- Jemma (9/5): Central stay, perfect for families and groups - Very centrally located, spitting distance from Knightsbridge and Brompton Road, close to tube stations and Hyde Park. Nothing! There were a lot of stairs in the property, which is important to know upfront for anyone with mobility issues.
- Michael (10/5): SUPER! EMPFEHLENSWERT! - TOP waren die zentrale Lage mit besten Anbindungen zu Bus und U-Bahn. Ebenso gab es in der Nähe viele und gute Restaurants aber auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Ausstattung mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern war bestens. Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu beanstanden gab, dann vielleicht die etwas zu weichen Matratzen in den Betten.
- Andrew (10/5): Amazing Knightsbridge apartment - Amazing location about 80-metres from Harrods in the heart of Knightsbridge and close to Hyde Park. But because the Cheval is down a quiet side street it still felt peaceful and restful. We were upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment on arrival and it was stunning - huge bedrooms, two amazing bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, everything immaculately decorated and furnished, and kept beautifully clean by the daily cleaning service. We would happily live there although in high season there’s no way we could afford it! Nothing - everything was perfect.

We stayed in the 3bed townhouse, each bedroom was en-suite and the beds, bedding and pillows were so comfortable. Continental Breakfast was supplied and left in the fridge and was a lovely addition - we’d definitely return Only suggestion is If you could please provide mirrors in the bedrooms - we had a mirror in the en-suite but difficult to style hair as no plugs near by -

- Emil (10/5): perfect stay - The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Harrods. All the major highlights are within walking distance, and the underground station is just around the corner. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants and several grocery stores. The staff was very kind and always available to help. Our apartment was truly spacious and quiet, equipped with everything you might need (Nespresso pods in the kitchen, a fully equipped bathroom including slippers and a bathrobe :-). It was a very relaxing stay, and we will have great memories of it. Everything was wonderful; perhaps cleaning every 2–3 days would be more than enough, rather than every day.

Apartment was amazing and spacious had everything we needed Parking is an issue having to walk to and from car 15 minute walk and expensive for the car park all night. No english breakfast cafe near by

- Jinyan (10/5): - 干净整洁，我们一早到的，员工查了有空房，让我们提早入住了。公寓房间及床品都很干净，可以做饭。走几步就有2个超市，海德公园也非常近，强烈推荐海德公园晨跑。交通便利，我们主要是公交地铁出行，附近较为安全。

Nice amenities in bathroom, kitchen - well stocked. Like that it has elevator. Love that rooms have separate thermostats. Great balcony & lots of windows. All special housekeeping requests fulfilled promptly & generously. Carpet is bit worn. Kitchen sink faucet leaks a bit at base. One of the sinks in master bathroom doesn’t drain well. Clock in TV room on wall not working. Gets warm even with heat all way off - thankfully lots of windows to open.

- Interior (9/5): - Спокойное место, хорошее расположение Последний день пребывания. Убрались в номере на отвали. Не положили Чай и Сахар. Было важно так как утром уезжали и дети завтракают утром. Было поздно, купить не успел бы. Позвонил на стойку попросил, сказали принесут, ждал 30-40 минут. Тишина. Пошел сам. Удивило как работник выдавал мне чай. Я сказал нас 4 человека. Выдал 3 пакетика. Сахар пакетики отсчитывал по 1 одному к пакетику чая , лишний пакетик сахара забрал... а может я два пакетика на кружку использую ,хоть спросил бы.. Еще бы талоны на хлеб ввели ) Удивило и в последний день испортило мнение об отеле.

- Stephanie (10/5): Excellent Stay at Cheval - Beautiful apartment and location. The staff was amazing and helpful. We arrived early and they stored our luggage. Our luggage was in the apartment when it was available. This made our stay exceptional. Truly top-notch service and place.

- Joanne (10/5): Absolutely perfect. - Absolutely beautiful apartment with everything we needed and it was quiet! Our apartment was cleaned daily and was in such a perfect neighborhood close to shopping, dining and Harrods! Nothing. This was our second stay here and everything was exceptional.
- Faizan (3/5): Horrible stay. Wont be booking again. - Good Location No hot water for two days No heating in the night. Ruined our Christmas and holidays as due to cold myself and my son got sick and had to go back. The person who came to check the hot water said he can give me a KEY to another apartment in another building to wash up or take shower. Did not expected these kind of services from someone charging £600-£700 a night.
