- Therese (1/5): Vemmelig å oppleve dette i Oslo. - Lokasjonen Det var veggdyr på rommet mitt. Jeg voknet og fant ut at det var veggdyr i sengen min. Små røde blodspor/ blodflekker på lakenet. Jeg så noe sort som plutselig ble borte. Fant det igjen på undersiden av lakenet i hjørnet. Trykte på det og da ble det blod ut over. Jeg fikk helt panikk. Sto opp, dusjet og kom meg ut av rommet. Snakket med de i resepsjonen og da nevnte den ene at han hadde sett det dagen før ?!?!?! Da burde han sagt ifra så de kunne gjøre noe med det. Vet ikke om Bethel eller Julia, de andre to resepsjonistene, hørte hva han sa, men jeg hørte det og ble veldig opprørt. Hva om jeg får dette med meg videre og hjem?

- Joyce (8/5): - Hotel zit vlak bij verschillende stops voor tram, metro en trein. Alles zit in de buurt. Kamer is klein, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Ontbijt voorziening was ook goed geregeld. Ook fijn dat er altijd wel iets van eten te krijgen is bij de receptie. De overige gasten waren vrij luid op de gang na het stappen, door de weeks was het erg rustig, toen niks of niemand gehoord snachts. In het weekend was het dus vrij onrustig op de gangen in de nacht.

Habitación práctica y acogedora para su pequeño tamaño La habitación estaba limpia de inicio, per no se ha limpiado la habitación en ningún momento durante una estancia de 5 noches de duración. Esperaba al menos un repaso al baño y a la moqueta en algún momento. Todo lo demás ha estado genial.

De har mange forskjellige tjenester man kan benytte seg av, blant annet at man kunne sjekke inn og ut gjennom telefonen og bruke telefonen som nøkkel. Beliggenheten er også veldig bra, med Slottsparken rett ved. Det var ikke nok plass til en stor koffert, så hvis man har det bør man nok ikke bestille det minste rommet.
