Love the balcony. Love the decor and ambience. Kind staff to allow us to check in early and check out slightly late. Breakfast croissants were crispy and freshly baked. Water pressure rated 8 out of 10. But still ok to shower. Prefer the bathroom window to be tinted or semi blur for privacy. Otherwise all is good.

• Isa'Bella 64 (10/5): - C'est un hôtel très agréable avec de belles chambres qui sentent bon l'Arolle. Les lits sont confortables, la salle de bain moderne, ce sont des belles chambres. Bon petit-déjeuner. Possibilité d'y manger à midi et le soir. A 5 quelques minutes à pied depuis la gare. C'est très agréable. On est directement dans la rue principale.

• Peter (8/5): - - Stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer - Perfekte Lage - Erstaunlich ruhig für diese Lage - Frühstück war gut, jedoch um 09:30 nicht mehr so üppig Klima im Zimmer war sehr warm und trocken. Temperaturregulierung funktionierte nur bedingt. Das Hotel bietet relativ wenig im Vergleich zum Preis.

The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly and we were particularly grateful to Constantos, who patiently answered all our random questions about the slopes and the lifts, and gave lots of good advice.

Eravamo nello stabile dietro separato dalla struttura: molto tranquillo e non abbiamo sentito nessun rumore. La signora alla reception molto simpatica ed accogliente, colazione buona! Moquette non il massimo, stanza parecchio calda.

• Amanda (10/5): - This was my favorite hotel of the trip. Spacious, cute balcony, decor was so cozy. I WILL 100% stay again in this hotel when I go back to zermatt. I would highly recommend. Walking distance to everything. The train to the slopes is right there. Breakfast was ok, only one server and a few things ran out quick. Pretty packed.

• Jane Murphy (7/5): Lovely little cabin like accomodation, 7/10 all round. - The location was perfect, a short stroll from the train station. Room was comfy, nice balcony but the lack of a kettle to make a cup of tea or even a small fridge would have been ideal. The breakfast was just what we needed. The restaurant and cleaning staff were excellent, as well as the younger girl on reception - attentive, friendly. As mentioned the lack of a kettle to make a cup of tea was disappointing, especially for the cost of the accommodation. The mature woman who greeted us and appeared to be the manager was informative, yet displayed a rather unpleasant tone almost as if our general enquiries were an inconvenience to her. We are kind and very polite, and didn't appreciate her dismissive demeanor. If you are literally front facing customer service, best you remember this as the experience is not merely the glorious Mattherhorn and ambiance of Zermatt - it is those individuals you interract with.

Breakfast was included. While not a lot of choices, it’s certainly a convenient start to the morning. Most positively, they allowed me to change the booking dates without any problem, even though the Booking.com said no refund and no change allowed. Nothing.

The apartment was spacious and warm and offered everything we needed- and just a few steps from restaurants and bars. Such a short walk from the train station too! Fabulous breakfast as well- a lovely start to the day.
