• Ron (7/5): Beautiful spot on the docks in a laid back and quiet area with a lot of "old stone building" charm! - The location is exceptional in that it's sitting right on the docks in a quiet and laid back area of the coastline. The view is simply wonderful and unbeatable. It's a lovely spot from which one can walk towards Porto Montenegro in about 15 minutes along the coastline through a mix of walkways, docks and small roads. It's easy going but one should take into consideration that it's not a straightforward walkway. The room was disappointing because of the rather old and clunky furniture. Furthermore, moving around the room was quite uncomfortable because of the low slope ceiling.

Замечательный завтрак, где выбор из 6 блюд с ресторанной подачей и в дополнение к этому вы можете сидеть прям у воды У мансарды есть свой минус, что балка проходит прям по середине номера и приходится нагибаться, чтоб не удариться головой. На кровать надо залазить, как червяк)) Но это все компенсируется идеальным видом!!

• Juste (10/5): Amazing boutique hotel, will definitely come back to stay again. - I loved the breakfast - super tasty and eating on the terrace with that view is such a dream! Staff were lovely and helpful. Sauna is a great addition. Actually everything was great, can't fault anything. Perhaps would be better if the restaurant was open throughout the week not just weekends, but this might change as the season properly restarts in a few weeks.

My kids said this was one of our best trips and we do travel a lot to nice hotels. Location is great, nice promenade along the sea towards Porto Montenegro. Proximity to the sea. You can hear the sea from your room which is a very relaxing feeling. Wonderful peaceful breakfast that you can have literally on the water. Nice coffee. No running around with plates around the buffet like in huge hotels. We were having all our other meals at their restaurant as well when it was open (though off season they are not open in the evenings on all days). The food is good, prices ok and the team is excellent. A bit over-priced for low season in my opinion. Weird smell in the neighborhood from time to time.

• Margaret (10/5): - The hotel is in an amazing location with fabulous views from every room. Easy to find and a great restaurant attached. The restaurants staff went out of their way to be friendly and welcoming. The food especially the included breakfasts had very well planned menus daily with many choices all very good. They even eent out of their way to get me some plain yogurt which wasn't part of the main menu. The staff mentioned that on occasion they will accommodate requests, which is very thoughtful. I can imagine during high season this place is spectacular for visitors and locals alike. A definate must if you plan to either visit Tivat or want a great little place to eat while sight seeing in the area. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, I will be back. The hotel and staff made everything just perfect. There was nothing except maybe a little warmer weather that I would change. Even so, many terrific memories I am geatful for and will remember fondly. Blessings and thanks again!

En la zona norte del área de TIVAT, lejos del centro del caos de gente y tráfico, se encuentra perfectamente ubicado para sentirse en zona de descanso, a un metro del mar, y a unos 10-15 minutos de paseo del centro y área deportiva del muelle. El desayuno riquísimo (el menú es amplío y se puede comer distinto cada día) y el personal una auténtica maravilla. Sin duda, cumplió con las expectativas 100% y las superó. Nada. Todo fue increible.

• Imogen (10/5): We loved our stay here and would recommend it to others, particularly couples. - We have just returned from a lovely one week stay here and couldn’t fault the hotel, restaurant or staff. A lovely team who went above & beyond for us and were accommodating to our needs during our stay. The breakfast was big (including a starter!) and plenty of choice, and there were plenty of nice touches such as having beach towels at our disposal to use each day. The room was as advertised and the aircon a lifesaver in the heat. Everywhere in the hotel is clean and well maintained & the location is perfect to give you that balance of a more quiet & friendly area, within walking distance into the port. There is a little shop, a couple of restaurants/bars and even a beach club very close by. There is a small pebbled area adjacent to the hotel with a shower & some seating, not a ‘beach’ as such but as expected in the balkans a small stoney area to relax and access the sea, the only comment I would have is that it can be popular with the locals at certain times of the day, so isn’t exactly exclusive to the hotel. Nothing, we couldn’t fault our stay!

The perfect getaway, full of charm and character. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a stopover in Tivat or while exploring Montenegro.

От этого ощущение нечистоты номера. В ванной порванный шланг душа, не новая сантехника, потертая плитка, от чего так же ощущение нечистоты.

From the ladies at the reception to the waiters and the entire restaurant team, everyone is incredibly kind, positive, and genuinely welcoming. You immediately feel the good energy the moment you arrive. The food deserves special mention — breakfast and dinner are easily among the best in town. Even though we are currently staying in a rented apartment, we still come back here just for breakfast, which says everything. This place is not just about accommodation; it’s about the people, the atmosphere, and how they make you feel. Highly recommended.

• Georgina (10/5): It was a beautiful and romantic stay, we would absolutely come back again. - We had such a wonderful overnight stay here, the location is particularly beautiful and we had a delicious and scenic dinner on the terrace next to the bay. We also had to leave before the breakfast service to catch our flight and they very kindly prepared us a packed breakfast to take with us. There isn’t reserved parking for guests as such, though there is lots of parking along the side of the bay.

• Sue (8/5): Lovely hotel for romantic stay, probably best with a car and just a couple of nights - Beautiful location, room with terrace overlooking the bay and wonderful sunsets. Good shower and comfortable bed. Reception staff was very helpful. Robes and slippers provided. Pretty restaurant terrace. Set plates for breakfast. Would have been fine for a couple of nights. I stayed for a week and struggled with lack of variety and particularly chia seed puddling and limited variety cut fresh fruit and mini cinnamon pasty and glass of freshly squeezed orange juice every day! Second course was choice from list of about 8 different set plates, looked much better than tasted. Ate in restaurant just one evening. Bruscetta was a slice of bread with topping. They do not cater for dietary requirements. I had paid full price for single occupancy for a double room and I was told I could only have 2 coffees included at breakfast. Coffee machine in room was difficult to operate and no milk provided, though I did buy some from supermarket and kept in minibar fridge in room. Lovely terrace was across all 3 rooms divided by planters, not so private. I had middle terrace, end terrace to the left got morning sun. Music speaker for outside restaurant was placed directly under my room terrace, general noise from restaurant. Other hotels had agreement to use the restaurant for breakfast. Long walk into the town and buses run approximately once per hour.
• ROSALIND (10/5): - Breakfast was freshly prepared for each guest. Location was great. You could swim from hotel. Terrace overlooked sea. 15 minutes or so walk to Porto Montenegro. Easy to visit Budva, Kotor, cable car looking over kotor bay (taxi or bus or combination) and arrange boat excursion.

• Jeremy (8/5): - This is a boutique hotel with only a few rooms in a fabulous position in the village of Donja Lastva, about one mile from Tivat, right on the waterfront overlooking Boka Bay. Cleanliness is excellent and the reception staff speak good English and are exceedingly helpful. It is a 19th century two storey building and has no lift so this should be borne in mind for those with limited mobility. There are two restaurants in the village one of which, Punto Crudo, is connected to the hotel and provides an excellent free breakfast to hotel guests. Dinner is served from 5.00 pm and the food is of a good international standard although the menu is limited. Big Ben restaurant is about 700 metres away towards Tivat. This is a lively, noisy restaurant which should appeal to younger people. There are numerous restaurants a little further on in Tivat at various price levels and are just a short taxi ride away. There are minor inconveniences like no local taxis near the hotel (they are called to the hotel from Tivat); no snacks, just drinks, are available at the hotel between 11.00 am and 5.00 pm but the excellent breakfast should see one through the day. I recommend this hotel for those who enjoy peaceful surroundings and the ability to swim in the sea directly from the hotel quay.

• noel tekath (10/5): - This was the best hotel on our journey through montenegro. The location is a dream, directly at the water and because the hotel only got something around 8 rooms it is not crowded. Breakfast and dinner is served by the restaurant next to the hotel and really delucious. No big portions but every dinner was an experience with new taste. If you are looking for 2-4 days just relax and enjoying the water this will be perfect. In my opinion it is even better then all those luxury hotel buildngs next to tivat yachtport.

• Yann (8/5): Apaisant - Hôtel au calme, avec vue sur les Bouches du Kotor. Petit déjeuner qui se fait sur le ponton avec vue sur l’eau transparente et les poissons. Personnel attentionné. Petit déjeuner identique tous les matins, ce qui peut être parfois frustrant… mais de très bons produits quoiqu’il en soit.

The hotel is fantastically located right on the bay and adjacent to a beach. It also has a wonderful restaurant. We had to leave at 5 in the morning and the hotel made us breakfast boxes Nothing not to like. A pity we could not stay longer
• dayna (1/5): Disgusting treatment of us by 'CEO' - Good location Gorgeous setting Takes 3 hours to clean our room 'CEO" so she said- was extremely rude and unsympathetic being un- supportive with our circumstances of loss luggage and no epilepsy medication - as a Travel Agent in this industry I WILL not recommend this property due to her failings as a representative for this property - she lied about her staff - who were professional and was treating us with respect and was prioritising our needs - we left and found another property who were polar opposites to our plight
• Çağlar (10/5): Huzurlu bir tatil - Otelin bulunduğu yer itibarıyla deniz kenarı olması ve sakin bir lokasyonda olması sebebiyle huzurlu bir tatil yapma imkanı oldu, araçla Kotor'a 20 dk, Perast'a 1 saatte, Hercek Novi'ye de feribot dahil 40 dk da ulaşım sağlanmaktadır. Otelin manzarası, kahvaltıları, çalışanlarından oldukça memnun kaldık, tavsiye ederiz.

• Luke (10/5): Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff and wonderful breakfast! - We loved the breakfast it was so fresh and delicious, and the dining area outside was just beautiful. Exceptional quality of the food and great choice too. The room was perfectly clean, with a really comfortable bed and immaculately presented, with stunning views across the bay. We loved the quiet location, just a short walk from the town. No it was lovely!
