Frank (5/5): - Hotel is well located, in a street with plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. The swimming pool is nice, but much smaller in reality than it looks on the photos. Almost no chairs or loungers at the pool. The rooms had the comfort as described, though very strange looking design, quite old. We had a balcony, but with a full wall in front, so not something you can use. Breakfast is buffer with a large range of options with Western and local dishes. Egg station as well. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. This hotel needs an update overall and is clearly not meeting Western standards. We were the only Western customer in the hotel (coïncidence or not). It was "OK" for one night of transit, but that's it. Next time, I'll try something else.

Room Service is prompt and reception called to check if service was delivered. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Aircond was excellent. It was my 2nd Stay and Love it! Ahmed Sadman (10/5): Amazing experience - Undeniably one of the best hotel in bali. I stayed in the deluxe room which had a living room 2 huge balconies and a bathroom with tub. Everything was super clean and nice. It’s 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and mall. The staffs are amazing and they were very helpful. The pool was super clean and the drinks on the poolside was great too. If I ever come to bali again, I’ll definitely stay here.

Marije (7/5): Prima hotel dichtbij de luchthaven - De locatie is prima. Kan makkelijk overal naartoe wandelen. Fijn zwembad. Personeel bij de receptie is erg vriendelijk. Barman bij het zwembad was iets te vrijpostig naar mijn mening. Ligging dichtbij de luchthaven. Prima hotel als je aankomt of vertrekt dichtbij de luchthaven wil zitten. De kamer is gedateerd. Alles was vergeeld aan het raken. Ik had een kamer met een balkon met uitzicht op de stad, maar de muren waren 2m hoog en verder geen stoelen of droogrek. Alleen een kaal balkon dus.

Havendo duas casas de banho porem não havia toalhas para as duas casas de banho, não havia sabonete nas duas casas de banho somente champô para tomar banho. Pequeno almoço tudo muito picante, falta de produtos disponíveis para pessoas com intolerância ao picante, falta de sumos e por vezes o cliente é que tinha que avisar os funcionários da falta de produtos, sinceramente não gostei

Kelsey (5/5): Good for a couple hours, wouldnt stay overnight. - Super close to Discovery Mall. It did the job which was to be a place to store luggage, shower and rest before flight for cheap. Bugs in my room. Bathroom was gross. I showered with flip-flops on because it looked and felt dirty, the shower head was broken so it was hard to shower and the hair dryer was falling off the wall. The tiny outdoor area was easily accessible by the people in the next room so safety was a concern, area was also littered with cigarette butts and next to a loud industrial fan. Room was dark with no access to natural light. Half the hotel rooms had out of order signs stuck to them. It’s very outdated and for slightly more per night, you can get a much nicer place if you intend to stay overnight.
Michal (7/5): - Pokoj byl dobrý. Postele byly pohodlné. V pokoji byla lednička i varná konvice. V bazénu jsme byli uplně sami a u bazénu byl i bar. Snídaně byla formou bufetu a byli jsme spokojeni. Nečekali jsme že balkon bude zazděný. Na povlečení byly skvrny a stolek co byl v pokoji nebyl umytý.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could need refurbishing. Other hotel guests were very loud and noisy with no regard for other patrons who were trying to sleep in the early hours of the morning.

Anastasia (1/5): Decepción - Nada No me ha gustado nada el hotel. Entiendo que el precio es muy bajo, pero Booking lo vende como una oferta con descuento, y esperábamos un hotel de 4 estrellas. No lo es. Es un hotel muy feo. Lo peor de la experiencia fue el ruido por la noche, proveniente de la habitación de al lado, que estaba separada de la nuestra únicamente por una puerta. Se escuchaba todo. Bajamos a pedir que nos cambiaran de habitación, pero no lo hicieron porque, según dijeron, por la noche no podían preparar otra habitación. En un hotel casi vacío... En fin, al día siguiente cambiamos de hotel. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Además, estaba sucio y el desayuno era muy malo. Tenían una "egg station" donde supuestamente preparaban huevos al momento, pero nos dieron huevos fríos que claramente llevaban hechos varias horas.

GiusyV. (7/5): - Quando siamo arrivati ci hanno dato anche una camera suite al prezzo di una standard. Era molto grande, con due bagni, uno con doccia e l'altro senza. Letto comodissimo!!! La colazione molto buona soprattutto salata, poco dolce ma buonissimo. La struttura è un po datata ma comunque comoda e pulita.Vicino ci sono negozietti , ristoranti e warung. La spiaggia a 5 minuti a piedi.
