For our stay, we loved our spacious room. Just needed assistance with our TV and the aircon. But staff assisted us well. Nothing much to complain about.

- Grzegorz (5/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, bezpłatny transfer lotniskowy (do lotniska blisko, ale z 3 dużymi walizkami to zawsze wygodniej) . Hotel przy głównej ulicy, ale w pokojach cicho. Brak okna w pokoju. W naszym pokoju problem z klimatyzacją. Kiedy zmniejszylismy nawiew przestała działać. Gdy ponownie się włączyła - zaczęła "pluć" wodą i lodem :). Było by to zabawne, ale nie o 2 w nocy. Na śniadaniu w formie bufetu byliśmy ok 9 , mały wybór i prosiliśmy o dołożenie jajecznicy (moim zdaniem lepiej się sprawdzały gotowe zestawy śniadaniowe). Wieczorem trafiliśmy na Walentynki - w restaracji była bardzo głośna muzyka, przez co zrezygnowaliśmy z kolacji w tym miejscu.

- Burnside (8/5): The stay at the property was to allow an overnight before catching a flight back to Manila. - Great food in the restaurant, generous portions. The staff was patient and the shuttle to the airport was fast and very easy. I didn't like the noise from the busy street, however as far as the property was concerned, I liked it all.

We were on the street side with a big window so there was some noise but we were okay sleeping. Large room and comfortable bed with nice bedding. The staff was friendly and the housekeepers were great. Breakfast was included but not a buffet like we thought it might be. The laundry service was great!

- Tess (8/5): A good relaxing stay overall. - My 7 nights stay was really nice. Staffs were so hospitable, accommodating, polite, respectful and always helpful. Buffet breakfast was perfect for Filipino culture stay. Our room was spacious and comfy. Everything we need was at our fingers tip as this in the center of the city. I like that I didn't need to go out whenever I was hungry as there's restaurant within the facility. The tummy tea store in there is a plus wherein you can chill and relax sipping your yummy bubble tea. A little outdated AC.

- Pauline (8/5): Great value for money - The hotel is very close to the airport and also a short tricycle ride to a mall. The rooms are a bit old but it sufficed for an overnight stay. The room was kept clean and necessities were provided. Our booking came with a buffet breakfast which was great and the restaurant on the ground floor was nice for lunch and dinner as well. Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is beside the highway so the cars/motorcycles can get a bit noisy at night

No powdered pepper in the pepper shaker. So, in summation, 1) more food selection 2) keep it hot 3) no orange juice 4) no bread 5) the coffee was burnt, used creamer to dilute it down. Lastly.....Room #310, there was no bar soap or hand soap available. The air conditioner was not controllable, it stayed freezing.

- Kenneth (4/5): 5/10 - The city is situated in close proximity to the city center. I reserved three rooms for a couple of days. The room was satisfactory; however, only one pillow was provided despite the booking being for two occupants. The water had an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of sewage. The beds were outdated and emitted noise from the springs when used. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was disappointingly slow, particularly given the hotel's central location.

Front office associates, housekeeping and security on the lobby are very - The main reason I really liked staying in this hotel is the location, accessibility and convenience. Breakfast are well served and accepted our rushed order once during lunch.

- Andres (1/5): Worst hotel I ever stayed on to for over 34 years I have been stay in a hotel all over Countries - My disabled walking cane was stolen, and they did not help me out to find out who stole it. They said that they would review the Camera video but 6 days the never did. I already paid my room online but since I wanted to check in early A&A Plaza Hotel Charge my 2,362 peso and told me that the money I paid would be refunded to within 3 days and never did. I am still waiting for my refund and for my disabled walking cane that got stolen at A&A Plaza Hotel. The receptions told me that everything is my fault and that is wrong. The Manager there does not do there job and should be fired. I was suppose to have safety box to put away my sensitive document but was not provide and there is a big not that they are not responsible for anything stolen but they are not providing the safety measure and they are still responsible. The Breakfast was terrible? I have my child with me and they expect my child to drink coffee! Worst hotel ever! I will add photos later if i can Do there job right or fired the them and hired a responsible employees.

- Filipa (1/5): Bad - It was the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. From the arrogance and antipathy of the staff, to the room change we had to make after much insistence (and after hours of travel!), because there was a party going on about which they had no information about the end, to the card not working 4 times and having to go to reception and always being greeted with antipathy and ill will. It was the first time I experienced so many arrogance coming from Philippine people. They are so so nice, one of the most sympathetic people I ever met. There were nail clippings on the bedside table, the room was just smelly and with the necessity to have some real cleaning. Breakfast had no options (it was either chicken and rice or nothing) and when we asked nicely for some melon, they brought us 2 cubes. I hated the experience. The vibe of the hotel is so terrible, and to be honest I think they are only friendly for Philippines people. During one conversation I had with the staff, Philippine people interrupted the conversation and they attended to their requests first, and reply them first leaving us just waiting there. Wifi was working in the third floor (in the first room we stayed, with all the noise), in the second floor (the other bedroom was on this floor) the WiFi was simply not working. Finally the toilet was doing a lot of strange noises during all night. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you are not Philippine, please look for another option.

Comfy bed and the size of the room is just right. It doesn't have a mini refrigerator but it's fine. The tv doesn't have a signal, when inserting USB for movie it doesn't read.
