Zsolt (9/5): Professzionálisan üzemeltetett hatalmas komplexum. - A szálloda szépen karbantartott, a személyzet kedves barátságos segítőkész volt. Rendkivüli figyelmet kap park a növényzet gondozása széppé tétele. Kimagasló a kültéri burkolatok, felületek tisztán tartása, minden nap azok felmosásával kezdődött. Az étteremben az ételek ízletesen készültek, szépen szervírozva. A szálloda komplexum óriási területen helyezkedik el, szinte napok szükségesek annak bejárására, felfedezésére. Az egész komplexumon látszik egy jól szervezett igényes üzemeltetés. Jó állapotban tartott valóban használható kondi teremnek örültem. Az ételek finoman voltak elkészítve, de ebben a kategóriában az éttermekben talán lehetett volna szélesebb választék pl. gyümölcsökből görögdinnye egyáltalán nem volt, ami ebben az időszakban (május) Egyiptomban a piacokon mindenhol látható. A komplexum azon részében ahol foglaltam a szobákat, a tenger egy érezhető sétatávolságra volt, (kb. 5-600 m) ezt jó lett volna ha a leírásban látom és ennek függvényében tudom eldönteni, hogy a szálloda melyik részébe foglaljak.

What made our stay at charmillion Garden Club Aqua Park in Sharm El-Sheikh truly special was the people. From the first moment, the team showed friendliness, flexibility, and genuine care. We had a small misunderstanding at the beginning regarding the number of guests checking in, but Andrew from the Front Office handled the situation with professionalism, kindness, and great hospitality. A big shout-out to him. Also, special thanks to Amgad, the Front Office Manager, who was very flexible and made sure everything worked out smoothly for us. The entire team deserves real recognition. Thank you to the operation team, housekeeping team, food and beverage team, security team, and everyone working behind the scenes to make guests feel welcome. Guðrún (10/5): Wonderful time in a great hotel - My husband and I stayed at the hotel for two weeks with our grandchildren, aged 12 and 14, from 14 to 28 April. Our time in Sharm el Sheik was wonderful. We can definitely recommend the hotel for all ages, especially for people travelling with children. Everyone will find something to suit them. The entertainment team was lively and engaged children and adults in the programme. The staff at both reception and service were excellent and did everything they could to serve us well. The food was good and there was an incredible range. The rooms were great and always well cleaned and everything was in order. A big plus was being able to change the environment and go to the other two Charmillion hotels and use the services there too. We definitely recommend staying at Charmillion and will definitely come back. Nothing we disliked
imbrendino (7/5): - The available food was good. The room was really nice and it was really close to the attractions. Many pools and the beach, everything was really clean. We could enjoy facilities of the other resorts attached to it from the same company. Although it was all you can eat for many things you had to pay if you want them, for example all the things kids are immediately looking for (ice cream, popcorn, juices...). Unfortunately for half of the vacation the kids pools was suddenly in maintainable mode and communication about that was not done properly, we were waiting for a couple of days for them to be opened again but nothing. Only after we asked we discovered there was another option if you really want them. So communication in general was not the top, discovering the different events was also difficult. In general a bit disorganised in the different processes. And although we could enjoy facilities from the other resort attached to it, we couldn't it there making us to go up and down a lot, a bit difficult with kids.
Kaj Hollemans (8/5): Mooi en groot resort - Mooi park, met drie hotels, die je allemaal kunt bezoeken. De glijbanen zijn leuk en de kamers zijn groot. Eten was goed en gevarieerd. Animatie organiseerde weinig activiteiten en na het eten was er eigenlijk geen plek om rustig te zitten bij de bar, omdat de muziek heel hard stond. Meestal is de mini disco in een apart theater, maar hier was het bij de bar.

Rachael (9/5): Excellent choice for kids - Really nice experience. The best thing about the hotel is absolutely the kids pools - the slides for older kids are great, but even more impressive is that the toddler/young kids area is also pretty good. There's also a separate pool a two minute walk away for adults escaping the noise. Special mention to the lifeguards, who are very observant and paying close attention. Rest of the hotel is nice too. Rooms are simple but fine, good array of tasty food options and different food themes every night means a stay of a week or less doesn't get repetitive. Most of the staff were very friendly too. The beach is quite small but fine for sunbathing and gentle swiming, it's about a ten/fifteen minute easy walk through the sister hotel - see below. Less than ten minutes from the airport in a taxi. Overall a lovely easy stay for a family with kids. For those confused by the Charmillion family and which location has what - Charmillion Gardens Aquapark is the one with the kids pools and slides. Charmillion Sea Life Resort is directly next to it and has a nice pool without slides but is closer to the beach. Charmillion Club Resort is a little further along. Guests can move freely between all of these. I've marked down a little as there were repair works outside our room which were quite loud sometimes - but we visited in off-season so such things are understandable

Mohamed e karem della navetta(bus car) sono eccezionali,parlano italiano e sono sempre super gentili e disponibili come anche il ragazzo che ci puliva la stanza! Non mi aspettavo tutto questo benessere! Tanti punti anche alla pulizia e all accortezza di tutti i ragazzi che lavorano nelle piscine!! Fantastico veramente!! Torneremo sicuramente!! Grazie a tutti! 10 e lode!!! Niente...tutto meraviglioso...

Francesco Gardini (10/5): Esperienza stupenda! - Accoglienza massima e disponibilità assoluta! Staff super gentile e cibo di ottima fattura. Abbiamo mangiato anche le verdure che erano lavate con cura. Anche il.ghiaccio era fatto con acqua confezionata. Parco acquatico sicuro e per tutte le età e spiaggia con reef a cinque minuti a piedi! Alcuni aspetti della camera sembravano un po' datati.

loredana (9/5): - Gli spazi comuni super curati , spazio verde con fiori e alberi super curati, spettacolare davvero, aquapark per ogni esigenza e soprattutto il personale di sorveglianza alle piscine era davvero molto attento, in generale c'era tanta attenzione al cliente l'unica cosa che ci è puaciura meno sono le stanze, noi avevamo una familiare ma i dettagli della camera e sopratutto del bagno erano datati e poco curati rispetto a un resort 5 stelle e guardando la cura degli spazi comuni trovo che si possa fare meglio per le camere, ma assolutamente nulla da dire per la pulizia in camera .

MohKap (10/5): Highly recommended and will repeat the visit again - Excellent hotel with big aqua park suitable for all ages. Nice variety in the buffet of the main restaurant and there are other restaurants with different cuisines as Japanese, Italian, oriental and fish restaurants. Room service was great and every day the person responsible for it (named Mustafa) makes lovely shapes of the towels. The sea was very shallow not suitable for swimming.

I ragazzi alla reception sono eccellenti sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta in particolare Osama Hammad Minadi.Un team fantastico anche i bagnini sono dei bravi ragazzi. Le camere pulite. Un grazie anche al barman Eslam del turno serale. Unica pecca della struttura l’animazione dei bambini assente e quando c’erano non avevano garbo e nemmeno empatia con i bimbi

Les lifefuard, les conseillers en activité. Nous avons passé de belles vacances grâce a l'ensemble des equipes sur place. Merci Petit point négatif, la douche qui passe du chaud (brûlant) au froid... pas de température régulière pour une bonne douche.
