They were remodeling the property and we couldn’t enjoy all the amenities of the hotel! They should specify that part before we made the booking! We didn’t like the hotel! The housekeeper went inside our room without our authorization to change towels that we didn’t asked. Also, we had $100 bill in our wallet and someone went inside and took (stolen) the money. We asked the hotel manager to check the cameras to see who went inside the room and they declined the help with a really bad actitud!

• KARI (4/5): - - This hotel is going through a huge refurbishment however this is not mentioned on Expedia. - They still have a huge amount of work to do so buyer beware. - The owners are greedy for not shutting this property whilst renovating because it is hugely disruptive. - No lift so be ready for 6 flights of stairs if you’re unlucky enough to be on the 4th fl. - Dock/pontoon/jetty is out of use as it is being rebuilt. Pool area is basic and needs renovation. - Rooms and all communal areas in need of a refurb. Our room door didn’t shut/lock properly and was a fear in it self to secure. The safe in our room was also out of order and one night we had to fix the toilet as it stopped flushing. - Breakfast was basic, not great variety if you are vegetarian or don’t eat pork or eggs! Make sure you mention before hand so that maybe they can cater for you. - Currently, the only positive thing going for this establishment is the great location!
• Branislav (1/5): THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!! - Hotel has a great location The place is under heavy reconstruction, so you basically stay on the construction site. The terrace which looks great on the pictures is not there as they rebuilding it currently. Pool is open only in afternoon, but it’s not safe as we found there a few times construction rubbish e.g. pieces of concrete and glass. It’s noisy, it’s dirty, it’s full of construction workers. Breakfast is worse than in average hostel, WiFi is not working at every floor, and someone (probably the cleaning person) stole some money from my room (it doesn’t have a safe). They changed my room 3 times, first I got room without sea view (even though I booked one with it), then I got room with a sea view, but without functioning WiFi, and then I got room with the sea view and WiFi, but with a huge AC unit on the balcony which makes terrible noise 24/7 and even smells like mold or dead body… And now you imagine paying for this kind of experience almost 100$ per night - recommend to avoid this place!

Local em obras sem elevador mas recomendo...pela localização, conforto e facilidade de acesso ao mar... Dica se quiser um mergulho em águas cristalinas leva o snorquel e as nadadeiras e aprecie um drink no bar. Voltarei com certeza... Esperando as obras finalizada e um café da manhã melhor.

There are at least a few hotels that provide better value for money. I am unlikely to stay at the Lord Pierre Hotel again.

• Marina (6/5): Estadia sem problemas - O hotel é bem localizado, contando com comércios bem próximo e a praia do hotel é muito boa. Nao tem banho quente porém faz muito calor, além da agua ser salgada com tratamento para utilização, mas isso é normal em toda ilha. Compre agua para beber. Cafe de manhã é simples mas é bom. As instalações do hotel sao antigas e o hotel esta em obras. O atendimento é bem flexível quanto a check in e check out, isso é muito bom.

The facilities are outdated, and I would advise against using the elevator—it’s old and feels like it could break down at any moment.

• Carla (1/5): Horrible , I wish I was able to ad more pictures. - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, RUN DO NOT STAY HERE. if I had an option to rate negative 0. I would put it.This hotel is falling apart, the pictures shown on the site must be 25 yrs old. The smell of mold is overwhelming, the elevator is literally falling apart, missing buttons, exposed electrical wires exposed everywhere, the beds are disgusting, not to mentione the rooms, there’s no hot water. We had no choice but to stay here 1 night, literally left the following morning. I requested to received my monies back for the additional nights after much discussion with the manager, they agreed which at that time they wanted my personal banking Information to deposit into my account. That’s insane what reputable hotel would ask for this ridicules request . I explained they can just issue the credit into my credit card as I paid them. He proceed to say they don’t that in colombia :) which is insane and obviously he didn’tKnow how to do this type of reverse transaction. He even brought in the accountant, which he didn’t know either. I made them give me the money in cash and signed an acceptance letter. This is not about the money, is about principle. There’s so many hard working people even Colombian families from other sides of the country saving money to come vacation to this “ so call natural pool hotel” to actual arrive to this broken down hotel and don’t have the opportunity to go elsewhere and are stuck there. This place should be closed by the health and safety department.
• Elizabeth (6/5): Good location, nice attention, but don’t worth the price, it is hotels near by less expensive and with better facilities - Recepción people were really nice and helpful, The property needs a lot of work, looks now old, and poorly maintained, it was supposed to be a 4 starts hotel, this is my second time in this hotel, first time 10 years ago, was nice, modern. My room was comfortable, a bit dark, the bathroom was old, not enough towels, not shampoo ( we had to ask for). I was with a kid, and they were fixing the elevator and it was cables all over the floor , a bit dangerous for a kid. I can’t complain about the attention because the people was nice, attentive, they try their best.

You need to be very patient with the internet 4/10 for the internet. I will totally go back to this hotel Thank you for a great stay Lord Pierre! Paulina my favorite! Always had a smile for our family!!

Adicional the elevator was not working, either the restroom at dinning area, no enough hot water, no enough towel service, no ice, no refrigerator, no hairdryer, no milk for breakfast, no enough shampoo-soap, one day no house keeping. Poor condition of the facilities in general.

• Andrew (2/5): - I travel extensively and this place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. It's that bad. I don't think they could just fix things and make it look presentable. At first at check in the lady was awful. Tried charging me for the room I had already paid for on Expedia. After 30 minutes I finally got passed the front desk but had to wait until 3 to get in. I came back at 315 and had to wait another 30 minutes for the room. I got to my room and wifi didn't work so I packed all my stuff and moved to another room. The shower didn't work so I had to go to another room to shower and it was never fixed. I didn't even have hot water. Then there is the bed, they only give you a flat sheet to use. No blankets or comforters. I have never seen this ever. A thin sheet to use! I have a dog at home and so I stay at motel 6 sometimes when road tripping and this place makes a motel 6 seem like a Ritz Carlton. It was the most expensive of all the hotels I stayed in Colombia over the 35 days and this was awful. Lucky it does have a great location and the staff got nicer as my stay continued over the 4 days.

Took 3 days of constantly asking to finally fix my hair. No toiletries, no coffee maker/ tea available in the room. Too expensive for what they offer. Bfast was too blended and no variation.

The bathrooms had no functioning doors for privacy in the lobby hotel is a disaster and staff are useless for customer care. Beware of this scam, photos on website are false.

When we arrived the receptionist tried to scam us by saying rooms with a sea view cost extra. All rooms have a sea view. Then the WiFi didn’t work in my room. And even in areas where it was showing a signal there was no data available. There were construction works going on which made rest during the day impossible. Areas of the hotel were dirty and uncared for. The whole place was old and tired. The staff didn’t care and didn’t respond to any complaints. Any repairs made were patchwork and tatty. Like white mastic between pains of glass. Very very poor

Las reformas son urgentes porque el hotel se está cayendo, pero no deben alquilar habitaciones en esas condiciones, por el ruido durante el día, suciedad y el incumplimiento en la prestación de servicios básicos, como el aseo y suministros a la habitación. El precio pagado debería ser compensado debido al estado actual del hotel.

• Talita (2/5): - Hotel é bem velho. No banheiro não tinha chuveiro, só um cano que saía água. O registro do chuveiro saía na nossa mão. A barra de “segurança” solta. Armários bem velhos, caindo a maçaneta. O ar condicionado era bom. No quarto vinha bastante barulho a noite toda das festas que faziam na praia. Café da manhã pouco variado. Piscina gelada, e no demais tudo bem arcaico. Precisava de uma bela reforma.
• SABRINA (6/5): - Fiquei apenas uma noite no hotel, num quarto com uma vista sensacional, mas que oferecia estrutura ruim. Não havia ducha, a água saia direto do cano. Sem agua quente (local extremamente quente, pode nem ser considerado um problema). Cheguei tarde e não havia toalhas em nosso quarto e só conseguiram novas no dia seguinte, tivemos que nos enxugar com uma toalha de rosto (duas pessoas). Cafe da manha basico, com um suco de laranja elogiavel, o melhor que provei na viagem toda. Me hospedei para economizar na primeira noite, pois chegaria as 23hs na cidade e nao fazia sentido pegar um resort na chegada. Fiquei um noite e sai no dia seguinte. Vale quanto custa.

Os funcionários do hotel são simpáticos, entendem quando falamos em português, super recomendo. O café da manhã é mais típico deles do que para nos brasileiros, poucas opções, mas mesmo assim recomendo. O Local tem um deck magnífico no mar. Segue uma foto do deck!

• Consuelo (2/5): - Mi mamá se calló por culpa de la negligencia del hotel quitaron la electricidad y el aire acondicionado se apagó no avisaron y el piso se puso mojado ni un trapero ni tapetes no avisaron y quedaron muy tranquilos y mi mamá leccionada de su rodilla hay quedó su regalo de cumpleaños pésimo servicio

• Mariana (4/5): Hotel decadente - Quando chegamos não sabiam da nossa reserva e levamos quase 2 horas para ir para o quarto. O café da manhã é impossível tomar e não tomamos nenhum dia pq é tenebroso. Area do deck fechada por mas condições. As camareiras não deixam toalhas e papel higiênico nunca e temos que todos os dias solicitar na recepção que nos entrega toalha de piscina. Diz que os vidros são anti ruído mas impossível pq muito difícil de dormir devido a barulheira do bairro. O banheiro nunca foi limpe realmente: quando chegamos tinha uma etiqueta grudada no box e ficou lá até sairmos pq não era verdadeiramente limpo. A pia da torneira vazava, o cano do banheiro vazava, na tinha Box e molhava o banheiro inteiro. O chuveiro não tinha a grelha então a água saía com tudo e várias vezes gelada. O hotel parece que já foi muito bom mas hoje está em total decadência.

• Linda (4/5): - We arrived extremely late so we missed out our first day of food and amenities, upon check out we had a lare flight, originally upon check in we were told that we could use all amenities and facility until we departed from the hotel. They refused to serve pur snacks and dinner and they made a big deal with pur drinks consumptions although we had paid for full board. I almost lost my flight as they lost the key for mthe toom that was holding my luggage. Service in general and facility was poor. Location was excellent

• 36terjew (10/5): Stay at Lord Pierre San Andres - We had a fantastic stay at Lord Pierre San Andres. The Hotel is located close to the sea and close to a fantastic beach. But the best was the fantastic people working at the hotel! Reception, restaurant, cleaning personnel and at the bar! Always met with a smile! We would like to come back!

In particular, we will emphasize a very friendly and professional service, at reception, in the dining room, in room service. The atmosphere was pleasant and friendly and the food was always delicious. Lovely view to the beautiful sea, private pool and swimming area, and a short distance to the beach. Many thanks to all the wonderful people at the hotel.

Everything else was really bad Room was not ready, and reservation was for the wrong amount of people . I was told that booking .com reserved for two instead of three people . They did accommodate us , however the room had been slept in, the AC did not work, had to ask many times for clean towels , and an iron. Breakfast was not good . No electricity or water on one day. Had to wash up with bottled water .

• Jhon (4/5): - Limpieza no era completa, ya que en el baño siempre quedaban residuos, el espejo nunca lo limpiaron, el piso siempre quedaba resbaloso o baboso en general de toda la habitación. La piscina solo fue habilitada de toda una semana un sólo día, el resto de días siempre en mantenimiento. En general para el costo si falta mantenimiento en todas las áreas.

• Brian (4/5): - I stayed 4 nights in Oct 2023, the location is excellent but the property is very run down. They ran out of water twice, once while I was in the shower. The windows were dirty and don't close properly, the elevator does not work, there is no vent or window in the bathrooms, the doors use mechanical keys not cards, etc. My friend upgraded to a room with a balcony - there were 3 AC units on his balcony cranking out heat and noise. I'd guess the building is about 40 years old, and on its last legs before a major reno or demolition.
• Victor (10/5): - The hotel has an access to the sea where you can find lots of fish. Although a little dated, the facilities are very good. Excellent breakfast.

• 34lilianae (2/5): reserve room - we reserve a room at this hotel a month ago , we got there they told us they did not have any rooms, so they send us to a cheapper hotel. we had no choice.rooms in this hotel were terrible the noise was so bad we only were hable to sleep 4 hours.
• shayno98 (6/5): Very average - Location is 10 out of 10. Although Hotel is old and rundown. Water was off every morning. They were doing maintenance below my room and started banging and bashing around 8 am ever day. I paid for the all inclusive. The food was pretty terrible. The so called all inclusive bar only had small selection of cocktails and only 1 type of beer which they would pour into a plastic cup. They flat out refused to give me the beer in a can. No idea why. Half of the staff were rude the other half were nice. They tried to put me in a room where the door to the balcony didn’t even lock. They didn’t even have a key for it. I’d recommend to anyone staying there not to bother with the all inclusive package. I are elsewhere and drank beers elsewhere most days. They have a really good dive centre within the hotel. Very professional and friendly staff.
• Helena (4/5): - The location is amazing but the hotel is outdated. The food is horrible. The drinks are not really good. We experienced few issues during our stay. The toilet wasn’t flushing. There’s barely any hot water.
• ChickenJoe88 (6/5): Could be a great hotel with new friendly staff and new ownership - I visited this hotel with 2 family members. We arrived on Jan 17th 2019 and left on Jan 21st. When we arrived at the hotel we had to wait 1 hr for our room to be ready, the male housekeeper was unfriendly. Also the hotel receptionists could improve their friendlyness. Room was nice and big, but there was a musky mould smell coming from dirty AC vents. The bathroom needed more ventilation as there was mold particles and didn't look properly cleaned. Nice comfy beds and a 32 LED TV in the room. Refrigerator was old, obsolete and also very noisy. They also need to try to block more outside noise coming from the hotel hallway since 2 nights we had to listen to loud music and children screaming and running just outside our room and everything could be heard inside, I didn't know we also needed earplugs so we could have a nice sleep, not nice at all. The restaurant was nice but the food could improve more, also kitchen staff need to be more friendly and smile more. It seemed like they were obligated to offer a service which is NOT free. They offered live music but they could improve more. Like adding some nice lighting or at least try to improve the mood, not just having a guy singing a karaoke. I would come back since the location is perfect, close to everything, nice restaurants, shops, etc. But I just wish they could improve their staff attitude.
• dans848 (8/5): Good beach location hotel could use some TLC - This hotel is about 100 rooms on the water close to a lot of bars and shops. If you are interested in SCUBA this is a good location. Food was just fair. Hotel could use some maintenance. Staff was friendly and helpful. We only had hot water on our last day. So if you are picky about perfection this may not be your place.
• Carlos (2/5): O hotel estragou a minha viagem - Olá, fui passar meu aniversário de namoro eu fui surpreendido com o pior hotel do mundo, me mudaram de quarto 3 vezes, os quartos apresentavam vários problemas, até que eles colocaram nos em um quarto um pouco pior, mais o ar condicionado parecia uma turbina de avião ligado, e mais umas vezes vocês não tem nenhum suporte internacional, quando eu chegar ao Brasil vou tomar providências cabíveis!!! • Fritz (8/5): Overview of Hotel Lord Pierre! - My family & I were very pleased with the staff at Hotel Lord Pierre! The hotel was well maintained, beautiful views. We were right in the center of everything!! Minor inconvenience, WiFi was slow, operating on 3G network. We walked in the downtown area, shopped without any worries. My family & I will return to Hotel Lord Pierre.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Overpriced. One pays location. Rooms large dated - Location is ideal but it needs some attention and spruce up. Staff extremely nice and has a good restaurant. Just very old and price is too high.
• Juan (4/5): If location matter! - Old and in need of renovation. Rooms are crowed with beds, bathrooms are in very bad shape! Rooms look clean but they are not well clean especially in bathrooms with pubic hair and pee spots around toilet! Food is very standard nothing special, too repetitive! The sea pool by hotel is dirty with plastic and other trash inside. In general location is the only positive feature of this hotel. Customer attention is just basic nothing special!
• GR (4/5): Great location, with issues - Very mixed impressions. Reserved 2 months in advance. 3 days prior to my trip the hotel's head office contact me from Bogota in Spanish that they couldn't charge my credit card and will cancel my reservation. There were no issues with the credit card. Going back and forth with Bogota in Spanish, finally they charge my card. I arrive to the hotel on the day of the check-in and I am being informed that there are NO rooms available. Beautiful, after and overnight flight even more so. They are happy to send me to a lower quality, nearby partner hotel, which I read many bad reviews about. I refuse. There is nothing they can do for me. I request to speak with the manager (Spanish - thank G'd I speak). Guess what: I have a room in 20 minutes. Wonderful, right? I get the noisiest room, overnight, I feel like I am trying to sleep in the middle of a dance floor of a night club. Manage to sleep with a pill and earplugs (I am a young man!) around 1:30am. Wake up by 6:30am due to street noise, traffic. The hotel is basic, clean, although lots of maintenance and upkeep needed. It is right on the water, which is a plus. I stayed at two hotels on this island. Both of them with major problems. Avoid this island if you wish to have a relaxed vacation with no stress and good sleep.
• Toddoqmafia (8/5): Good location hotel with good view from some rooms - 1. The location is perfect if you are looking for a mixture of beach, shopping and restaurants. 2. The hotel itself is undergoing construction near its lobby. The hotel has a pier, a small pool and direct access to the sea. 3. Double rooms are huge with 3 beds! Yes three. The condition are very runned down though. 4. It is expensive to what you"feel" at the hotel.
• Claudia (6/5): Amazing service - Service was truly amazing, everyone was very nice. All included is worth it since everything around the island is really expensive now. It used to be affordable to eat out. The food was tasty but it wasn't buffet style, only the salads and dessert were but there would be a lady next to the meat of the day and she would give you only a small portion and not let you get seconds so you would always leave wanting more. I'm a small person I'm only 110 lbs and it was even small portions for me so I would just have to eat a lot of vegetables and rice. I didn't like feeling like there was portion control, not for the price we paid per night! Other than that the bathrooms are ok prob need some remodeling but the location of the hotel is truly perfect, right next to the beach and shopping area.
