- Jhoanna (9/5): - Great location - easy walk from hotel to Le Marais and the Louvre, and less than 5min walk from Les Halles station (if you are coming/going from/to CDG airport) and Chatelet (if you are coming/going from/to Orly airport). Staff were very helpful. Room was small but very comfortable and clean, and perfect for a solo traveler. Loved opening the windows onto view of Rue Saint Honore. There is a lift in the building. Breakfast is underground in a room that resembles a cave - very intriguing!

- paulinadaners (8/5): Excelente location - the hotel was located in a very strategic zone it was clean and has everything we need the water in the shower was a little cold they have a great luggage storage service which allows us to explore the city on the day that we made the check out

- Ambre (2/5): A FUIR - Un des seuls points positifs était l’emplacement Personnel absolument pas a la hauteur… Quand je suis arrivée a plus de 19h (signalé sur booking), la chambre n’était toujours pas prête et j’ai du attendre environ 3/4 d’heure avant que ma chambre soit prête! Je ne trouve pas ça normal d’autant plus que les heures de check in normales tournent autour de 15h.. il devait donc y avoir largement le temps pour préparer la chambre avant une arrivée a 19h.. De plus, je me suis retrouvée dans une chambre avec 2 lits simples alors qu’il était précisé sur ma réservation qu’il s’agissait d’une chambre avec lit double. Lorsque j’ai appelé le personnel pour qu’ils me remettent dans une chambre en adéquation avec ma reservation cad lit double, on m’a répondu qu’on “ne savait pas quoi me dire et qu’on ne pouvait rien faire” pour moi et que je devais attendre le lendemain matin pour régler ce problème (je ne restait que pour une seule nuit… et je le leur ai rappelé mais cela n’a rien change à la prise en charge et le problème est resté le même). Cerise sur le gateau, j’ai oublié un produit cosmétique dans la sale de bain en partant le lendemain : impossible de le récupérer malgré le fait que j’ai appelé l’hôtel tous les jours qui suivaient et plusieurs fois… J’ai quitté l’hôtel a 9h le tain pour un check out habituellement prévu pour 11h, mon premier appel a été passé a 15h et déjà aucune réponse concluante. D’après la réception, il aurait été pris par l’équipe de nettoyage mais l’équipe n’a fait que se renvoyer la balle, résultat : impossible de remettre la main sur ce qui m’appartient. Ce n’était pas un produit d’une énorme valeur mais je dois reconnaître que ce manque de professionnalisme et l’expérience générale me force a dire que cet hotel ne vaut malheureusement absolument pas son prix.. une déception totale !

Isolatie is niet zo goed maar ook niet te slecht dat je niet kan slapen van de lawaai (kan anders zijn voor ieder persoon). Badkamer van de 2de kamer was minder goed maar niet te slecht. Personeel: 1 van de 3 personeels was een beetje droog en gemeen, maar in het algemeen waren ze wel allemaal behulpzaam.

The heating system wasn’t working in the room where I stayed, but the reception staff provided me with an electric heater. The windows were old and didn’t seal properly, which made the cold air come in even more

- Patricia (6/5): An enjoyable stay in a good location where you could access museums, cafes and the metro. - The location of the hotel is very good, close to The Louvre, Rue de Rivoli, the Seine, a variety of shops, cafes and Chatelet Les Halles. It's a good 20 minute walk to Notre Dame. The staff, front of house were polite and helpful. Once inside, I felt safe. The room was cleaned every day. A kettle and bottled water were provided. The courtyard hotel room was quiet, small but serviceable. You could open the courtyard windows when the room heated up. The room's decor (dark brown and orange) was a little depressing and very dated. Neutral colours would enhance it. The wardrobe was tiny and the hangers were too wide for the space. It would have ben a good deal if a continental breakfast had been proved.
