• Gary (6/5): Fair for the price - Price The location. The Red Lion hotel was attached to a Radisson hotel. You had to go in the entrance of the Radisson hotel before you could go to the Red Lion hotel. The entrance to the Red Lion hotel was closed

Because the have combined two hotels, the exit to the hotel I booked through front desk was closed which made the distance from the front desk to room lengthy, but the issue came because the entrance that I was closer to wasnt open. This is an inconvenience when trying to get to and from car with luggage.

The staff was so friendly, I liked that we could park there for 2 weeks with free shuttle to airport. There is a gentleman’s club nearby but the hotel has family clientele nothing seedy.

We made a reservation for 2 night, when my worker arrive the second night after a days of works he found his belongings gone from the place, he tried to talk to front desk but due to the language barrier he was unable to get much help, when I spoke to her she said she didn't appreciate the way he was wrietting to her. she inform me she was unable to help because she was only front desk. I explain the situation that he had no clean cloths and need to go to work the next day, he didn't even had a charger to charge his phone, they need to do something. they were able to find his shirts and sandals but not the charger or rest of belongings.

When I got to the room, there was black specks on the covers on the beds, ants or small roaches at the coffee maker, and the housekeeping did not provide us with small bars of soap (like other hotels/motels provide).

• Opeyemi (4/5): - Air conditioner in my initial room was bad and I had to get another room. The other room had dead roaches in front of the TV and I can’t help but wonder how that could be missed! Sorry, but that’s not a good experience. I know I was trying to keep it cheap, but not that cheap.
• Johny Stevenson (2/5): - Dear Red Lion Hotel Charlotte team, Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, I chose not to stay at your location due to safety concerns. There were several homeless individuals walking around the building, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. This significantly impacted my decision, and overall, I was very disappointed that the environment did not feel secure or welcoming. • Angelina (4/5): - I only got it for the shuttle and didnt even get to use it. Waited for the shuttle for 40 mins and turned out its for two hotels, so many people jumped in and stood on eachother we just had to take a lyft. Id rather have stayed anywhere else cause walking in the area homeless people yelled at us and its loud at night at the stripclub next door.

• Riyam (2/5): - My key card apparently didn’t work and I have to have a security or a staff member to get me inside my room every time I leave. I got a call from the front desk before I was checking out saying this room was not supposed to be available and they didn’t know the name of who was staying in it! No wonder why my key card didn’t work! It’s super unorganized and inconvenient
• Dion (10/5): - The staff was respectful the establishment itself was very nice everything about the trip and visit made me feel right at home will definitely be back
