• Guest (8/5): En general es muy agradable, limpio, el personal muy atento a lo que uno le pide. - Las habitaciones son muy agradables a pesar de ser pequeñas, el personal es muy amable si le pides algo. No me gustó que las carpas hay que pedirlas en recepción lo que nadie te dice al ingresar y justo al lado hay unas que no pertenecen al hotel y las cobran a 30, también falta algo de acompañamiento del personal en esa área porque todo hay que ir a pedirlo al bar y aunque son muy atentos es algo molesto estarse parando, también no le dicen a uno que en el bar se puede ordenar el almuerzo y se lo llevan a la carpa en la playa, es un servicio espectacular pero que nadie le dice a uno y lo descubrí porque ví la carta en el bar y pregunté por el.

• Cuadrado Hernández (8/5): Buen sitio - Instalaciones aseadas todo muy organizado. A pesar que el check in era a la 3 pm nos habilitaron la entrada a la 1 pm. El sonido lejos de la playa, no hubo acceso a manejar el sonido.

• 908camilay (10/5): Visit The Wonderful Place - The place I chose was Coveñas / Colombia, it is a very nice, quiet beach and I go there every year or every time I have holidays in June or December. This year I was there during Semana Santa (April - 2021) with friends and family. Here you can relax, ride jet skis, play volleyball, football, play in the tourist attractions, walk on the beach and so on. What I liked most about the place was the attention offered by the workers, always ready to help and to make sure you didn't miss anything and the hammocks to rest, the food was very delicious, here you could find all kinds of food and at a good price. The place is really nice, away from the noise and allows you to find yourself. I would come back because it is a place that makes me feel happy and I disconnect from everything and have time for myself.

• nelsone02 (6/5): Just a good hotel - It’s a great hotel in Coveñas but if you’re staying here do not accept a room on the first floor. There’s a lot of noise and you can’t sleep cuz people are always yelling and walking around. The good thing about the hotel is that you have a pool, a hot tub and the beach near your room.

Per un piccolo soggiorno ci ritornerei volentieri

• 537isabellaw (8/5): As promised and as expected - The hotel is nice and clean and the rooms are comfortable and all equipped with A/C. The rooms are all held in plane white, with a bed and tv. Not more. I was missing some storage space to organise our things a little better. The service and hospitality was nice, they were all friendly. We had an issue with noisy neighbours and they took excellent care of us by changing to another room immediately. All in all it is nothing fancy, rather simple but that we knew and we enjoyed it very much and would definetly come back.

• Gordon (8/5): Everything we needed - This hotel is not big or modern but it's clean. Friendly staff and right on the beach. Which was almost like a private beach when we stayed as there were hardly any other people. The water was warm and clean. A negative is that our room 67 shower had hardly any water coming out of it which made it hard to rinse the soap off. And it would be nice to have a soap for the hand sink and one for the shower. The beds were comfortable and it wasn't noisy so was able to get a good nights sleep. I would return to this hotel in Covenas.

• Nivato (4/5): The hotel does not have real beach. - Where this hotel is located it does not have beach, it is in front of the ocean but without beach, the nearest nice beach is about 1km away. It has pool but is really small and too dirty. The first night we had a problem with the air conditioning and the toilet, the first one was dripping over the bed and two pillows, they fix it partialy and the other day the will fix it at all. and the other one did not flush (the tank was not filling water). After they fixed the air conditioning, the green light of the air conditioned, was exactly over our heads, so we could hardly sleep the second night. The breakfast is not included and the costo is not 4 COP as the announcement. So i did not recomend this hotel. on the other hand the local manager is a really good person and he tried to solve every problem to us.
• Paula (4/5): Nice pictures but terrible truth! - The hotel has a nice location, but is really dirty. The Bathrooms have fungus in the shower and the walls. The beds are really uncomftables.
• Andres (2/5): There is no beach! - Pool not nice, jacuzzi with no heater (cold water), no beach, no retsaurant! This should not be classified as a hotel! Photos in the Internet are not what you find at this place.
• Flickery (6/5): If you have to go to covenas, this works, no frills. - Everyone in covenas has built on the beach, so you should not expect much for sand. In fact they have a few yards of sand held with sand bags. The hotels are on a rough dirt road. This hotel had an empty fridge, one tiny sheet (no blankets) and one towel per person. Bring a beach towel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ask for a top floor room towards beach, there are several small buildings and few have good view. Still some construction on hotel happening.
