It started with a smooth check-in process and a very friendly receptionist who made a great first impression. The room was spacious, clean, and smelled fresh—really comfortable to stay in. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the restaurant staff were quick, helpful, and always friendly. The location is another big plus. Being close to a food hub made the stay even more fun. The moment you step outside the hotel, you’re surrounded by tons of street food and local snacks. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I’d happily come back.

The reception was smooth, and the staff was very kind and allowed me to check in early. The booking came with a breakfast complement. The room was huge and had a good view. It was close to all major attractions. The breakfast was very delicious, with lots of options and a live counter. There is nothing like that.

There is not much food left after 9 am, but if you go early, that will be very crowded...unless you go before 8 am. The room service is bad, this is the second time that I have had to call them to send me the towel ...after my shower and my whole body is wet, and then realize that there is no towel in my room...

- Hashmatullah (8/5): Overall over 4 day stay in the hotel was great. - We booked 2 rooms and both rooms were interconnected and they were very spacious and clean. The aircon was so good that we had to turn off one of them as it was getting very cold. The staff at the reception were very welcoming, smiling, and saying hello to us. On our first day, we went to the lobby to have breakfast. It was very good with lots of different items to eat. But the pastry or the cake was not fresh. The other facilities were great such as the gym, the beauty salon and the pool. I will mention a few staff names who provided excellent service and guided us where to go shopping. Desi – from Guest relationship Fendi – from the staff Neelam – from the coffee shop and a few more staff. The hotel did not offer the free airport shuttle even though it was listed on the booking.com website. I had a big discussion with the Hotel night manager Reid and the day Manager Arif and both denied offering a free airport shuttle. I was advised that the hotel does provide an airport shuttle but not free. Booking.com should look into this and make it clear to the customer so the customer is not cheated.

- Barbara (8/5): Great visit - We have been travelling for 4 months and it was so lovely to stay in a beautiful hotel close to the mosque and cathedral. The staff from the beautiful valets to the pool staff were all so friendly and attentive. Breakfast was not kept hot. The checkin staff on both days we stayed had little or no English and could not help us at all with even directions. Ask the restaurant staff; Rini or valet staff as they have good English.
- CARSTEN (4/5): Don't go there.. - This hotelstay was an overall dissapointment. The rooms I stayed in were somewhat aged. The staff barely speaks english and find it difficult to communicate. The WIFI-speed is appauling. I booked plaza suite to get access to executive lounge too. Nowhere was it stated that the lounge was closed. A few trinkets was instead brought to the room, but bar far not worth the added cost of an executive floor stay. Simply not good enough. The bathroom faucet was loose and the shower head couln't be moved. Food and restaurant is non-existent. The quality is very, very poor and slow to deliver, Primarily Indonesian breakfast buffet - not a lot of international content. Warm buffet was cold everyday. No room-service possiblities really. Not going back there...

- Marilyn (3/5): disappointing, staff were lovely - the staff They promoted Happy Hour every day, there wasn’t any in fact there was no alcohol apart from Beer and 1 bottle of white wine. there were bottle of pretend spirits on the bar shelves. at breakfast the areas were not clean, same spoon being used for peanut butter and other things in communal jars. the lack of fresh fruit or fresh fruit juice. lunch did not have the food on the menu. Caesar Salad consider of lettuce leaves tomato and some croutons. I think this hotel should be advertised purely as a conference hotel not for holiday maker. we were there for a week for a wedding.

Our room was located at the 12th floor which displayed the photos of Kartini and Kartini's family circle. I enjoyed the displays while walking along the corridor to and from my room. I was curious why the hotel displayed the photos however. A bit explanation would be great! The breakfast was unfortunately below my expectation. The foods was not bad, there were delicious, but I expected more variety of foods. The most disappointing was the fruits's availability.

- Jessica (8/5): Reliable & Comfortable Hotel to Stay in - We got upgraded to Deluxe room which is delightful. Very clean, comfortable room & bed. The AC was nice and cool. Breakfast is quite good. Location is very strategic at Pecenongan st. with a lot of food stall around. Good place for staying in. The bathtub had a little malfunction, the plug wasn't tight enough so the water was leaking out when I was taking a bath. The coffee at breakfast could be better.

- Rahendra (8/5): Senang sekali - The location is great near Monas and the centre. Also a big plus is the pasar malam in front of the hotel, with saté and martabak for grasps. They it is a non smoking room, but I can in imagine it wasn’t in the past. The room was on a high floor. The windows can’t open why the room never can breath. We’ve sensitive noses and the carpet doesn’t help with that.

- Lusi (8/5): If on sale should be ok,otherwise expensive - Hotel is ok, big, but because old hotel room situation a bit run-down. Breakfast was great.staffs friendly. Perhaps need to put out sale often. Room a bit high
