• Verified traveler (6/5): 대로변 정글 ㅎㅎ - 전반적으로 노후화된 상태입니다. 상태 대비 청결 상태는 좋지만 욕조가 있는 방 쪽은 곰팡이 냄새가 납니다. 일하시는 분들은 매우 친절하십니다. 아침에 일어나서 산책하면 피톤치드 폭탄 맞을 수 있습니다. 수영장은 미취학 아동 정도가 즐길 수 있는 사이즈 관리는 나름 깔끔하게 잘 되어 있습니다. 대로변에서 바로 접근 가능한 위치인데 호텔 부지내 조경이 장난 아닙니다. 비 올 때 갔는데 호텔 내 시냇물이 거의 폭포 수준

At arrival, the staff were very helpful and even helped us get our luggage to our rooms using golf carts. They gave us a tour of the room, including an explanation of buttons to turn on the hot water. Being able to use a kitchen in our property was also very convenient for breakfast. We also enjoyed the rabbits on the property, very cute! Since the resort is in an area with palm trees and surrounded by a river, there are some insects around the property. The water heater also dripped a little bit into the separated area in between the room and the outside of building. However, these were both minor flaws. We enjoyed our experience a lot and would stay again!

My only complaint would be the really loud tacky music they blast through the outdoor loudspeaker from 08:30 - 21:00.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 제주 여행은 이곳으로!! - 세가족이 함께 한 여행이었습니다! 룸을 두개를 예약 했어요. 몇달전 팜밸리로 여행갔던 시간이 좋아서 다시 이용하게 되었고, 사장님과 직원분들이 기억 해주셔서 감사했습니다. 덕분에 룸도 업글 해주셔서 무한 감사 드립니다. 조용히 쉴 수 있는 프라이빗한 구조라서 숙소 와서는 편안하게 쉴 수 있고, 근처에는 유명 관광지도 있고, 올레시장, 이마트, 강정마을 등 맛집 및 카페 장 볼 수 있는 곳이 차로 십여분 거리라서 잘 이용했습니다. 룸마다 스파 할 수 있고, 개인정원이 있어서 더 편하게 쉴 수 있었습니다!

• Verified traveler (10/5): 동화 속 아름다운 작은 마을 같은 곳입니다. - 숙소들이 작은 마을처럼 모여있어요 체크인 할때 짐가방 도와주시고, 숙소 들어가서는 온수 등 사용방법 잘 알려주셨어요. 그리고 몇군데 맛집도 추천받기도 했습니다. 숙소는 청소상태가 잘 되어 있고 모든 곳곳에 창문이 있어서 환기도 아주 잘 되고, 커튼을 걷어서 창문 밖 풍경에 이곳이 제주도인지 아름다운 동화나라인지 감탄했습니다. 숙소 밖에서는 작은 마을 전체에 저녁까지 은은하게 들리는 음악도 좋았어요 주변 관광지로 약천사, 올레시장 등 차로 대략 15분 내의 거리라서 좋았습니다 숙소근처에 편의점이 두군데 있어서 편리했어요. 저희는 숙소 앞 개인정원에서 낮에 숯불구이도 이용했어요 ^^ 기회 되면 다시 가고 싶습니다!
• Melissa (10/5): Amazing, off the grid place, for peace & relaxing! - We were in South Korea for 28 days and staying at this resort ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. We did NOT want to leave. We truly loved this resort in almost every way. It's strange because based on the images, my first impression upon arrival was that it didn't look as nice in person. But it is! It's very nice and peaceful and quite lovely. The staff is also awesome, always helpful if we had questions or needed anything. We mostly needed the charcoal they prepared to barbecue on your private patio with which we did almost every day. YUM! The main pool is extremely nice and we spent a good bit of time there, but I will note that there were quite a lot of families and children. We were a couple traveling with no children so if you don't want kids around, this may not be the place for you. Of course, we did stay there in August so maybe other times of the year have less children. I'm not sure. Regardless, I would absolutely stay here again, even though Jeju Downtown is quite a distance away. A car is an absolute must. We didn't have one and we definitely needed one. The next time we visit Jeju, and there will be a next time, we'll rent the car and very possibly stay at the Palm Valley Resort again.

• SEONGMIN (10/5): - 그동안 호텔만 이용하다 예약이 마감되어 팜벨리 오게됐는데 기대이상의 삼박사일 여행을 즐기게 해주었습니다. 워싱턴빌 이용하였으며 사장님의 친절한 안내와 기대하지 않았던 넓고 깨끗하고 이국적인 단체풀장 및 작지만 용천수로 채워진 시원한 개인풀 또한 복층 테라스에서 보이는 환상적인 일몰과 서귀포의 아름다운 밤바다 쏟아지는 여름철 아름다운별들. 이곳은 잊지못할 우리가족여행의 한페이지를 장식해주었습니다.

• YIRE (10/5): 제주도 가면 팜밸리리조트 꼭 이용하세요. 추천 - 낮과 밤은 어느 숙소에나 분위기가 다른데 개인적으로 밤의 분위기를 제대로 즐기지 못한 게 제일 아쉬워요. 청결은 저희가 가고 마지막날 하는 원칙이 있는 숙소같아서 나갔다와도 그대로여서그냥 이해했어요. 프론트 직원분 친절하시고 물이랑 수건도 매일 가져다주세요. 수영장 이용하고 싶었는데 다음에 숙소방문하면 이용하려구요. 방음이 잘?되는 숙소같아요. 사람소리가 안들렸어요. 스파도 좋았어요. 침대는 푹신한걸 선호하는데 불편하지 않을정도라서 나름 만족해요. 바디워시, 샴푸 등 일회용제품들 진짜 만족해요. 개인적으로 사고싶을 정도였고 배달도 가능하고 특히 음식물을 버릴 수 있는 통이 구비되어있어서 놀랐어요. 굳이 안좋은점을 생각한다면 조명이 노래요. 화장할 때, 잘 안 보여서 불편한 것 빼곤 다 좋아요.

• SEUNG PYO (10/5): 아름답고 편안한 최고의 리조트 - 여름휴가로 3박을 했는데 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 잘 정돈되고 아름다운 산책로와 깨끗한 숙소가 좋았습니다. 객실마다 개별 정원이 있어서 독립적으로 사용할 수 있는게 요즘 코로나 시대에 특히 좋았습니다. 바베큐 숯불도 잘 준비 해주셔서 오랜만에 맛있는 흑돼지 바베큐를 즐겼어요. 수영장은 가족들이 놀기에 좋고 주변 뷰도 좋습니다. 프런트 앞에 토끼들도 너무 귀여웠어요. 정말 마음에 든 곳 입니다.

• JUNGYOON (10/5): 추천해요👍👍👍 - 객실마다 별도 비용을 지불하면 프라이빗하게 바베큐를 이용할 수 있어요! 나무와 풀들로 둘러싸인 공간에서 고기를 구워먹으니 힐링 그 자체였어요~~ 객실 자체가 오래된 건물 같긴 하지만 깔끔하게 관리되고 있고, 숙소단지 내에서 가볍게 산책해도 좋을 것 같아요. 비가 많이 와서 수영장은 이용하지 못했지만! 다음에 또 서귀포로 오게되서 이용할 수 있으면 좋을 것 같아요~~ :) 숙소 입구에서 신호등을 건너면 바로 편의점이 있어서 못챙겨온 생필품이나 간식거리 사오기도 좋았어요.

• Jong Hwan (8/5): 한적한 동남아 리조트 분위기 - 한적한 3성급 동남아 리조트가 연상되는 곳. 수영장 시설 꽤 좋고, 수영장 벤치에서 시간 보내기도 좋으며, 서귀포 중문 모두 차로 가깝습니다. 산 중턱에 위치하다보니 모기 날파리 등 벌레가 매우 많습니다. 야외 식사는 스트레스 ㅠ 산모기들이 만렙 진화 상태인건지, 나름 촘촘하게 모기기피제 뿌려도 안 묻은곳을 귀신같이 공략해서 뭅니다. ㅠㅠ

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Wow, What a great property! I loved our stay at Palm Valley Resort. Checking in was so simple. Staff met us at our car and immediately took our bags and showed us to our villa and explained how everything worked. Not sure the gentleman's name but he was so nice and courteous. The property is gorgeous and the villas are big and private with beautiful views out of every window. You can cook your own food inside or BBQ outside. The pool was very nice. Great location and close to everything. This is for sure in my top three places that I have ever stayed in. We will be back!

• Verified traveler (10/5): A wonderful stay - We stayed inCoco’s villa. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. It has a small garden with Sakura trees which started to blossom during our stay. We could watch Sakura and listen to the birds’ singing while we were lying on our bed every morning. We had wonderful time staying there
• mc (10/5): Best value villa - Have BBQ stuff, massage pool. Swimming pool. Whole house AC conditioner. But the massage pool is drain automatically and can't get full tank water. Just deduct some scores. And the phone number cannot guide you the villa by the in-car GPS. You need some google maps help. Detailed address is correct.
• Maxi (10/5): Nice resort next to a waterfall - The place looked even better than the photos online. It was such a great place to rejuvenate. The hotel staff was also quite friendly and so ready to help. They delivered breakfast every morning so you could eat in. It also had a little kitchenette so you could cook if you wanted. It was a great home away from home.
• Chee Meng (8/5): Nice resort style accommodation with great spa tub - Overall nice stay. Stayed in the Coso suite which is very comfortable, Would be great in summer as there is outdoor bbq facilities. The spa tub was simply delightful. Breakfast is delivered to the room with 2 options.
