Breakfasts was good with nice selections. Perhaps yoghurt could be added? Some things are beginning to decay like the sun-bed covers. Black grill parts missing from the gullies around the pool. Also some tiles missing around the manhole covers. Not safe.

- S1067LRsophiem (10/5): The Tubki Resort - our Indian home! - We have just returned from two weeks at this truly wonderful hotel where we were very well looked after by the fabulous Mr & Mrs Tubki and their staff. We loved everything about our stay - our room (clean, spacious and very comfortable with efficient air conditioning), the ever helpful Tubki team, the food (e.g. the made to order breakfast omelettes, lassis when returning home after an adventure, butter chicken, tadka dhall, ghee rice... I need to stop somewhere but these were some of my favourite things!), gossiping on a sun lounger by the pool with other residents and watching the world go by from our balcony. In short, we love this place and can't wait to go back!

Always available, always willing to help and at the same non-intrusive and happy to let you get on enjoying the place without trying to sell anything. All the staff, reception, cleaning and restaurant staff are excellent. Food in the restaurant is excellent and good value for money. Small but lovely swimming pool. Very quiet place and rooms are excellent value for money. Special mention to Ajit(reception) who was always super helpful, like if I was going out for the day arranging a packed lunch. Highly recommended.

But I was there in Christmas week so I imagine it would be cheaper at other times. It’s a bit of a walk from the centre of town / beach along a busy road.

- Maps36500252923 (10/5): AWESOME RESORT NR PATNEM NEACH - The Tubki Resort is one the best resort to stay with family, very near to Patnem beach and around 5 mins bike ride to Palolem beach. breakfast is buffet and is complimentary in the package, rooms are big and are very clean including the washroom swimming pool is average size. food is very good at their restaurant. overall experience was good and would rate 10/10 for the stay

Parking, though parking is there, it's right at the entrance on the main road, somewhat difficult to get your car in and out of parking.

- Linda (7/5): Spacious, comfy room in great location - Breakfast was good, freshly made eggs to order as you like them. Quiet location, yet short walk to the beach and its many excellent restaurants. We had a comfy, spacious room with kitchen. The room also had a wonderful balcony for sitting and watching the world go by whilst sipping a cool drink. Some guests left dirty plates outside their rooms which attracted cockroaches. The staff cleared the plates away once we notified them of the problem, but it would be good if they had been cleared without us having to notify them. You had to ask to have your room cleaned.

There was a change in room type at the time of check-in because we wanted all rooms next to each other. While they did that, they didn't mention the change in price for the room type and we paid for the deluxe room while we stayed in the standard room.

But got to know at night that the room had lots of bed bugs. So we checked out immediately next morning. Ours was a 2 nights stay but we just left next morning. Rooms are infected with bedbugs. This was really not expected. I came back home yesterday but my belongings are still in my parking. I am scared that the bedbugs might get into my house after staying in this apartment.

- CieraDrake (8/5): Friendly hotel staff, nice room, super hard bed. - When we were there, the staff were excellent. The girl working the front desk helped me arrange travel multiple times. Before getting there though, I had emailed a few times, and was corresponding with someone who didn’t know much English and therefore couldn’t really help me. Also, the bed was hard as a rock, and I’ve never had an issue with a hotel bed before. The bed is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise the room was nice, the shower was the best shower of the trip, the pool was nice, the drivers were good, the breakfast was good, and they held out bags the day we were checking out.

It's accessible to the beach and location was good. Property was having the private parking. Swimming pool is at the entrance and you won't feel privacy. Shower was not there at the pool. They can add more options for breakfast. Balcony mesh door was not cleaned properly.

- Jet18141975321 (8/5): Best value for money hotel at Palolem - We had visited a few hotels and then finally ended up here. The hotel is beautiful with a clean pool to relax. The rooms are spacious, and are incredible value for money as compared to the other options we checked around Palolem beach. This hotel is about a 9-10min drive to the beach which makes it the perfect place to stay at. The non vegetarian food was lip smacking delicious. The staff was very courteous, and the people here were very helpful. I'd left my credit card in the parking lot by mistake, and Ajit from the resort was nice enough to courier it over to me. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Palolem and nearby places.

So, guys, just keep going! There were power supply cuts, but as I understood it was the problem for every Patnem hotel or restoraunt. And it's better to make a little refreshment of some stuff and rooms... But anyway it was good

- Savio (10/5): As mentioned above. - We stayed at this property just for a night at the 2BHK apartment, during our vacation from Europe , but we are north Goans. we liked overall everything, there is nothing to complain.Highly recommend this property to anyone who’s looking to get away from a busy schedule. The place is very cozy, staffs are excellent especially Shubham one who works at the restaurant . They have in-house restaurant and Buffet breakfast, which is really a plus point. Only the bathroom doors were worn out .

- Tourist08180245855 (8/5): One of the best hotels in Patnem at a reasonable price - Stayed at the Tubki Resort Sept/Oct 2022 for 4 weeks. Enjoyed our stay and all the staff were so freindly and helpful and the owner Mrs. Sangeeta ji was wonderful and made us feel at home. The room was quite spacious with an attached kitchenette with basic cooking facilities and a dining table . Nice size balcony overlooking the main road and the pool. Nice to know that bedding was changed on a daily basis by Chanda and Ganesh. Reception staff headed by Clema, Ajit and Prashant were helpful. Restaurant staff namely. Aman, Shubnam and Sunil were great. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely come back again. Only one negative comment. The staircase leading up to the rooms are badly in need of painting and some redecorating required.
