• Carla (8/5): Quiet. Clean. Lovely staff. - Lovely staff. Spacious rooms. Nothing flashy, but everything is clean. location is outside the historic district. But 15 minute walk and you're in the heart of it. Also near metro and taxis are cheap and plentiful. If you want something a bit more quiet than the chaos of the historic district, close to the action, this is a very good choice.

I originally chose it thinking it was close to the central bus station, but the metro was not running early in the morning, so we had to take a taxi. It would be better to stay in the city center when visiting Lisbon. Location is not ideal.

• Jose (6/5): This is not a 4 star hotel, considering breakfast/bed/pillow quality. It's a ok hotel. 6-7 in 10 max - Location is good, building and rooms have a lot of natural light. Breakfast is extremely poor. I was very surprised about it. Bed and pillows are not particularly comfortable.

Close to Salhanda metro station and good restaurants. A hot water pot with instant coffee/tea available in room would be nice. My friends we traveled with had these in their rooms at the Exe Salhanda hotel.

• MJD (9/5): - Great location near the Saldanha metro for good transport around the city. Rooms were big and comfy and lovely breakfast to start the day. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
• Martin (9/5): Bestes Hotel in toller, zentraler Lage - Tolle Lage, sehr sauberes Hotel und unverändert extrem bemühtes und freundliches Personal Die Teppiche auf den Fluren sind teilweise sehr fleckig und bedürfen eines Austauschs. Die Zimmer selbst sind nach nun 12 Jahren entwas abgewohnt und brauchen langsam aber sicher eine Renovierung (zumindest teilweise).

• alessiog873 (8/5): Very good hotel - I stayed 3 days in this hotel and I had very good experience. First of all the rooms are very quiet, and very comfortable. There is anything a traveller need to put the luggage, the clothes, etc. Etc. The bathroom is very good (no bidet), the room is clean. Breakfast is good, may be a little better with some more sweets. The hotel is located at few meters from the Saldanha metro station (yellow line) and with 15 minutes it is possible to go to the centre.

Breakfast was good, with a wide selection and decent quality. The bar never seemed to be functional, with no one around. The room could do with new carpeting.

• marize (8/5): Não retornaria pois escolheria um hotel mais perto do centro turístico de Lisboa! - Hotel antigo, pequeno, limpo, com funcionários educados e prestativos. Café da manhã básico. Silencioso (com vidros anti-ruídos). Muito longe da região turística como o Chiado. Apesar de termos solicitado um quarto em andar alto, nos colocaram num quarto do primeiro andar, de frente da rua, e durante toda a noite os 2 sinais de trânsito em frente acendiam e apagavam nas suas 3 cores, o que não foi muito agradável pois iluminava e piscava em todo o quarto. Logo o nosso sono não foi dos melhores!
• afinetraveler (10/5): will stay here again! - We were upgraded to a suite, which was a very nice surprise. Our room was spacious, extremely comfortable and well-equipped. Strong A/C and wifi, friendly & helpful front desk, and reasonable prices. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had lots of healthy options. This hotel is outside the crazy tourist district, but we could walk or take Uber anywhere we wanted to go. There’s also some wonderful restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the hotel. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we return to Lisbon.

Quarto extremamente confortável com sacada e espaço de sobra, limpeza impecável com amenities de qualidade! Early check out sem custo e staff muito solícito e disponível! Café da manhã o espaço é um pouco limitado e temperatura estava um pouco alta. Variedades e opções estavam adequadas e frescas.
