• Gary (8/5): Lovely hotel and bar staff. - The people and bar staff are great, very friendly. To many people smoking cigarettes outside the rooms and getting secondhand smoke. If the hotel made a few rooms smoke free it would make the whole experience much more enjoyable.

• Oscar (10/5): Relax y Familiar - Vista bonita a pasado a ser nuestro espacio de desconexión y esto es principalmente por el ambiente familiar, ya que cada trabajador/a son tan cercanos/as y cariñosos/as desde el paso por recepción, el equipo del bar piscina y el equipo de limpieza, hasta Marta la gata es adorable. Gracias infinitas a Ayoze, Eduardo, Dorian, Mariola y Jose. Hasta la próxima.

• Ayoze (10/5): Como en casa. - Como siempre, quedarse en Vista bonita es un lujo, comenzando por el trato del personal, a nuestra llegada Lolo el chico de recepción siempre es un encanto de persona y se desvive por qué no te falte de nada. La limpieza de las habitaciones a cargo de Mariola y José siempre es un 10. Y qué decir de los niños del bar, Ayoze, Eduardo y David, siempre velando por darnos el mejor servicio. Para nosotros es como estar en casa. Nada.

• Mark (10/5): I highly recommend vista bonita - All of the staff were amazing the bar staff were really friendly and made me and my partner feel very welcome. The food that was prepared at breakfast was really tasty especially the freshly made omelette. We had evening meal a couple of times and was made to a very high standard. I cannot find fault with anything. I really recommend vista Bonita it is an excellent resort from the cleaning staff to the bar and management team they all deserve praise for the work and dedication that they put into the resort on a daily basis. Thank you for a wonderful time.
• Robert (10/5): Vista is my go-to for Gran Canaria. I really enjoy chatting with the staff at breakfast or over drinks - they are terrif - I love the layout of the property. As a single traveler it forces clients to interact a bit more. Also its small size makes the stay a bit more intimate. Could use 2 or 3 more pool umbrellas?
• Karlo (10/5): das war mein zweiter, aber nicht der letzte Aufenthalt!!! - TOP Service der Mitarbeiter u.a. an der Poolbar => Eduardo, Alwaro, David, Ayoze und Valerio!!!! auch das Reinigungsteam für die Appartements => super sauber!!! jeden Tag wurde auch dei Wasserqualität des Salzwasserpools geprüft bzw. gereinigt!!! gerne wieder im nächsten Jahr...! das Preisverhältnis für´s Frühstück => zuuuu teuer für relativ "einfaches" Frühstück, obwohl es jeden Tag leckeres Rührei mit Schinken/käse gab...!!!!!!!!
• William (9/5): Loved it and plan to visit again next year. - The property was very clean, one always saw cleaners and maintenance personnel about the place. The pool, though I didn’t use it was spotless as was the sauna which I did use quite regularly. My room was very clean and functional and everything worked, TV, fridge, kettle and WiFi. It is located a distance from the main centre, but taxis are reasonable in price and regularly drive past the end of the road. Equally there are two Spar mini markets in walking distance one less than 50 yards away. The staff are brilliant, helpful and ever so friendly, special thanks to the two guys at the front office and to Ayoze, Valerio and Eduardo, who did everything to make my stay enjoyable. Highly commended. I struggle to think of anything I did not like. The pillows were a little uncomfortable but that’s my only gripe and I did find a more comfortable one in the wardrobe.

Great breakfast and lunch options. Location isn’t great (if you’re walking you’ve got a big uphill walk regardless which way you’re coming from). Also had one staff member ask me to put my shirt on a couple times which I thought was very weird considering it’s a clothing optional hotel(??).
• BillyPF117 (10/5): Everything a guy needs from a holiday - Another fantastic trip to Vista Bonita. Clean and decent rooms. The utilities offered are everything you need. Irons, hairdryers all ready in room. The cleaning staff do a great clean every day. They’re very friendly too. The bar staff are another level of excellent! Eduardo makes the best (and deadliest) sangria we’ve ever had!! It’s located roughly 5 mins from the Yumbo in a taxi. About €6 on average. The pool bar food was exceptional. I expected a very standard hamburger and instead received an impressive work of art. I would highly recommend trying the food. The sauna on the roof is great. Clean, modern, a great size for quite a few blokes to squeeze in. Gets very hot if you catch my double meaning. Always sad to leave but look forward to visiting again.

Quiero destacar especialmente el increíble trato, la alegría y la cercanía de Ayoze y Eduardo. Sin duda, son el alma del complejo. Durante toda la semana nos hicieron sentir muy bien, siempre con una sonrisa, con bromas y con una actitud muy cariñosa que se agradece muchísimo. • 406danew (10/5): Perfect place to relax a week away in the sun - I visited Vista Bonita with my husband and 4 friends, the hotel is the perfect small hotel to relax a week away in the sun. The accommodation is clean, light and spacious. I loved the little balconies attached where you can relax with your breakfast, chat with other guests as they stroll by, or have a nice drink there of an evening. The facilities were good, great pool, poolside bar, jacuzzi, ample seating around the property. There is a lovely rooftop terrace with a sauna which has gorgeous views down to the sea and surrounding area. The location is perfect it’s nice and quiet, it’s far enough from the thick of playa del inglese, yet close enough that you can easily get taxis to nearby attractions. What I most loved about the hotel and our stay were the staff, they all really made the trip. We all felt so welcomed and at ease which was perfect for enabling us to relax the week away. Raul was very friendly and welcoming setting the tone for the rest of the trip. Ayoze was brilliant, so outgoing and chatty, he also made the best omelettes! Eduardo was a delight so friendly and funny and had such a fabulous energy. David and Valerio were also friendly and happy to help us with anything we needed. Samuel and Mariola were both so sweet and did a fabulous job of keeping our rooms clean throughout the trip. The other guests when we stayed were all lovely and friendly - it was nice to chat with other guests but when our group were happy have time to ourselves other guests were respectful of this. Marta the resident cat was also a highlight of the trip for me. I really had such a wonderful week staying at Vista Bonita and cannot wait to go back ❤️
• Ricardo (10/5): Lovely place, location, and amazing stuff - Beautiful place, big bright rooms, but what made this place special, was definitely the staff. From arrival, Raul received us with a smile that have made us feel very welcomed. Samuel and Mariola cleaned our rooms and all communal areas exceptionally. We had our room cleaned few times and always felt like coming back to a first day arrival kinda clean. Couldn't fault it at all. They work really hard, always with a smile and I absolutely loved them. The bar staff were like... part of the package, they definitely make the place different. Ayoze and Eduardo's latte competition has put a smile in my face every evening and ill rate Eduardos lattes as 5 stars and Ayoze ham and cheese omelette with no salt also 5 stars. Valerio and David were so amazing and a great laugh too, serving us both drinks and food. All in all, all these guys are an asset to the place. Los chefs Ayoze y Valerio hacen auténticas maravillas en la cocina, siempre con muy buen rollo, y todo se disfruta todavía más con las risas y el ambiente que crea Eduardo. Y fuera del bar, un 10 para Rodri e Irma: siempre pendientes de todo y dejando el apartamento perfecto cada día.

• Michael (9/5): - Ive stayed at the Vista Bonita five times it has been excellent and the staff are exceptional with a special callout to Ayozo and Eduardo. There were lengthy issues with water not being available during two days of our stay. Whilst I apreciate it was a problem in the locality, not just the hotel, I felt the situation could have been managed. LIttle information was provided and there was a depleted management prescence at the hotel to advise the staff and guests.

Easily accessible via short taxi ride to local amenities Beautiful duplex apartments, boasting a living room area and kitchen, with outside porch ( table/ Sun-bed) . Upstairs double bedroom with wardrobe space and bathroom with lovely shower , and balcony to enjoy the views & Sunrise/ Sunset Lovely outside bar for breakfast and other menu delights - hats off to the fabulous staff - Ayoze / Diego / Eduardo who couldn’t do enough for you - deserve a pay rise Beautiful pool / hot tub and lovely garden area with gym and book area On the roof boasts a sauna and sundeck - fabulous to watch the sunset Overall 10/ 10 Fabulous Nothing - All excellent
• Graham (8/5): Lovely venue. The atmosphere depends quite a lot on which other guests happen to be there. - Atmosphere, social, very clean. Really friendly staff. The only thing that I don’t like is how the music from the bar can sometimes be intrusive. It’s not always loud, but is played from a rubbish quality speaker so it’s loud but not very good quality. I felt I was nagging to ask for it to be turned down when it was hard to drown out with my own headphones. I noticed that a lot of people were wearing headphones to drown out the music, which makes it less sociable rather than more. Please get some decent speakers and play chilled out music more quietly!

Ayose, Eduardo and Diego who run the bar and restaurant are incredible. Everyday making delIcious food, amazing cocktails and always a smile on their faces. I will be back to.Vista Bonita as soon as i can. What a place. If you havent been, do yourself a favour and go stay there ASAP.

• David (10/5): My second home - Apart from a wonderful apartment,the staff stand out most.For the last three years I have now been four times,and the staff remain the same,a sign of a happy workplace.They make you feel so welcome,from Manuel and Raoul the reception managers,to Diego,Davide,Aiose,Eduardo the bar staff,who are always there to help,from early to late.And the housekeeping and maintenance staff,who all enjoy their jobs do much. I hope I can come here for many years to come,I find it very hard to leave at the end of each trip.So very highly recommended!!! There was nothing I didn’t like,everything was perfect
• Gary (8/5): Relaxing and enjoying meeting new people - It was nice that we could be ourselves and not be judged by others while being naked Too many people smoke cigarettes and it would be nice to have a no smoking policy in place (maybe even make some rooms no smoking) so people like me can sit outside smoke free. I had problems with cockroaches in the kitchen and complained about them and they put down some insect spray which killed one we found so we thought it had been infected but the last morning they were back over the kitchen work tops! It’s not good that I have stayed four times now and found cockroaches in each room that I have been in.
• Saúl Orlando (10/5): Atención humana sobresaliente. - El complejo es maravilloso. Un lugar muy tranquilo, perfecto para relajarse y desconectar. Se trata de un complejo pequeño, con pocos bungallows, lo que hace que no esté excesivamente concurrido; ideal para aquellos que buscan tranquilidad. El ambiente que se respira ha sido sin duda, lo mejor. En gran parte, gracias al personal que trabaja en el hotel. Desde los recepcionistas, Lolo y Dorian, super agradables y dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites; hasta los camareros (Álvaro, Yoni, Ayoze y Edu), personas super agradables y que sin más, te hacen sentir como en casa. Si vas con perrito, no dudes en que va a estar más que a gusto Vista Bonita; la mía ha disfrutado del hotel incluso más que yo. En este aspecto, gracias infinitas a Edu que la trató con mucho cariño y jamoncito. Sin duda volveré. Muchas gracias a todos. Tener que volver a casa.
• Stefan (9/5): Viel zu kurz und unvergesslich . - Es war rundum perfekt , eine super Woche , die leider viel zu kurz war . Im Vista Bonita paßt einfach alles . Die kleine sehr familiäre Anlage , mit Pool , Whirpool, Sauna , Dachterrasse. Das Personal versucht alles um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen , an dieser Stelle nochmals ein ganz großes " Dankeschön " an Ayoze , Diego , Eduard und Lolo , die an der Bar immer für Spaß und gute Laune gesorgt haben .....macht einfach weiter so , es war so witzig , haben do viel gelacht....🤣👍. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder zurück ins Vista Bonität kommen , das steht für mich fest . -

• Annon (1/5): Won’t return this time. - I have visited twice the first time was good but lots of naked men, this should be made a gay men’s only accommodation and not for both lesbians and men, it’s really uncomfortable and doesn’t sit well with women, the 2nd time I arrived last week there was gay men having sex in a public place on the day beds in the relax area infront of everyone and didn’t stop when me and my friend went outside after just arriving to have a look around the pool area. This should be for gay men only, please any girls do not book this it’s really uncomfortable and very traumatic witnessing gay men having sex infront of lesbian women.

• Ahmed (10/5): - An excellent choice I loved every moment of my stay. The breakfast chef truly stood out: incredibly kind, welcoming, and a real highlight of the mornings. The rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful. The place was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The amenities were excellent especially the sauna and pool. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, yet social enough to meet lovely people. Overall, it offers something for everyone, and I would definitely recommend it. It’s not so close to the beach but it was definitely more than fine
• Deon (9/5): Excellent. Didn’t want to leave. - Staff are the best you could ask for. Extremely friendly, genuine and accommodating. Great location, 5-10 mins in a taxi to the main attractions. Beautiful views of both the mountains and beach/sea. A little noisy this time, as apartment was close to the restaurant. So would hear them setting up each morning. Also music playing all day could be heard in the apartment from early in the morning unfortunately. Would request further away next time. Did have a faulty toilet unfortunately. Food could be a little better.

• jmisdraji (6/5): Decent place to relax with friendly staff and pool but don’t expect a room with a view - This property has many positives. The staff is very friendly. Shout out to Eduardo and Raul. The room is spacious and comfortable, although the decor is uninspired. I found the breakfast to be quite good and I liked that they made you cafe con leche to order (not one of those self help machines). The free wifi, fridge, complimentary wine, all nice. The pool bar was open during the day and into the night which was surprising and created a space for people to gather. The music around the pool area wasn’t ideal. The rooms back up on the pool so this music is inescapable even on your back patio (the volume could be lower) and it’s pop music which isn’t to everyone’s taste. I’m sure it’s hard to cater to all tastes but relaxing spa music at low volume would be more appropriate. Or no music! Silence is fine! The property is fairly isolated. Whether that works for you depends on your goals in coming to Maspalomas. If you like to be in the thick of things, this may be a bad fit. We spent our time touring the villages of the island so that wasn’t an issue for us, and in fact it’s conveniently close to highways. Going to Yumbo center is a short drive (GPS says 45 minute walk downhill - there’s a reason you have views) but parking there is awful so best to think of how you’ll get into the middle of the city for dancing and how you’ll get to the beach if that’s your thing. None of those is convenient. The neighborhood had a few restaurants but otherwise was not a destination in itself. Parking is a few designated spaces along the road. I’m not sure what happens if the spaces are all occupied (which thankfully didn’t happen to us). The decor could use improvement. The front walkways to the rooms are covered in artificial grass. The furniture around the lounge areas near the hot tub reminded me of the cheap vinyl furniture in bath houses. A make shift “gym” in the middle of this lounge area is just silly. They should enclose a space for a small gym if that’s important to guests. To be honest, I think the place is misnamed; the location is on top of the city but you do not have views from your room or balcony. And of course you expect a view with that name! You only see into the pool area (and the views of that depend on the other guests! Ha!). So the only place where you can appreciate a view is from the sauna that is on the roof.
• David (8/5): A well maintained and comfortable hotel with great rooms and service - Very comfortable hotel with great staff, thanks to reception and Diego on the bar for making me feel so welcome The use of billboards down one side of the pool area looks a bit cheaper...understand the lack of space but a few natural features would help improve the views
