- Phillips (4/5): - It was right on the boardwalk which was nice. The description for parking was not clear when booking. We had to park a few blocks away from the location. When checking in the staff was not friendly or helpful. I had to sign something stating they explained the parking situation to me, they handed me the form and I had to ask them and the guy simply pointed to a picture. The door did not close easily i had to push/pull on it every time for it to properly close and latch. The girl at the front desk in the morning was friendly.

- Joseph (10/5): Best hotel stay yet in ocean city !! - Everything was perfect ,so good ,I'm changing hotels for bike week to this one ,great people,comfortable beds ,quiet with a side view and a jacuzzi, my kind of place !! Staff knowledgeable about local cuisine the Italian recommendations was spot on !!! Think I've found my beach hotel !! Couldn't be a happier birthday !! I will be back !! Not one thing was unpleasant!!

- Matthew (6/5): It was an ok stay but not 100 percent sure I would stay here again. This was our first time staying at this hotel to jus - The staff were nice and the location was great. The keys for the room kept getting deactivated and the only thing I was told was to keep the key out of my pocket and keep it away from credit cards and cell phones. The water for the shower was cold and would barely get warm after letting it run for a while. The room was also very tight to move around but that could be me being picky.

- Robert (1/5): We have stayed here numerous times before and had good experiences but we feel that this time it was not a good experien - Location on boardwalk. The toilet was too low. The exhaust fan in bathroom was too noisy. There was NO internet and NO access to regular television. Staff should have told us on arrival that NO internet and NO regular television access was available. The attitude of one of the staff member was that they somewhat didn't care .

The spa bath was like a hot tub in the room. Limited parking but parking lot we were sent to wasn't far, just small spaces. Outdated furniture. No wall between neighboring balconies but not a big deal.

They had two remotes in the room could not get channels to come up.

We loved the balcony and the view of the beach from the side. The entire room was clean. The front office & housekeeper staff was so friendly and accommodating. Their Customer Service really made the whole trip special. They were very kind. We were up on the top floor The price I paid for our two nights stay was the lowest in the area. I had low expectations because I’m simple to please. The Wi-Fi did not work, so we just used our hotspots. There was an issue with our key cards not working, but even when it did not work, the front office staff immediately issued us new cards because they’re open 24/7. The key cards are sponsored by a local establishment so I think that’s what made it finicky. If you have patience, than I would give them a chance and recommend you stay at this hotel. The overall stay was very pleasant.

- Alicia (4/5): Great location room was big. - We loved the location and the room was spacious We had a flood in the bathroom and thought the seal was broken. We had to use all the towels to clean it up. When the maintenance man looked at it said it looked normal and there was no water. Ya because we cleaned it. 🤦🏼♀️. Second concern was we had to have the thermostat up to 90° and it was not getting warm. We also let them know that and they told us that was normal and then if we need more heat, they could get us a space heater it is definitely not normal to have to have the thermostat at 90°. The last concern was there was no hot water. It was lukewarm, but at that point we dealt with it because everything was normal to them.

The parking is horrible, the tv did not work until a staff member programmed it, there was no phone in the room, the bed had a sink hole in the center of the mattress, the toilet paper holder was not strong enough to hold the toilet paper, the wash cloths were worn and super thin,and the view was very ugly. When you look out of the window, all you see is a neon sign that says "office"..

- Melissa (7/5): Relatively pleasant. Needs a few things updated and improved - The location is fabulous. We loved our balcony, and the room was okay. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. The parking is atrocious. Only a few spots on the property itself. Other parking was in a lot a block away, and the spaces were tiny. We have an SUV. I was very happy when a space opened up near the office at the property. We did leave with a scratch on our vehicle tho. ☹️ Housekeeping was lacking. The overnight desk clerk was very helpful in recleaning our beds after we found some not so pleasant things in the sheets and blankets, and brought us extra towels when we requested. The staff did make our complaints right, and we would definitely stay with them again, if the parking was better. The showers could use an update. A simple curved shower curtain rod would help tremendously and a removable handheld shower head would help with sand control(rinsing bathing suits and feet after being on the beach). Having a jacuzzi tub in our room was nice tho.
