• Cyrielle D (7/5): Établissement génial mais clients peu respectueux - L'emplacement est vraiment parfait, proche du métro et des bus ainsi qu'à moins de 10 minutes à pied de hongdae c'est juste parfait pour faire la fête et du shopping Les clients de l'hôtel ne respectent pas la demande de l'établissement en ce qui concerne le bruit la nuit et c'est dommage. Les voisins que j'avais criaient riaient extrêmement fort, claquaient les portes et utilisaient le sèche-cheveux entre 11:30 et 4:00 du matin
• rafael (7/5): Super clean but uncomfortable mattress! - Very clean, extra towels, friendly staff, nice sitting area!! The room is so small and and the mattress could be more comfortable! They should send all the information by message here instead of making the guests to call on arrival to get the information about how to get inside the room.

• kim (7/5): 숙박할 만한 숙소 - 홍대에서 개인 룸으로 이만한 곳 찾기 쉽지 않아요. 주변 환경도 괜찮고, 체크인 하기도 편하고, 나름 기본 시설도 나쁘지 않습니다. 2층 객실은 좀 나은데 1층 객실은 아무래도 좀 습합니다. 에어컨 제습 기능 아침 저녁으로 한 30분씩 돌려줘야되요. 층간 소음보다는 옆방 투숙객에 따라서 소음도 좀 있습니다. 생각보다 외부에서의 소음은 별로 없는 편이에요. 바닥청소나 룸이 아주 깨끗하지는 않아요.
• Elisa (1/5): I will never come back - Location is in the centre of Hongdae and close to the subway station I had mold in my room and smelled so bad, I had to leave after one night. I found black hair on my bed and it wasn't that clean. Also, my floor was 3rd floor and I had 2 big luggages and there is no elevator. There is no reception, you have to call them by phone and they didn't help me with the luggage at the check out as they promised because they were not close to the hotel and nobody could come and help me. This is absolutely crazy.

• Roger (3/5): - Disappointed that there was no human presence. Expected better upkeep for price. Got impression front desk was staffed 24/7, but true only by phone. Would have benefitted greatly having ability to get directions. Wife had flair up of allergies. Thought presence of mold was cause. Floor drain of hand shower did not slope well enough to clear floor, thus leaving tile slippery.

• Edurne (4/5): - I asked for the room to be clceaned once and only the trash can was emptied. The toilet was not cleaned and the sheets were not changed. You have to change the towels yourself. My room was right at the entrance, so I could hear everybody coming in and out. Nobody respected the silence sign. One day contruction was done right infront of my room and I was not informed that it was going to happen. Unfortunately not worth it.

• Daphne (4/5): - 房內有蒼蠅，很侷促，而且非常不隔音，能聽到人經過和交談的聲音。唯一好處是接近購物商圈和食肆，交通亦尚算方便
• Shin lan (6/5): - 交通算是便利, 距離弘大站2號出口7分鐘的步程, 接待處長期沒有人, 只靠櫃檯的電話與工作人員聯絡, 才取得防號和密碼, 最初在週邊地方折騰一輪才可以獲得入房資料, 有很多蚊子之類, 感覺不太衛生
• Yui (8/5): - 友達と2人で2泊しました。ホンデイック駅からも近く、弘大通りなど栄えてるスポットも近いのでホテル周辺で観光を楽しめます。フロントはなく無人なので入口すぐにある電話で部屋番号&パスワードを聞いてチェックインします。バストイレも綺麗ですが浴槽は無くトイレと同じスペースにあります。共用キッチンにはコンロ、ウォーターサーバー、冷蔵庫があり自由に使えます。またソウルに来たら泊まろうと思えるホテルです。
• Sze Man (10/5): - The room is located on 1st floor, good for solo traveller who does a lot of shopping. There is also a small kitchen inside the room and free water and coffee at the entrance. Will stay here again next time when I come to Seoul!:)

• hazeln319 (10/5): The gist is amazing the atmosphere is great. - Most amazing perfect getaway, so perfect peaceful that you wouldn't wish to leave that place, more like additional place to include when planning for a gateway. The food are amazing and the best. You mostly feel at home and safe when your there.
• BINGRONG (10/5): - 整體都還不錯 環境整潔 我們住的是三人房 空間夠大 有廚房有飲水機微波爐等等可以使用 小缺點是沒有電梯 從門口就有階梯 我們住在二樓還有一層旋轉樓梯要爬 對於有行李箱或是跑了一天行程回來的人比較不友善 然後沒有提供牙刷牙膏這種小盥洗用具需要自備 但這不影響體驗
• Wai Hing (8/5): - The location is good and close to Hongjik shopping area. Host Ms Sunny is friendly but not always in the house so self service is a must. Very nice to have power adapter for foreigners. Love the kitchen and utensils available for easy meals. The keylock instruction pictures not exactly match the real one installed, so you need to know how to open the cover before you can key in the pin. Laundry service is available by telling Sunny and there is a charge, which is ok.
• SHUICHI (2/5): - 半地下の部屋でバスルームの窓を開けて換気しているせいか、蚊の侵入が絶えず余り眠れませんでした。コロナ前はアットホームないい施設でしたが、朝食サービスが無くなり、スタッフもよそよそしく、眠れないときては、まだゲストハウスでももっと良い施設が他にあります。

• Kacey (4/5): - The room was freezing cold all night I slept in my puffer jacket. I did report to staff and they said they would turn the heat up but it was still cold. Shower was hot thankfully but this is not suitable for winter
• Anastasia (2/5): Got the job done - The property had a good location if you want to do a lot of activities based in Hongdae. Check in was easy and simple. Property is very old and run down. It did not feel clean.

• Teh (10/5): 5 stars services, convenient to all the bagpackers and good environment - DW is located at Hongdae and just a walking distance to Hongik station, super convenience to all the bagpackers! And, convenience stores like 7-11 & CU are just nearby. Another thing is, The room is clean and all the facilities are in good condition & well-prepared. Shout out to the owner, Sunny is friendly and nice, when we checked in, she will provide the clear guidance to us. And, she prepared the shampoo and conditioner are really nice, especially for the girls, we need conditioner. Thank you so much! My husband and I are very satisfied it! I think NO. All the things are wonderful here!

• Sophia (6/5): Budget stay for a few nights in a great location. Great for a few days. - Great location. A bit tucked in the neighborhood and about a 7 minute walk to Hongdae station exit 1. The bed was comfortable and the room was at street level which meant not having to haul up luggage up stairs. Drinking water dispenser available outside of room. The host was easy to get hold of at the empty front desk via a local phone you could use in the lobby area. The room was on the ground floor and very small with a small window, it felt dingy and the window did not offer much sunlight. When entering the room it smelled moldy.

Warmer was on in the room’s floor but have they forget the customers luggages and goodies they bought are place on the floor and it melted the chocolates and plastic material luggages. Online check in is fast and efficient but if we need to re-print the confirmation flight and seat number for claims is it able to do so? I have tried but unable to retrieve again … if after the confirmation and can email an soft copy with flight and seats confirmation will be great.

• Hiyori (8/5): - The room was bigger than I expected. It’s enough space for 2 people. I checked in via calling the stuff and they tell us the password for the room. The other people do the same, but they just repeat after stuff telling the password so I feel it’s insecure because if there are other people in the reception area, they hear the number.

• Cat (8/5): Nice place - The room itself, very clean and calm. The recieving area, when I came no one was around. It’s like a creepy place at first but when I entered my room, I started to liked the environment .

• Jessica (8/5): convenient but a bit noisy - It was a convenient location, clean and tidy and self contained. But constructions going on around the place so if you intend to sleep-in, don't bother as the noise starts quite early.
• Hyemin (4/5): Catfish - One word “Catfish”. The room DOES NOT look like pictures. It smelled really bad too and felt very stuffy. It is not worth of money at all. The only decent thing about this place is location. I would never come back not recommend to anybody.
