- Jemma (7/5): Comfortable - Value for money and walking distance to great shops and eateries in Petitenget. Lovely Staff and super helpful! The facilities are looking a bit worn out like the dining chairs in the breakfast area and the pool lounges. The pool umbrellas are looking a bit old and some new ones along with the other suggestions I've made would give the pool area a nice face lift!

- Sami (7/5): - Room (with pool view) was clean and sufficiently spacious. Pool was ok (clean, but a bit small). Staff all very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast could do with some additional options like oat milk for coffees (they had almond milk, but ran out part way through our stay), and also some wholemeal/wholegrain sourdough bread and avocado. The espresso coffee (latte with almond) was rather average taste wise.

Mr Sena helped me with the smooth and easy check-ins, walked in into the room with a cozy and the ac already turned on which was cool. Loving the breakfast foods variety at Devali restaurant which is very spacious, I was unfortunate that I didn’t get to try them all but every foods I tasted were delicious! I wanted to highlight that the Mee Goreng Jawa on 26th Apr was delicious! I also had ala carte dinner here, limited options on the local selection main course but the Mie Goreng, Rendang Nachos, Blue Pea Tea Sprite were excellent! The hotel is just 10 minutes walk to the busy side of the town Seminyak. The staffs here are so welcoming and friendly; from Sena & Sakti at the reception, lovely comfortable and clean room made by Rio, and Ira, Sri, Dika, Jaisan, Tira, Wira, & Aditya at Devali, chef Kadek, Mia, Dion, & Dana for their delicious foods! Got the chance to talk to Mr Eka too. Overall from the process of checking in, the room, breakfast dining experience, and checking out was smooth. The pool area was lovely but the umbrella broke on us while sitting - The staff at the property were lovely and as helpful as they could be when asked. Always greeted with a smile and always remembered our names etc The room itself was very average and dated. The body soap was empty from start to finish the whole time we stayed which was disappointing . We were given dirty pool towels and on occasion the room was not made up . The lift was always out of order and maintenance at the front was happening

That level 6 had ceased serving a la carte meals. This made the dining experience at the 4 Points very limited. With our stay being nearly 3 weeks, we eat outside of the hotel a lot more than we would have liked. The TV was barely functioning; it needs to be replaced. Most of the lifts were not working which was also a frustration and safety concern. It appears that the hotel needs to undertake some remediation works.

This place is slightly away from the busy town area. There’s a regular shuttle that brings you to Seminyak Square if needed. Shout out to the lovely crew, including Chef Kadek and his team, for their kindness and hospitality every morning. Something to look forward to!

I really appreciated the warm welcome from the staff, both at Devali and Above Rooftop, especially Madu and Lolly, who were just exceptional to me. Breakfast and dinner were perfect, as was the pool. The location is well situated relative to the surrounding city, so it was great when I needed to go out on foot. Honestly, there wasn't a single thing I didn't like. Maybe the terrace, which was right up against a wall where the heat tended to build up a bit outside, but that didn't bother me at all since I never go out there.

From the moment we informed the hotel that we were visiting for our honeymoon, the team was incredibly responsive and thoughtful in making our stay special. Mr. Sena provided a smooth and warm check-in experience, and we were delighted by the honeymoon welcome notes arranged for us. A particularly sweet touch was a handwritten message on the mirror from the housekeeping team along with complimentary snacks. As a Silver Elite member, I truly felt the team went above and beyond to create something memorable. The housekeeping staff were excellent with prompt service throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the room service dining and were able to sample authentic local Balinese cuisine. The complimentary breakfast we received for two days had a delicious and varied buffet spread. Special thanks to Ms. Sinta and Sagung from the guest experience team who regularly checked in with us and made our trip feel very well taken care of. On the last day of our stay, the hotel also surprised us with an upgrade to a Junior Suite. Both rooms were spacious, and the Junior Suite was particularly lovely—with a large sofa and a rotating TV where we ended our trip watching a movie together. We also enjoyed the pool area, and the hotel offers pool-access rooms on the second floor which look like a fantastic option for guests who choose them. Overall, the team made our honeymoon truly special. We are very grateful for the warmth and hospitality and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali.

Their attention to detail was impeccable. The manager Andre even went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and any additional needs were met. Our room was really nice, spacious and had everything we needed. The sky bar, the pool and the breakfast restaurant were all up to par. 5/5 from us, will definitely come back.

I booked the room from agoda and missed booked to twin bed, I asked the reservation to changed it to king size bed. And when I arrived, the room already changed as I requested and upgraded to the pool view for free! The first day I stayed here, there is Febri the housekeeping who asked us if we need something else, and I asked an extra bottles of water. Every day he gave us an extra bottles. And the others employee at front desk, concierge and restaurant really helpful. Thank you very much Fourpoints, will stay again here.

They rotated their Baliness menu in an effort to showcase their unique cultural cuisine. When I experienced an issue with the air-condition unit not properly cooling, the team addressed it ASAP. The next morning we were introduced to Jason and Ira who lead an efficient breakfast team in the restaurant. The head Chef de Cuisine Kadek was amazing he prepared me a special Indonesian breakfast every morning and took the time to explain each day how it was made and what region it came from. It was also impressive to see a lot of young people employed and training in the hospitality business as explained to us by the guest relations manager who had gone through the same training. Well done Marriott. I have stayed at many four, five and six star hotels and not had as good a welcome or service from such dedicated staff. Thank you👏🙏
