• Erika (8/5): Aangename en comfortabele uitvalsbasis voor Parijs - Ideale uitvalsbasis om Parijs te bezoeken met kinderen. Plantentuin dichtbij geeft ruimte om buiten te spelen. Metro’s om de hoek. Enkel 1 nadeel: dichtbij hospitaal, dus je hoort de ambulances dag en nacht. Maar voor goede slapers zou dit geen probleem moeten zijn. Veel bergruimte, maar sommige deuren waren wat gammel.

Pourriez vous me donner le details de votre calcul car nous ne trouvons pas le meme resultat. (nous nous sommes basés sur le calcul donné sur le site de la ville de Paris https://taxedesejour.paris.fr/includes/download/bGSqKq-Les-tarifs-en-vigueur-a-partir-du-1er-janvier-2024.pdf ) Merci de votre comprehension. De plus Comme expliqué longuement au telephone, nous avions loué cet appartement avec 2 lits single pour nos enfants et ce ne fut pas le cas, ils ont du dormir tous les deux dans le canapé lit. Lors de la confirmation par mail, il n'était precisé qu'une seule personne, nous avons du vous rappeler pour se faire confirmer qu'il ya vait bien 4 personnes. Il y avait aussi eu une erreur sur une demande de Reglement de 316.79€ le 2 ou 3 janvier alors que tout passait par Hotel.com (expedia) Nous avons eu qlqs soucis avec la propreté et l'état du logement. Nous n'avons pas recu le code de la boite à clefs à 15 h le samedi comme initialement convenu et avons du attendre et appeler au pied de l'immeuble. (L'accueil a cependant été trés cordial) Nous remonterons toutefois l'information à Hotel.com et noublierons pas de preciser le temps perdu dans toutes ces demarches. il nous semblera normal de demander une compensation pour le temps passé. cordialement Gael Birot.

• Filippo (10/5): - accogliente e molto ben curata. il nostro appartamento aveva vista sulla Rue Buffon e in particolare sul prospiciente museo di Scienze Naturali. vedevamo lo scheletro di un dinosauro: FANTASTICO. Inoltre metropolitana vicinissima (Gare d'Austerlitz) . Da notare che il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo una gentilissima operatrice ci ha chiamato per chiederci se andasse tutto bene (in perfetto inglese)

• James (6/5): Pourrait tres mieux faire. - Avec une semaine entiere de presence, pas normal de n'avoir aucun coup d'aspirateur ni de serpillière. Idem pour un changement de serviette de toilette qu'il a fallu réclamer. Quant au confort : matelas cassé sur le bord droit et ..... visiblement installé a l'envers. En outre un bruit de plomberie incessant . Dommage car le site est tres bien place et agreable.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Good location but worn out bathroom & mattress - Good location. However, the photos are far from the reality. Bathroom and mattress are definitely needed to be renewed. Furniture and kitchen are worn, but acceptable.
• Daniel (6/5): - It's very convenient and really OK for the price, but the property was definitely not as pretty and the photos shown here. The mattress was old and had a very weak sport which made you fall into it (I put a cushion below it to have it level). A few spider webs behind the windows. Shower OKish. So, OK for the price and for a stay in Paris where you are out all day. I enjoyed my stay anyway!

• JEAN ERIC (8/5): Très convenable - Le garde corps de la porte-fenêtre est trop bas à 50 cm de hauteur et vieillissant. L'agencement général et l'éclairage pourraient être mieux optimisés. Il faudrait plus d'ustensiles de cuisine : planche à découper, bols, tasses avec anse, éplucheur à légumes, unique torchon en nombre insuffisant. La photo n'est pas contractuelle. Très bonne proximité des transports. Très bonne situation géographique.

• JONGHYUN (6/5): Not bad but not good - It was so so while I was staying this service apartment compared to cost. It is located in convenient area due to RER and 7&14 line stations. My room was in level 1 so there was no light due to adjacent building so feeling too cold and chills. If I have a chance of staying in Paris I will be staying in other hotel or service apartment.
• Marc (8/5): super - Question de pas de chance la TV ne fonctionnait pas mais cela peut arriver. Une petite lampe de chevet serait la bienvenue sinon hors de ces deux bémols, c'est très bien, très clame, facile d'accès, bien équipé en tout je recommande sans réserve.

• Eric (8/5): Bon rapport qualité-prix pour le quartier - Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, proche de toute commodité. Seul bémol, il faut aller récupérer la clé dans le 3ème, ce qui complique les choses quand on est en voiture.

• davide (8/5): bello ma non bellissimo - l'appartamento è situato in posizione ideale per visitare il centro di parigi, vicino alla metropolitana e alla stazione dei treni che partono in direzione di versailles. per il check in però, è necessario pagare un sovrapprezzo di 35€ per farsi portare le chiavi di casa, in caso contrario è necessario recarsi a diversi chilometri dall'appartamento per recuperarle e si è appena arrivati con valige e bimbi al seguito, non è proprio comodo. rispetto a quanto visionato sul sito inoltre, ci è stato assegnato un appartamento diverso all'interno dello stesso palazzo con caratteristiche un po' diverse dalle aspettative. la pulizia dell'appartamento era discreta fatto salvo per il bagno, un po' trascurato. nel complesso l'appartamento è discreto, ma il servizio da migliorare.
• andrea (6/5): Bene, ma si può migliorare - La posizione è ottima soprattutto se si viaggia in treno, anche se il check in è da fare in un ufficio discretamente lontano. La palazzina è carina ma sinceramente non in ottimo stato la stanza. Muro scrostato, pulizia discutibile soprattutto in bagno e un odore folle se si apriva il frigorifero. Il personale all'ufficio del check in molto disponibile, educato e carino, nulla da dire davvero. Comunque il prezzo non è eccessivo.
• Jihye (8/5): 안락한 숙소 - 2주간의 휴가로 묶었습니다. 파리교통파업기간이라 집앞 지하철 이용은 쉽지않았지만 걸어서 15분거리에 리옹역이 있어서 괜찮았습니다. 청소상태도 좋고 식기류도 충분하여 요리를 해먹기도 좋았습니다. 박물관뷰지만 지금 박물관은 외부공사중이라 뷰가 좋지는 않았습니다. 다만 체크인하기위한 사무실이 많이 떨어져있다는 부분을 놓치지마세요. 셀프체크인으로 가능합니다만 체크인 전이나 체크아웃 후에 짐보관은 사무실에서만 가능합니다( 리옹역에 코인라커를 추천합니다)

Un bemol récupérer la clé rue ste Elisabeth amors que lapiart esg rue Buffon.. et en période de grève de ka RATP... folko.. pas d'information pratiques et dans l'appart.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - What I liked: Location close to where ICM was at. Self-serviced. Good reception staff.Had to go further away to collect the keys, but the staff were excellent. What I did not like: Noise in the street. I slept well through the noise though. So no complaints.

The property works on a smart key and access code so no bulky keys to fiddle with - most of the interior came from Ikea but it was a nicely furnished, clean and spacious place for two people - the coffee machine was amazing - looking to buy one myself!!

Citymapper-app fungerer utmerket til Metro og buss i Paris Enkel tilkomst til leiligheten med kollektivtransport. Leiligheten er romslig og grei. Stort soverom med god medium/hard madrass. Ok sovesofa, men bare dobbeldyne. Fin park i umiddelbar nærhet med en liten dyrehage (park gratis, dyrehage 40 eur for familie 2+2) Fin tur langs Seinen inn til byen/Notre Dame. Liten butikk, Monoprix, med begrenset utvalg i nærheten. Litt større Monoprix lenger ned i gata. Baker, frukt/grønnsak-handler mellom disse.

• Sjur (8/5): Good value for money. - Great and conveniently located apartment. Good for family of 4 (sleeping sofa was easy to tak in/out as bed). A bit wear and tear on the apartment, but OK standard. Quiet enough there was no problem sleeping (2nd floor). Would consider staying here again.

• WIlliamW (6/5): - It’s a nice place, but the communication is confusing, and the policies vary between weird and inflexible. First, they require you to come to another location to pick up the keys unless you are coming in late, at which point they put the keys in a lock box at the property, which is really easy. Why not just leave the keys at the property for everyone? Next, I had to fill out some form in order to stay there. Hotels don’t do that, so why do they? Then, someone called to collect on an invoice where they charged me a separate hotel fee of €3 per person for myself and my 16-year-old daughter. I informed them my daughter isn’t subject to the fee, and they agreed to revise the invoice without her fee. Once I got the invoice for only €3, I paid it immediately. Then a few days later I got another call asking for the €3 for my daughter. Ughh. Lastly, I missed a flight and missed the first night of the reservation. I emailed them before 6pm and they told me I couldn’t cancel. I understand that, but wish it was otherwise given all the other hassles. M Other than all of that it was a clean, modern apartment in a nice location.
• SHU CHEN (8/5): 大行李的旅客慎重考慮 - 房間很好，但原本以為開窗可以看到博物館，結果是101房，兩面窗都是天井，沒有博物館景色。此外，抽油煙機形同虛設，並沒有接排煙管，煎個肉排就讓整個房間都是滿滿的油煙味，雖然鍋具餐具俱全，但還是放棄做飯。 要先到一段距離外的辦公室取鑰匙實在是非常不方便，特別是在沒有電梯、手扶梯的巴黎市區移動。建議拖行李箱的旅客慎重考慮。
• Jean-Yves (8/5): Week end pres du museum d'histoire naturelle. - Notre appartement était au rez de chaussée du N°7 et non pas au N° 5 comme prévu. Il était défraîchi avec de la peinture écaillée en plusieurs endroits, le radiateur de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas, du tartre s'accumule dans la douche dont le bac présente un très gros éclat. Meubles de cuisine en état très moyen. la vue extérieure n'est pas sur le musée mais sur une cour minuscule. Fenêtres minuscules. les points positifs: accès par une ruelle privée avec entrees par digit code. cadre global agréable. commerces, restaurants et animations a proximité .
• Christelle (8/5): Les clefs - Il serait bien de prévenir que les clefs sont à retirer dans un bureau car quand nous venons pour le travail, ce n'est pas toujours simple de trouver le temps d'aller les retirer.. Merci à vous.
• Anne-sophie (6/5): - Résidence à proximité de la gare d'austerlitz, accès facile, mais obligation de passer par les bureaux de short stay pour récupérer les clefs (rue st elisabeth) vraiment pas du tout pratique en famille avec des enfants, et/ou si vous avez un planning déjà prévu, surtout que ce n'est pas à côté.. L'appartement à bien vécu, mais fonctionnel, literie bonne, même le canapé convertible. Par contre propreté du sol et salle de bain moyen moyen.. L'appartement mériterait un bon coup de propre, mais sinon acceptable pour une nuit, conforme à nos attentes par rapport à sa situation (à côté du jardin des plantes).

Chegando ao local não foi de acordo com a oferta apresentada. Infelizmente não houve transparência e nem uma informação precisa sobre a estadia oferecida. Deixou a desejar. Oferecerem uma limpeza por semana. Fiquei 14 dias e só limparam uma vez. Deixou a desejar.

• Ilona (8/5): - My sister and stayed at the Short Stay Group Apartments for five nights in Paris in September 2018. The place is in a great location - right next to the metro, train station, and a thirty minute/one hour walk to a lot of main attractions! The place was really clean and we felt safe in the apartment and neighborhood the whole time. The only complaint was that even though it’s a serviced apartment, no one serviced it (fresh towels, etc.). Also, the elevator was broken on our first day (it was fixed the next day but we still had to carry our luggage up five flights with no air conditioning in the building at all. Overall though, it was a great place to stay and would stay here again :)
• Verified traveler (4/5): Lovely spot next the museum with nice outlook - Annoyed I wasn't told before booking that I had to travel another 4kms to pick up the key, difficult when you have heavy luggage. Or they were going to charge me 35euro for them to drop it off.. rip off. When we got in lift was broken and we had to haul luggage up 5 floors of small spiral staircase. We booked and paid for 3 people, but not enough towels. No air conditioning and communication was poor. I will not be staying here again. Prices were doubled due to fashion week so believed they should have waivered the key fee given all of the issues, but they couldn't see that!
• Tia (8/5): Excelente localização - A localização é excelente. Possui pequena cozinha com microondas, geladeira e fogão de indução com 2 bocas. Útil no preparo de refeições rápidas. Senti falta de máquina de lavar roupas. Ajudaria muito nas estadias acima de 5 dias. O maior inconveniente foi o da retirada das chaves, no escritório da empresa, que fica a uma longa distância do local. Eu havia alugado um carro, mas se vc vem do aeroporto, com malas, e for pegar as chaves no escritório, considero arriscado, o táxi pode ficar te esperando, ou não....quem garante. Mas, no geral, gostei do local e das acomodações.

• Carly (6/5): Good apartment - My partner and I stayed here for a week and it was quite a good location. It is quite small even for just two people and when we arrived there was a big crack in the toilet seat and there was quite a bit of hair left from the previous guest around the apartment. Overall it did the trick as we were out and about most of the time anyway.
• Sandra (8/5): Museum view apartments - Shower door was broken and unable to slide from front of shower which meant we had to squeeze past the sink unit to get in and out of the shower at the back, the shower also suffered from black mould around the base, if we were larger wouldn't have been able to get in rest of the apartment was clean on arrival and good amenities hair dryer, iron, fan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle and the location was good very close to the metro , small supermarket and a few small shops nearby with local bars and restaurant and snack shops
• natalie (2/5): The room had been cleaned only once for the 2 week - The shower was difficult to operate the room was not cleaned not much amenities! Staff not friendly also toilet paper was supplied once we had to buy everything!

• Me Steven o hara (4/5): Shabby dirty and uncomfortable - Apartment was not very clean very run down and towel provided were of poor quality kitchen doesn't have an oven just a microwave the bed is very uncomfortable and only to very dirty pillows on the we were shocked when we removed the pillowcase as the pillows under neath were disgusting made us feel very dirty

• Mary (6/5): Needed more toilet paper. - My husband and I spent 3 nights at the hotel. The location was very good and the apartment was satisfactory. My only comment is that 2 rolls of toilet paper is not enough for a 3 night stay.

• a traveller (6/5): Acceptable apartment - The apartment has a good space, comfortable beds and sofa bed. Not a best location for reaching the airport Getting to the international airport requires 4 transfers. This took more than 2 hours. The front desk responded to requests well. Picking up key from the office located in another place is an added trouble that a traveller does not need. We arrived in the evening. We got to the office but the attendant was likely looking after another in person check in. He was not there to attend our check-in. It caused us $10 extra taxi toll because of the waiting time. The first apartment we stayed had light smell of urine in the washroom.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Decent studio apartment, nice location - Nice location close to go metro lines and restaurant/grocery store options. Room was clean, but nothing really fancy. Management was very responsive.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient location - Close to Metro, rail station and supermarket. Good bus connections. Nice walks by the river. Would have liked bedside tables and a washing machine.
• Valentin (10/5): Great room and location - The place was great, staff is very helpful. FYI, the check-in office to get the keys to the room is 20min away. There is no check in desk at this location. Since my booking was last minute I didn't get the email till I was already in front of the building. Staff was great and took a motorbike to deliver me they keys. Location has a supermarket 1 block away. Room has a nice kitchen. Less than a block from the train. You pay in full when you get the keys, not check-out.
• Wendy (10/5): Great location and apartment - After the usual hassle of picking keys up from a different location (which can be alleviated for a 30euro fee) we were extremely pleased with the apartment. The location is great, 2 minutes walk from gare d'austerlitz station. The apartment is cosy with a separate kitchen and bathoom with a bath, and is quiet and the bed is big and comfy, a very good choice, next to the natural history museum and jardins des plantes. Plenty of cafes right round the corner and a local supermarket.
• Max (8/5): centrally located in Paris - Found it difficult to follow map e-mailed by Short Stay giving directions to key pick up office. Spent over 30 minutes ,walking with suitcases, to find office which was only 5 minutes from Republic metro station.
• Wai Shing (8/5): A Good Place to Stay - Its location is convenient, easy to reach famous spots as Metro station is right after the corner.
• Tim (4/5): Not renovated as stated - I would not recommend this property based on the fact that you have to travel to a far location [depending on your point of entry to Paris] to get the keys! Also the was a mistake between what hotels.com said they had collected as a deposit Vs what was actually taken. And the claim that "A total renovation of this property was completed in January 2013" didn't include the rust in the shower the paint through out, the carpets and lift. Rubbish disposal was backed up from Friday and not cleared until after our departure. The room was compact but clean but certainly not totally renovatedin January 2013!
• Ron (10/5): Very reasonable priced apartment - Excellent value apartment with elevator in well located place 5 mins walk to metro and main line station. Many restaurants within 5 mins walk and large supermarket. Quiet.
• adey (8/5): Close to train station, comfortable apartment - Good size for 2 people. Walking distance to metro station, safe area with restaurants and cafes. Apartment and complex needs a bit of an update with pain and carpet but nothing that detracts from the stay.
• wrightian (8/5): pre Christmas break - overall everything was fine a few minor improvements more coat hangers some coat hooks a mirror near to a plug point and a couple of easy chairs would have made it a 5 on everything
• FJ (10/5): Fine apartment in a good location - The staff at the rental agency were very professional and competent, though their location is quite a distance from the apartment. We arrived earlier than the nominal check-in time but the apartment was ready so we were able to move in immediately. The "Museum View" from our window looked down at a skeleton of an Ostrich in the Museum across the road. Very cool.
• J & D (10/5): Mammoth skeleton as quiet neighbours! - Picked up keys from a very friendly helpful lady, a metro ride away which could be a hassle for some people. Apartment block around the corner from Gare D'Austerlitz railway station. Lovely self contained studio apartment and quiet -opposite the Museum of anthropology, hence the quiet neighbours. Very close to the Jardin de Plantes which was great.
• Dan (6/5): Don't choose the Museum View - The room was next to the road, which was very noisy. But the biggest problem was that the WiFi was bad. It took them five days to fix it. Also, the elevator broke down and was out for 4 days. The room was on the 5th floor. The best part was that the staff, not at the apartment complex were very concerned about the WiFi and worked to fix it but it took a long time. In the mean time I had to go to McDonald's to get on the internet. The room was very small. The best room was the bath, which was quite nice. The location was also good in that it is very close to the metro.
• Anja (6/5): Nice appartment, but to hot - Nice appartment, but the bedroom has no windows and there is little sirculation. It gets damp and hot. I would defenetly stay with the company again but not in the same appartment.
• Denise (8/5): Great location, - Great location, close to Metro station and several pastry, grocery, and breakfast shops. Tight quarters for a family of 4 adults but we managed. Friendly staff, safe area close to Notre dame.

• Marie (2/5): Museum view was garbage view instead. - The apartment was nice inside but had no ventilation at all, no fans, no AC and you could not open the windows because outside they had the trash cans for the entire complex and too many flies. The entry and the view was thru a hallway in front of the garbage even though it says museum view apartment. When I called to get the key they told me that if they come to give us the key at the apartment address the cost would be 35 euros, don't fall for that, make sure they understand that when you made the reservation nobody told you that.

• Katie (8/5): Lovely baby friendly apartment near beautiful park - We decided for our first trip abroad with our 5 month old baby to go to Paris. So pleased we found this apartment! Situated in the centre of Paris, it was easy to get to by metro and 2 minutes away from Gare d'Austerlitz. Despite central position, room was quiet and area felt safe. Room was clean and had modern decor, with a well equipped kitchen and good storage which gave us more living space. Seating area was brilliant to let us sit somewhere while our baby slept in the evening. Nice to be able to brew fresh coffee using the coffee machine, coffee pods provided. The 'museum view' is of the Natural History Museum across the street, from our window we could see in and see dinosaur skeletons, which was especially good at night! Also near is the Jardin des Plantes, which was stunning and autumnal when we visited. Apartment is near to a mini supermarket Monop' for essentials so easy to cook if you want to save a little money by not having to eat out all the time. Free Wi-Fi provided and really useful to be able to plan our days. Unlike many places in Paris there was a lift so easy getting out and about with buggy - although you'll want a baby carrier/sling too to see the city! We hadn't booked a cot but the person who met us at check in provided one the next day as promised. The only down side was having to go to the office near Republique to pick up the keys - it was inconvenient and a key safe would be better. But had a really comfortable stay and would highly recommend!
• Verified traveler (8/5): good value/ informal service - This was a second stay, the first since the hotel's takeover/makeover. A museum view, comfortable bed, attractive decor are what make this somewhere to return to. Service is friendly/ informal but might appear a little casual to some.
• keesie (4/5): - Very poor accomodation, especially for the price ! The apartment is in a convenient location near station and park but the quality of rooms and the shared outer area leaves much to be desired. From its very dirty carpets in foyer & lift to the mould in the shower recess in unit was awfully messy. For less cost we later booked into a room in small hotel around corner which was both comfortable and clean.v Avoid, needs complete makeover !
• TANA (8/5): VERY CLEAN AND EASY TO ACCESS - really nice clean apartment that looks modern and has working kitchen. Great location, but really more in the 13th than the 5th. Not that many great restaurants right around but very convenient to most of Paris by Metro with no 5 and no 10 lines less than 3 minutes away by foot. Fresh market not far away on the Rue Mouffetard and overlooks the Jardin des Plantes. Ask for an outward facing view, though it is noisier than the courtyard view. Even the courtyard rooms are bright as they get a lot of sun. I would rate this outfit very highly. I got there early and had to wait to get in but went to their offices which are open from 9:30 to 10PM and had no problems whatsoever getting in, opening the door etc. And I used their offices to hang out in for a bit w/o any problem. The group is run by a Dutch group of young people and they were very accomodating, kind and helpful. Excellent overall.
