- Masaharu (3/5): やはり値段なりということです。 - ホテルの立地場所は良かったし、駐車場も十分でした。 ２ベットルームとダイニングキッチン、２バスルーム付きの部屋を３泊４日の宿泊予約しました。 椅子はキッチンの４脚と腰の抜けたソファーが１脚のみで、ベットルームには机も椅子もありませんでした。 バスルームにバスタブはあるもののシャワーと蛇口の切り替えができなかった事と、バスルームの換気口はあるものの換気が悪いのかシャワーを使うと部屋の壁が湿気てベトベトしていた。 シーツの交換は一日置きだそうで、シーツの交換日を逃したため３泊の間のシーツ交換をしてもらえなかった。 ロッカーにハンガーが３本しかなかったので、利用する方は予備のハンガーを持参した方が良いです。 私達は１階の部屋でしたが、上のフロアーは出稼ぎのような労働者の宿泊場所の様でした。

- Angelita (5/5): You get what you pay for. - Mr. Brian's guest-oriented services is highly commendable. He was courteous, attentive to our complaints and helpful. The bathroom shower head is not adjustable, installed wrongly making your bath difficult and stressful. The bathroom dispensers for the bath gel, shampoo and conditioner were not working well. Another struggle while trying to control and manage the shower head.
- James (3/5): In short I spent almost $750 up front for an experience that I should have just went tot the beach and saved that $$ to - I loved the cleanliness and the quantity yet spacious privacy it provides. We loved the kitchenette and the accommodation of being able to cook. We didn’t like certain staff of the of its hospitality. Front desk was awesome. Brian and Destiny! Some houseman and general maintenance were just no smiles no politeness and really no hospitality. The biggest disappointment was when we had an incident. On Saturday 11/15/25 mark the date. Morning shift splendid!! Brian knows! But… night shift Jeff and jezamar or however you spell the name… we’re just not hospitable and not of any sort of leisure providing any professionalism to the case. It took destiny to come from front desk to amend the situation and provide a simple first aide something that is trained and given towards hotel stafff yet what should have been within in a few minutes turned into well over 5. That ruined the experience for our guest that were coming over to share the night with familia visiting. Mind you we were frequent customers who loved garden villa for its pleasure and fun and accommodation with a smile and hospitality but as of late it has been on a decline and our last stayed really has driven us to stay away because on top of such a devastating experience we encountered some sort of favoritism. Now we have stayed many times and in my policy it does not state anymore that NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED. It states along these words of being mindful and respectful of others in the property/guests but doesn’t state no music. For jezamar to come to my niece and my sister and demand them to shut off the music because it was too loud? But here is the kicker that drove me birder line enraged I just had to be forced to sleep it off is that my guest had to leave early because no pull no music so we couldn’t home in that moment but yet when I come back about a hour later and it’s now 8:30 we have the whole poolside filled with the H2 workers and the karaoke blasting from their speaker and they are being loud obnoxious and smoking in the non smoking sections yet nothing was done about that?

- Vivian (5/5): Look Around - The room was really spacious, 4 beds for the 4 of us. Location was good, across the street from the beach, sunset is beautiful at the beach. The entire facility is outdated and feels old. The Wi-Fi in the room was not great and the outlets are limited and inconvenient. There were limited amenities in the room, even though we had 2 bathrooms, the shampoo/condition/body soap containers were empty and it looks like there was a different liquid in the one that had something in it. There were ants when we woke up in the morning. This is probably more suitable for someone looking for an affordable place to stay on a longer term work trip if you don't need good Wi-Fi.

- Frederick (JOE) (3/5): Worst stay I have ever had. - Grass was cut. Parking was ample. It looked old and not in the best shape. Door lock batteries has to be replaced, electronic keys stopped working three times. Multiple WiFi and Cable television problems. WiFi could not be secure. Lost water for two days and no status of when repairs would be made.

- Yamamoto (9/5): 家族連れにお勧めです！まるでプールつき集合住宅。 - 今回のグアム旅行で３か所のホテルに泊まりましたが、一番印象的で次も泊まりたいホテルでした。 ・中庭のプールを囲んでこじんまりした綺麗な集合住宅のようです。プールですぐ遊べるので、小さいお子さん連れにもお勧めです （プールは朝7時～夜8時までオープン） ・お値段の割に部屋が広い（ベッド 4つ） ・シャワー&トイレが一部屋に２つあるので、プールや海で遊んだ後に家族がどんどん洗えて助かる ・海から近い ホテル前の横断歩道を渡ったら、目の前のホテルの裏が海です。歩いて5分です。 ・スタッフさんがフレンドリー ここのホテルが一番グアムらしさを感じました。朝１０時を過ぎてルームクリーニングが始まると、楽しそうに世間話？をしながら仕事をするスタッフさんの明るい声が廊下から聞こえます。 なんだかグアムらしくていいなぁと思いました。 なお、スーペリアスタジオとスタジオプールビューに泊まりましたが、部屋の形や構造は同じで、中庭にあるプール沿いか、そうではないかだけの違いでした。 プールが見えると「今は人がいないからプール使おう」とか判断できますが、プールが見えなくても全く問題ないです。 またKマートやメスクラドスまでは徒歩１０分くらいなので、買いたいものもすぐ調達できます。 （空のスーツケースを持っていて、水24本を調達しました） そんなに気にならなかったですがあえて言えば… ・廊下の声は結構聞こえます。 ・備え付けのシャンプー・リンス・ボディソープが出にくいことがあります（浴室が2つあったので、よく出る方を使えば問題なし） ・洗面所のコンセントが使えないことがあります（これも洗面所は２か所あるので困らなかったで）

- Jennifer (1/5): Bad - Nothing Floor was dirty. My feet turned black. The AC was not working. It was blowing hot air. They werent able to give us another room till the next morning. Remote for AC was filthy
- Christine Keolani (8/5): - Great price and space convenient for our family. Wasn't the first time we stayed there. We enjoyed our stay, need some touch up renovations. And even though tiles need to be replaced atleast clean floors would be nice! Also under beds and tables too. Some staff were nice and some moody. It's nice to have welcoming professional staffs especially when traveling away from home and with your family.

Male staff member wouldn’t even say a simple hello when we walked in and made eye contact at the front. He seemed like maybe a supervisor? He wasn’t the person doing the check ins, but was working in the front with other paper work.
- Isaac-apis (3/5): Poor - Rooms were comfy enough, good for my big group...but really BIG negative was my sandals went "missing" and "found" again after checking with housekeeping and putting in a complaint to the front desk 🙄...and this was WITH the do not disturb sign on my door. Definitely will not be booking here again.

- Navarro (7/5): I am comfortable and a bit uncomfortable. - Location is first. The first accommodation is a bit off coz we encountered crowded hallway. So we decided to just transfer and upgrade our room. We got one of the four-plex room it was nice safe and clean though the blankets are feathery.. but all in all I am 50/50.. Although the room is clean but surroundings is a bit off.. and the trash that I gave to the house keeping they just left it under the stairs not too far from our entrance door. When they go inside the room they don’t remove their shoes. The couch is like dirty,

- Alica (6/5): Pleasant - I like the place near the place of our event What I don’t like it is there some girls like teenager which is drunk outside building. Plus the Airconditioning inside bedroom have sound and making noise when it’s on . I can’t sleep well because of the bad sounds.
- Becky (7/5): The only things really stopping me from giving an excellent rating are the things I mentioned already. - The room set up was great No hand towels or hand soap. And stingy with the toilet paper. Only twice did we get a new roll. I had to buy some. Also the laundry room was not open at 7am. I had to ask for it to be opened and finally someone showed up at 7:20. Also our kitchen trash was completely full. Never got emptied.

- Thomas (2/5): Baby Cockroaches Rule the Room - Baby cockroaches all over the floor when the lights go out at night. Nobaccessible plugs where the table is, but you don’t dare move the table as the legs are barely on. Floor is bleached before arrival, but that has faded parts of the floor. The place is adequate for bare minimum survival if you don’t mind hundreds of baby cockroaches. Looks like a gulag type prison room, but with a fridge 👍

- Henry (9/5): We are satisfied and enjoyed our short stay. - Spacious room for 4 persons and has a secured entry. the distance of the room to the parking which is not ideal for loading and unloading if it is raining specifically if you are rushing to catch flight. Maybe if a covered walkway will help.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good stay - 4泊の滞在中、2回洗濯したかったが、1回目はフロントで5ドルを25セントに両替してくれたが、2回目は断られた。プールの水があまりきれいではない。お部屋は広くてバストイレは2つあるので、便利で良かった。掃除は2日に1回と事前にお知らせがあった方がいいと思う。シャワーの水圧や排水は良かった。自炊できるのでまた再訪したい。

- Glomar (10/5): My stay here is always fantastic - I like how the staff was so accommodating. I love the cleanliness of the room. It’s cold and relaxing. Especially the fluffy pillow and the bed. It’s so comfortable that this is my go to place for staycation. I love how we can cook our food and enjoy a relaxing day with no disturbance. The hospitality and warmth your staff has are awesome. What’s more great is the grocery store your hotel has. We don’t have to drive far to get drinks and foods. Keep it up garden Villa 😁
