Guest Reviews
- Judith (10/5): - A most tastefully furnished and decorated property kept in immaculate order. Many extra homemade treats such as biscuits, bread, jam and marmalade. The cooked breakfasts were wonderful and we were superbly waited on by our host who had thought about every conceivable thing his guests might need!
- Fiona (10/5): Great Malvern mini-break - We had a lovely 2 night break at Ashbury B&B. Our hosts were extremely friendly and offered advice about the local area. The room was spacious and comfortable with a modern en-suite. Breakfast was delicious and nothing was too much trouble.
- Gerald (10/5): - Graham and Karen are great hosts. The property is lovely and the room a good size.
The breakfast was very tasty and well cooked.
Overall, this is a fantastic B&B.
- pauline (10/5): - Excellent value for money. Friendly welcome. Really good breakfast, facilities and view Delicious homemade lemon cake and biscuits a nice touch. We will definitely return.
- Jane (8/5): - Graham and Karen were excellent hosts…very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The en suite was well fitted out but very ‘snug’ so there wasn’t much room for manoeuvre. Breakfasts were lovely, with plenty to eat and topped off by homemade bread and jam.
The property is in a quiet part of Malvern and my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
- Caroline (10/5): Lovely b&b - Lovely twin room in the ground floor due to my mothers access needs. Breakfast is usually served on the first floor but the proprietors accommodated us on the ground floor which was hugely appreciated. Well cooked breakfast and good choice of cereals and fruit. Quiet location but near local sights.

- Christopher (8/5): Happy visitor. - Positives: Welcoming owners. Nice set up. Impressive entry. Excellent breakfasts.
Slightly less positives: Hard to find - a problem with Malvern, not the proprietors. Room temp a bit cool, and no adjustment possible. Bed softer than my back is happy with !
Overall: Great value for money. Good service.

- Maureen (10/5): Fantastic B & B in Great Malvern - A warm welcome and delicious tea and cake was much appreciated on our arrival at this lovely B & B. Nothing was too much for the owners, Karen and Graham. Our room was spacious, well equipped, beautifully furnished and the bed extremely comfortable, providing two good night's sleep. A varied breakfast menu was on offer each morning and the food was of the highest quality - Karen's homemade bread, jams and marmalade were thoroughly enjoyed. We really appreciated their welcoming text messages before our arrival and the use of their fridge and freezer during our stay. A fantastic weekend which we hope to repeat in the future..
- Graham (10/5): An excellent B & B. - The Ashbury B & B is an excellent place to stay and Graham and Karen are the perfect hosts, very welcoming and nothing is to much trouble. - Elizabeth (10/5): Pure luxury home from home. - A lovely and friendly property. We were greeted with a warm welcome which was much appreciated as we had come from a funeral of a dear friend that day. Graham made us a pot of tea which was served with the most delicious home made lemon drizzle cake. We sat looking at the gorgeous view which lifted our spirits. Our room was perfect and comfortable and we didn't want for anything. It is the little things that count like power point that were accessible to plug in a phone, hairdryer or I pad. so often you have to move furniture to find one. The breakfast was again delicious with homemade bread and an extensive menu to choose from. All beautifully served. Convenient to walks and town but at the same time very quiet location. Truly a home from home. We shall return.

Our lovely room (the 'Green Room') was clean and comfortable and boasted a king-size bed and luxury en-suite facilities. Nothing was too much trouble for our friendly and welcoming hosts Karen and Graham. The breakfasts were fabulous: lots of choice and delicious!
