Envolvente com árvores e natureza. Praça com várias lojas (restaurantes…) muito próxima do hotel. Um dos Restaurantes é muito bom. SPA muito pequeno e cobram uma taxa. A limpeza falhou algumas vezes.

• Marilize (10/5): Fantastic hotel that ticks all the boxes. Will come back! - The location is gorgeous, the gardens are beautiful and well maintained and the walk to the beach is breathtaking. The property itself looks very new and the room had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a great hotel for everyone especially families - there’s lots for children to do and the indoor pool was very welcome on chillier days. In the kitchenette it would’ve been helpful to have provided a tea towel to dry crockery etc and space for air drying these items. The WiFi in our garden room was also a bit weak but fine everywhere else on the property.

De la réception au personnel du petit déjeuner (Marco). Les extérieurs sont magnifiques et bien entretenus. WIFI inexistant dans notre chambre; il manque des portes manteaux, des crochets pour les serviettes; une poignée s'est détachée de la porte de la salle de bain; des toiles d'araignée se trouvaient dans l'angle supérieure de certaines portes. Dommage qu'on nous ait donné un logement sous les arbres, fort ombragé.

В апреле уличные бассейны с подогревом, хорошая детская площадка. Завышенные цены в ресторанах на ужине, но было очень вкусно. Отель уже не самый новый, но всё очень чисто. Что неприятно удивило - прозрачная дверь в туалете.

The serene atmosphere is a big plus- no annoying elevator music nor puerile DJs .Swimming pools clean and large . Shoutout to Ricardo on reception- very professional. Only minor criticisms are that the Open Deck Bar is a bit overpriced; and the service in the Lima Restaurant could be a bit smoother . But overall this is a really excellent hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday

From the moment I arrived, everything felt effortlessly luxurious—beautiful surroundings, impeccable service, and a calm, refined atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast experience. It’s not often that breakfast becomes a standout memory, but here it truly does. The selection was incredible—fresh pastries, perfectly prepared hot dishes, vibrant fruits, and an array of healthy options. And then there’s the champagne. Starting your day with a glass of champagne, overlooking the stunning Algarve coastline, adds a special touch that elevates the entire experience. It feels indulgent in the best possible way. The Half Board dinner experience is very good, but it has the potential to be even more memorable with a bit more variety and creativity. Introducing themed evenings with different menus would elevate the dining experience significantly. For example, Italian nights with authentic regional dishes, relaxed Braai/BBQ evenings with grilled specialties, or fresh seafood nights celebrating local Algarve flavors would add excitement and give guests something new to look forward to each evening.

I truly cannot say enough about it, from the gorgeous rooms to the delicious restaurants, the views, pools, and especially the STAFF. They could not have been more helpful with just about anything and everything. We spent 4 days in the Algarve, and it was one of the best times we’ve ever had. We missed the crowds because we went in April (mid-June through mid-September is the busiest). The weather was gorgeous. They helped us rent a car, suggested a FADO evening (which was fabulous) and just made sure our stay was perfect. I have already recommended the hotel to friends traveling next month. It is spectacular.

• U244HTlesleyt (2/5): Epic Sana Algarve - We recently stayed at EPIC SANA and, despite its beautiful setting, our experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel is in a lovely location with easy access to the beach, and visually it lives up to expectations. Unfortunately, this was completely overshadowed by a serious issue during our stay. Both my husband and I became very unwell with what we believe was norovirus. Being so ill while away from home was distressing and completely ruined what was meant to be a relaxing holiday. This was not a minor inconvenience — it had a significant impact on our entire trip. While we understand that illness can occur anywhere, the fact that we were both affected raises real concerns about hygiene standards, particularly around food handling and cleanliness within the hotel. Given the level and reputation of this hotel, we expected much higher standards of care and prevention. Overall, although the location is undeniably beautiful, our stay was completely marred by this experience. We would strongly urge the hotel management to urgently review and improve their hygiene practices to prevent other guests from going through the same ordeal.

• lindagZ9776IR (10/5): A super 5 night break - We stayed Epic Sana for 5 nights recently. First time there and we were both very impressed. Beautiful foyer, very friendly and efficient Check-In, shout out to Ricardo who went above and beyond for us. Very happy with our room (Deluxe Pool View) - lovely and spacious with a balcony overlooking the gardens and the pool. Breakfast was really top-class, excellent service and a great range of the freshest food. Good gym too. We ate in Lima twice which we enjoyed, next time we will try the Fine-Dining restaurant and the Japanese also next time. We'll definitely been back.

Alles dien je bij te betalen, gebruik van padelveld, ballen aan te kopen, tennisrackets te huren. Drank en eten aan het zwembad extreem duur bv wrap met zalm 26€, glas sangria 19€ en dan permitteren zij zich nog om een tip extra aan te rekenen van 4,55€ Behandelingen in de spa extreem duur en als je gebruik wil maken van de sauna of turkstoombad, extreem klein, moet je weer bij betalen … dus eigenlijk betaal je al te veel voor wat het is per nacht en dan is alles ook nog eens surplus Jongeren mogen pas vanaf 16 jaar deelnemen aan activiteiten of gebruik maken van de gym wat heel jammer is. • nuhugg (10/5): Amazing! - This is an absolutely amazing hotel. Epic in every sense of the word. It is sheer luxury. The rooms and facilities are fantastic. The staff members were all brilliant. I visited with my family, including our 6-year-old son who has severe food allergies. The kitchenette in our suite was perfect for us. It was well-equipped and everything looked new and clean. The hotel was very understanding when it came to his allergies and ensured he had a specially prepared fruit platter for him to enjoy the hotel’s incredible breakfast with us every morning. We visited the hotel in early April so the weather was not always the best; however, that didn’t spoil our stay. The swimming pools were all heated. The Spa was also great. My only complaint is the fact that some of the fittings in the showers were broken in the spa which was not befitting of this place. Everything else was perfect. I will definitely go back, not least to try out the Michelin starred restaurant at the hotel which we were unable to visit this time.

• Aude (9/5): - Everything is beautiful, clean, well decorated. The breakfast was very varied and good. The staff is very polite and well trained. The facilities were beautiful. The only thing we didn't like was that you have to pay extra to hang out at the spa and you have to pay to charge your car. Most hotel give that for free as a part of your stay.

• bsg75mka (10/5): Wir kommen wieder, der Gesamteindruck war einfach zu gut. - Gutes und breit aufgestelltes Frühstücksbuffet ohne dass es nach Übermass aussah (Stichwort Nachhaltigkeit), man konnte jeden Tag etwas anderes essen, das gefällt uns. Einzig die Eigenheit, dass man für jede Tassee Kaffe nachfragen musste, war nicht so der Hit. Grosses Bett, sehr gute Matratzen, viel Platz im Zimmer - und ruhige Zimmer, vielen Dank. Wenig Umgebungslärm, gut eingebettete Anlage in den eigenen Park. Naher Zugang zum Falesia-Strand, gute Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge, wir fühlten uns insgesamt sehr wohl hier. Sauna wenig überzeugend und zu wenig Liegen trotz Bezahlung der Sauna. Einzel-Preise in Restaurant und Bars typisch hotelmässig zu hoch, schade um den sonst sehr guten Eindruck den wir hatten. Wirklich nervig waren die Firmen-Events die immer wieder stattfanden (3x in 9 Tagen), dann waren plötzlich ganze Poolbereiche für bis zu zwei Tage komplett gesperrt für die Gäste, so was geht gar nicht, dafür bezahlt man nicht diese Preise...

Mas os funcionários foram super prestáveis e compensaram a nossa estadia com vouchers para o spa.

• Patrik (8/5): Angenehmes Hotel das gut gelegen in strandnähe liegt - Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und qualitativ sehr gut Der Poolbereich wirkt abgenutzt und die Kunststoff Bodenpanele wirken sehr in die Jahre gekommen (krumm und schief). Poolebereich allgemein wirkt nicht sehr einladend und veraltet. Verkabelung sieht an vielen Orten unfertig aus. Es liegen Kabel lose herum und Elektrokasten beim Hauptausgang zum Poolbereich liegt einfach in der Ecke. Die Kunststoff Rolladen im Aussenbereich Frühstück sind teilweise zerrissen und müssten dringend erneuert werden.

• Mark (9/5): Luxurious stay with plenty of things to do and lots of things for a 4 year old to enjoy too - The property was exceptional and plenty of things to do in and around the complex. It is very well maintained and it’s a fantastic resort I couldn’t fault anything My only thing I would say is that the suite we stayed in could have done with a small dinner table Also, the small freezer, the latch was broken so it didn’t click shut, also the tablet holder on the dishwasher was broken also so we had to put the tablet into the bottom of the dishwasher instead. Besides that I would say we will be returning again soon to enjoy.
• I137DQwayneg (10/5): Amazing will be coming back - Currently staying in this hotel, wow is all I can say, the place is amazing, staff area great, room is out of this world, by far the best and cleanest and most helpful hotel we have ever stayed in, One of the comment on here mentions works to the hotel, I would like to say this is opposite our room and has not made any difference to our stay, I believe it to be maintenance to foot paths not building works, 2 comments if I am being very over critical, 1, they don’t put water in the room until turn down, we missed this due to getting ready for the night so had no water, 2, the buffet restaurant price is not advised and believe the price to be a bit steep,at around 50 £ person and then charged for the wine, would have been cheaper to go across the road to one of the many restaurants, That said is did not taint the experience and we will be returning to this hotel again, You must try the cocktail bar on the ground floor!! Again could not fault the hotel or the staff, Thanks to all who made our stay amazing.

• paulawB5678OH (10/5): Perfect Solo Gateway - I stayed here solo for 3 days and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and fulfilled every request with great care. The food was delicious, and my room was beautiful and very comfortable. The beach is stunning and easily accessible, perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool and gym were always clean and well-equipped. I also loved the option to join yoga classes. Overall, a perfect place for a relaxing solo trip. I would definitely come back!
