- Yulia (10/5): - Очень удобное расположение, всего 10 минут ходьбы от станции метро 신사. Сам отель хороший, номер чистый и просторный. В отеле есть прачечная, где можно постирать вещи. Единственное, оплатить стирку можно только картой, для кого-то это может быть неудобно/ Персонал потрясающий. Во время проживания потеряла одну вещь, и эти замечательные люди сделали всё, чтобы помочь её найти. Однозначно остановлюсь тут ещё раз, когда снова буду в Корее.

The breakfast is not worth it. Fortunately there are plenty of coffee and bakery shops in the area where we could get a good breakfast. I wish the hotel was closer to the metro but we managed.

- JC. (7/5): - This is the second time im staying at La Casa. It serves my purpose this visit. Its abit dated from since I stayed and unfortunately, the hotel was so popular I could not add on my stay. And I find the rooms abit too dim.

The room we had was right next to the elevator: the noise it makes everytime it is used is terrible, woke me up during the night. The cleanliness wasn’t the best either.

- Keylon (10/5): Exceptional Value for Staying in Seoul - This is my third year in a row staying at La Casa Hotel and they continue to demonstrate why I will always choose their hotel whenever I'm in Seoul. For starters, the location is great, within short walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and convenience stores in the Sinsa-Dong area, as well as the Sinsa Station subway line. The room was clean, well furnished, with good facilities across all areas. However, what I liked most were the staff, who always went and above and beyond to ensure I had a lovely stay. Whether it was arranging me a taxi on the fly, helping me with my luggage, or just showing good hospitality in general, they were always kind and helpful, leaving me humbled to be one of their guests. La Casa Hotel continues to offer an exceptional value for staying in Seoul and I will choose them as first choice! Nothing at all, everything was great!

- Jeongmin (2/5): 아쉽지만 이제 안녕 - 음.... 8~9년 쯤 좋았던 기억을 가지고 예약을 했는데 예전의 고급스러운 인테리어는 다 사라지고, 서비스 품질도 떨어진 것 같습니다. 체크인 시간을 새벽 2시라고 적었음에도 불구하고 1시 40분경 노쇼로 체크하여 마음대로 금액을 결제하였고, 응대하시는 분의 태도도 예전과 같진 않았습니다. 내부 인테리어는 싸구려 모텔이랑 다를 것이 없었고, 체크아웃 시간에는 청소 소리에 편하게 쉬지 못할 것 같았습니다. 4주 정도 매주 묵을 계획이었으나, 바로 다 취소했습니다. 한국 물정 모르시는 외국인 분들 타겟으로 최적화 하신 것 같습니다. 앞으로는 갈 일 없을 것 같습니다.

Le restaurant sert des plats de qualité et la salle est aussi accueillante. Personnellement, je n’ai pas beaucoup apprécié le quartier. Il faut marcher un peu pour rejoindre le métro station sinsa. Il y a des bus je pense à côté mais je n’ai pas tester.

The location was also very convenient. There’s a bus stop really close and I was able to get to where I wanted to go pretty quickly and efficiently. The only issue I had was that the door sometimes didn’t close all the way, I had to double check a couple of times but this area is also very safe so I wouldn’t worry.

- Julia (7/5): Good budget hotel in quiet location, yet close to metro, bus and restaurants - The hotel is a good budget option for Seoul, in a quiet location and yet just a couple of minutes' walk to some main roads with lots of restaurant options. We booked two rooms - one twin and one double. We did not get exactly the rooms we had booked. Just one was as it was booked, so we ended up with a carpet, which we had wanted to avoid, and we were in a separate wing to our son. It was not a big problem in the end. Our room was quiet, spacious and comfortable, albeit basic. There was a large window, seating area and desk, and tea-making facilities. Both rooms had seen better days, but for the price considering the location it was really fine. We did feel that the room could have been a little cleaner (carpet stains, stains on chairs, used tissue in a drawer, a cap left by someone on the floor behind a chair...) It was otherwise generally clean, but was just perhaps cleaned a little too hurriedly. Staff had limited English, but were polite and helpful. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk to Sinsa metro station, which is well connected on metro line 3, and there are also bus stops nearby. It took us about 30 mins to an hour to reach most places that we wanted to visit. Please note that the walk between the hotel and metro station is not totally flat, and it is not always easy to access the pavement due to parked vehicles, so it may not be the best option for those with mobility issues or with very young children. Rooms need some refurbishment. Cleaning could be more thorough. The bathroom floor was always flooded after using the shower (probably due to the design of the overflow from the shower into the main bathroom area, rather than due to any problem).

Amazingly helpful staff and accommodating of my payment methods. The breakfast options were a bit meager and not really suitable for a hotel breakfast. There were options, but I wish there had been more protein rich options that did not include pork. However, this is a minor complaint as the stay was otherwies fabulous.
