1Bigmama60 (4/5): Disappointing - Disappointed. We have stayed at several Hampton Inns, in other states. This trip was such a Disappointment. The Hotel seemed to be a little outdated, and not as clean as other Hampton Inns. Dust in and on the Drawer ledges. The tile floor by the sink, and toilet area, was slippery. My rubber bottomed shoes were sliding on the floor, like it may have had an oily film. I thought it must have been what the floor was cleaned with. We walked outside to the pool area, another Disappointment. When I booked this Hotel, I wanted an outside pool, with an area to sit and relax in the Sunshine. The photos appeared to be inviting, what we saw, was not. The pool needed a good skimming of leaves. The whole outside area of this Hotel looked as if it were not cared for. Unlike the other Hampton Inns we have stayed at, those grounds were meticulous. Our first night, we discovered the bed frame (platform) was broken, and made horrendous noise each time we moved in bed. The next morning we discovered a dirty towel, hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Upon that discovery, we went to the front desk, informed them of our concerns. The front desk clerk after discussing our issue with her Supervisor, was quick to put us in a different room. Thankfully that room was cleaner. We did note a private pool cleaning company came one morning, As anyone with a pool knows a daily skimming of debris is part of pool maintenance. Disappointing stay, it may be our last one with Hampton Inn.

We had toilet tissue but no holder for it so it was sitting on counter when we arrived. The bathroom was horrible there was dirt caked up around tub and corners. My son discovered the bar for toilet tissue holder under sink on floor after the first night. The cleaners left a rag behind television and the headboards had splatter of something on them. I requested just an hour late check out because my daughter was sick to her stomach and was denied. I also need to mention that I am a travel agent and of all the Hampton I have stayed this by far was the worst! I also took pictures of everything that I was dissatisfied with!

Mcandrew (10/5): Exceptional - Location! The pool was smaller than expected, but we were there for the beautiful gulf water, so it wasn't an issue for us.
Sheri (3/5): It was a horrible experience and will not book this hotel again. - The front desk was friendly Got into the room, no towels, had to go down to get towels for the room on Friday, next morning we got up and left for most of the day. No one came and cleaned the room while we were gone. had to go back down Saturday and get more towels in order to take shower. No room service was provided. We got there on a Friday and checked out on Sunday. Breakfast on Saturday morning had biscuits no gravy, some kind of omelets, oatmeal. Sunday morning had gravy but no discuits, no meat of any kind and potatoes that looked burned. Very very disappointed for the price we paid for the 2 nights. ($540) so not worth the price. The elevator broke on us Friday evening. And then ran really really slow the rest of the stay. Very very disappointed.
Maly (8/5): - The continental breakfast was fantastic! The hotel was clean and maintained. The only downfall was housekeeping. We stayed for 4 nights and never had our hotel room cleaned. We purposely went out everyday between 9 and 1 so that we'd get our room made up but that never happened.
