- MOHSEN (6/5): Not So Plesant this time! - It wasn’t first time we were staying so we were expecting same previous experience, However we have found the Staff smiling but reluctant to help We’ve found the staff reluctant to help, the £4k a weekend apartment was given on ground floor right above the underground station we had constant train noise every 5 minute all day and night , We have told the staff and no action taken and told hotel is busy! No room to book us for a cinema over 3 days stay, no views out of the windows of ground floor but the street and backyard.

- Taniya (9/5): It was our third visit to the property and still as great as the first time we stayed here. Will choose ChevalGlocester - The room was clean, staff were helpful and polite. The location was super convenient The rollaway bed was a little small for an adult
- Patrick (3/5): Great location, but Apartment 2K had Bug Infestation and broken appliances while visiting. - Excellent location - close to the train station. Apartments were very large and comfortable. Speaking specifically for our apartment. There was a bug infestation. When initially reported, staff stated it was due to the door being opened. Staff used vacuum cleaner to suck up bugs. Throughout week, infestation became worse and worse. Became too overwhelming. Spoke to front desk manager who told us "If you want to leave, then you can leave". We then switched hotels for the remainder of our stay. Refrigerator and freezer were both broken. Fridge was leaking water into one of the cabinets. Freezer had ice surrounding it, but all foods were melted.
- Saood (8/5): - The location is excellent, right next to the metro and bus stations, with several restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped with all hotel-style services. The price is somewhat high. I didn’t like the room view, and when I asked about a better one, I was told it would cost extra, even though the amount already paid for the stay was not small. I was also disappointed that the light hospitality “snacks” in the room were reduced compared to my previous experience with the same hotel group. Back then, the room included a variety of complimentary treats such as bread, cheese, eggs, milk, croissants, different juices, sweets, and chips. This time, however, it was only a milk and some biscuits. When I inquired, I was told that the hotel had changed its policy, and now the premium hospitality is only available for hotel members or for those who booked directly through the hotel’s website, while guests who booked through Booking.com do not receive these extras. Great location, fantastic fac - I recently stayed at Cheval Gloucester Apartments and had a wonderful experience. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and very comfortable – everything we needed for our stay in London. To our pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to a beautiful two-bedroom apartment, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There was a housekeeping disruption due to a strike during our visit, but the team handled the situation very professionally and quickly resolved everything, ensuring we were well taken care of. Their customer service was excellent, and we truly appreciated the effort they put into making sure our stay was smooth. There was a small frustration with housekeeping during our stay — some unnecessary information was shared with us at the time of the strike, which made the situation feel a bit unpleasant in the moment. However, the team resolved the issue quickly and professionally, and we truly appreciated how they handled it.

Very quiet, room darkening curtains. Comfortable beds with fabulous linen and bath towels. Best rain showers ever. Location was superb, Tube and bus around the corner, 4 min walk. So easy to get around to all attractions, 3 Tube lines. Waitrose and Boots 3 mins walk. AC and lift and exceptionally clean. Absolutely perfect for a week in London. Highly recommend. Nothing.

This property goes far beyond a five-star experience, with meticulous attention to every single detail. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the thoughtfully stocked refrigerator, which included milk, eggs, chicken, cheese, bread, and croissants - absolutely perfect after a long journey. The service is impeccable; whenever you need something, staff respond instantly. The apartment itself is simply stunning and immaculately maintained. Top-of-the-line kitchen Miele appliances including a full-size refrigerator and washer/dryer combo complement the sophisticated design. The bed is extraordinary, featuring the most luxurious linens I've ever experienced. Cutting-edge lighting creates a beautiful ambiance throughout the apartment. The marble bathroom is a true masterpiece. With heated towel racks, heated floors, and motion-activated lighting, it feels like a high-end spa. The rainfall showerhead provides exceptional water pressure, making every shower a delightful experience. The living area is equally impressive, featuring a spacious balcony and a massive 65-inch wall-mounted TV. The bedroom boasts its own large television. Location-wise, you couldn't ask for better. It's just steps from the tube station, with restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores surrounding the property. The front desk staff, including Ralph and Renu, are incredibly welcoming and Juliet is amazing and will do whatever she can to make your stay perfect. Honestly, they all constantly go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. This truly feels like a home away from home and I’ve already booked my next stay. For travelers seeking an unparalleled accommodation experience in London, the Cheval Gloucester Park is an absolute must.

This was the perfect location for the show! The apartment was stunning and the whole team were absolutely incredible! They treated us like Royalty! Special shout out to the lovely Michael who is an absolute credit to your business as the perfect host and Ambassador! Raj and Jerome and the Reception team were also exceptional! - Nathan (10/5): Great, family friendly but luxurious, clean! - Our stay was great - we were looking for somewhere we could make work with a 1 year old and a 3 year old and while I’m sure the screaming in the lobby wasn’t too fun for the staff during check in/out, they treated us graciously and got us set up in our room. The room was fantastic, great size and VERY clean. This is especially important for us with the kids because the youngest is just learning to walk so most of her time is spent rolling around on the floor. Please keep up the high standards of cleanliness, it really sets you apart from others and will definitely result in us returning. The location was great, super easy access to the tube and some amazing nearby restaurants. Thanks!

Beautifully designed, comfortable, the beds are so comfortable that you don’t even want to get out of bed. The staff are just lovely and extremely friendly. Nothing at all it’s the best.
