandson’s birthday bash was a complete success due to the accommodations provided to us. We will stay here again…definitely!

It’s always clean and always welcoming. Abbeygail and the entire Hampton team make this hotel feel like checking in to home while your on the road.
- cesarf292 (10/5): Newly remodeled / friendly greeting - Was incredibly happy with the newly renovated rooms. This Hampton is a big step up from the many others I’ve experienced. Madi was the friendliest front desk person I’ve encountered in several years. Business travel wears on you and it’s nice to be greeted with the joy that Madi expressed.

They quickly moved me to a new room. The room was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Kudos to the staff!

- Amber (10/5): Amazing place - It was absolutely amazing! Everything the customer service was top notch everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing. The room was so clean and comfortable. The pool and hottub was very nice as well. Got to relax by the fireplace.
