• yoshio (9/5): フィリピンの地方のホテルとしてはかなり頑張っている。廃墟の景色と下水臭は要改善。 - アラヤモールが目の前と言う立地、スタッフの洗練されたサービス、清潔な部屋、毎日少しづつ内容の変わる朝食。 窓の景色がモール側と廃墟側に分かれている。交渉しなければ廃墟側にされてしまい、気分が台無しになる。また、シンクからの下水臭は滞在中完全に解決される事は無かったり。
• Gustavo (10/5): - The standout for me was the customer service. Every single staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. It made a big difference walking into a place where people consistently smile and treat you with respect. That kind of atmosphere really elevates the whole stay. The breakfast staff deserves special mention. Although the food itself had some inconsistencies, the team taking care of the guests was phenomenal. They were attentive, proactive, and very accommodating with drinks like coffee, they were also very accommodating with special requests. You could tell they truly cared about the guest experience. Overall, the hotel created a comfortable and positive environment, which made it feel like a temporary home rather than just a place to sleep. The main downside was the breakfast quality and consistency. Some days were noticeably better than others, but overall, I’d rate the food around a 6 out of 10. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t quite match the high level of service provided by the staff. The experience felt a bit uneven, especially when expectations are higher in a hotel setting like this. Even with the minor issue on the food side, the service alone carries the experience. The staff’s professionalism and warmth are what you’ll remember most, and that goes a long way in making the stay enjoyable.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always smiling. Not once did I encounter a bad attitude or feel uncomfortable. The staff made it feel like a true home away from home, which made a big difference during our stay. The breakfast, overall, I would rate around a 6 out of 10. Some days were better than others in terms of food quality and selection. However, what really stood out was the service at the restaurant. The waiters and even those in training were phenomenal. They were attentive, proactive, and always made sure we had everything we needed—whether it was coffee, drinks, or special requests. Even when the food wasn’t perfect, the staff consistently elevated the experience. The breakfast quality was inconsistent. While some days were good, others did not meet the same standard, which made the overall experience feel uneven. I would rate it around a 6 out of 10 based on that inconsistency.

We used to love Seda's breakfast few years ago but on this stay, the breakfast seems to be going downhill. Not enough choices and it takes time for them to refill the food.

• Kevin (10/5): Excellent hotel 5 star - Excepetional hotel with very friendly and helpful staff this is our third long stay (3 weeks) stay in the Seda and we highly recommend it. If this hotel was in Europe it would easily be a 5 star. I cant emohasise how friendly and helpful all the staff are from the guys that great you and open the door for you and the staff at reception and the breakfast staff especially Katherine who always has a smile on her face and greets you warmly. Also Titus in the S bar is an excellent barman who makes brillant cocktails and mocktails and is very friendly and helpful and professional. The S bar is a great new addition to the Seda as a place to chill and have a drink and catch up with friends and family in a luxurios chilled environment. I honestly cant praise this hotel enough, the buffet breakfast every morning was very good lots of food available and lots of staff available to assist you. The sedas location to abreeza mall is very convienent and the Gym and Swimming pool are immaculaetly clean. Special mention to Lylodd who was always very helpful I didnt like leaving. The Seda is our home from home when in Philipinnes

• John (10/5): - The hotel was just recently renovated. Everything inside the room was changed. The bed and pillows were comfortable and soft to my liking. Their breakfast buffet had decent choices from filipino dishes to international dishes. Most importantly, the staffs were all friendly, full of smiles, and courteous. The gym didnt have enough ventilation/fan/air condition to keep you cool. The treadmill was by the window and when you would use it in the morning, the sun would directly hit you making it hard to see.

The location is excellent — it’s just a short walk to the shopping mall, which made everything so convenient. The buffet breakfast was very nice, offering a good variety of food to start the day. My room was really spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the amenities I needed. Overall, it was a great experience with just a few small issues that could be improved. I’d still recommend this hotel for its convenience, comfort, and excellent breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating, though there was a bit of confusion about the total number of guests I booked, and they almost asked me to pay extra for breakfast. Fortunately, it was sorted out quickly. One minor downside was that some areas of the hotel still had a noticeable smell of paint, which was a bit disappointing considering the premium room rates.
• joie (3/5): Not happy - Close to abreeza Feedback on Recent Stay The property is not yet ready for reopening. I stayed in October, and upon check-in, I was placed in a room on the 11th floor. I immediately noticed I could hear dogs barking, which was strange for a double-glazed room. When I checked, I discovered that the window on the 11th floor had been left open. I requested to speak with the manager, and while I only managed to speak with the team leader, I was eventually moved to another room. There were several other issues during my stay — the shower area was flooding, many amenities such as the gym and pool were closed, and there was a strong varnish smell throughout the building. In addition, some of the staff, particularly at reception, appeared untrained and unsure how to handle customer concerns professionally. I also requested housekeeping to iron my clothes for an event, but no one came, so I decided to cancel the service. Overall, this hotel requires a thorough retraining of its staff to improve competency and customer service. Management should also take a more active role in ensuring both the safety and satisfaction of guests. I used to enjoy staying here prior to the renovations, but it seems most of the long-term staff are gone, and the quality has noticeably declined. My feedback is for the entire team to undergo customer service training and for management to prioritize safety, readiness, and guest experience moving forward.

Breakfast can improve however is OK. the staff makes extra effort as the site is still under construction renovations. i like many things about Seda Davao and now finely can say so on the rooms too.

• Edgardo (10/5): - Wasn't able to stay at the Seda Hotel due to renovations still on going. They moved us to a different hotel which Seda staff did a marvelous job. Complimentary pick from airport to hotel to airport. Everything was smooth.
• Aquiles (8/5): Sehr angenehm. - Gute Lage, nette Ausstattung, Nette Personal & Parkplatz vorhanden. Die Badezimmer Tür ist direkt am Bett.
