- Cecile (10/5): Une belle surprise - Nous ne nous attendions pas à une chambre de ce standing pour le prix que nous avons payé. C’est une chambre traditionnelle avec un charme certain qui vous attend, moderne et très bien équipée. Le personnel est avenant. Nous avons pris notre dîner en room service, les plats étaient très bon et le service impeccable. Nous aurions apprécié du pain avec notre repas.
- Nyamu (6/5): - エクゾチックで良い雰囲気で、スタッフの方も丁寧で好印象です。楽しみにしていた、外のジャグジーが少し汚れていて残念。。ライトも一つ点かなかったです。ハンドソープもありませんでした（ここは徹底して下さると尚良いなと思いました。）近くにコンビニが無いので、少し不便ですが海外旅行に来たかのような気分を味わえました。女性は、メイク落とし・洗顔などお泊りセット必要です！

- ぽんきち (10/5): - 料金があまりに安かったため、何かウラがあるのでは、と疑うほどだったが、その心配は全くなかった。東南アジアのセンスの良いブティックホテルを思わせるインテリア。部屋は広くジャグジー付き洗い場付きの風呂場は快適そのもの。トイレ、洗面所が別になっているのも高級ホテル並みだ。近くに国道24号が走っているにも関わらず防音がしっかりしていて静か。すぐ近くに古墳が何カ所もあり、朝の散歩で古の都の趣を感じられる。最寄り駅（近鉄新大宮）からやや離れているが、車があれば何の不自由も無い。コスパ最高のホテルだ。

- Takeo (8/5): Surprised - I was surprised the hotel, due to the price, I expect average hotel, but it was very so good, I guess it would cost 400-500 if you stay in the USA at the same level. Only problem is the location. It is located not so convenient place so you need car or at least bike to go here (unless you can walk 30 minutes - 60 minutes from the station)
- Verified traveler (8/5): - 部屋は可愛くて素敵です。 お風呂やトイレも綺麗に清掃されてましたが、ベランダに出る窓の枠に、トカゲの死骸とゴキブリの死骸がありました。 彼女が少し引いてしまい残念でした。 その日は運悪く、クーラーが故障してました。お詫びとしてドリンクを1杯ずつ頂きました。クーラーはすぐに直って事なきを得ましたが、どうしても死骸が頭に残ってしまいます。これもきっと『運悪く』なんでしょうが。ほかの部屋にも興味があるので、また行きたいと思います。 ちなみに、ホテルで告白して付き合うことになりました。ほやほやの彼女とベランダでも少しだけ愛し合えて、興奮しましたw 宿泊や告白のタイミングは気になさらずにw

- SHOGO (10/5): 予想以上でした。 - 初めて利用させて頂きましたが、部屋は広いしバストイレは別だし、外にジャグジーもありアジアンテイストの感じで大変良かったです。駐車場も無料で料金も安かったので 次回、奈良方面に行く事があれば是非とも 利用したいと思います。

- Verified traveler (10/5): 快適な滞在だった。 - 平城宮跡や古墳に近かったのとバスルームが気に入ってこのホテルを選んだ。最寄駅の新大宮駅からは遠いが事前に送迎を依頼していたので問題なし。チェックアウトの際は新大宮駅ではなく、利便性の高い大和西大寺駅に送ってくれた。 一階の屋外ジャグジー付きの部屋を選択したので屋内と屋外両方の風呂が楽しめた。ただ、二泊三日の中日が雨に降られたので屋外ジャグジーに一回しか入れなかったのが残念。屋外ジャグジーは温泉ではないのでお湯がすぐ冷める冬などは厳しいかもしれない。私が宿泊した四月上旬でもどんどん冷めてしまい、お湯を継ぎ足しながら入浴した。 室内はエアコンの他に床暖房もついていた。wifiはソフトバンクだったのでそれ以外のキャリア利用者は無料ではないと思われる。タオルやバスローブ、アメニティは毎日交換・補充してくれた。防音が完璧なようで、室内にいると他の利用客の存在を全く感じなかった。観光の調べものに集中できたし、夜もよく眠れた。 レンタサイクルを借りた日は雨だったのだが、タオル、サドルにつける雨水よけの袋、傘などを貸してくれた。自転車はいわゆるママチャリタイプではなく、フラットバー、カゴなし、車輪は小さ目、サドルは固めで後輪をまたいで乗るタイプだった。 宿泊前にホテルのHPから問い合わせメールをしたのだが、一週間音沙汰がなく再度メールしたところ、HPの不具合でメールが届いていなかったらしい。その時は「このホテル大丈夫か？」と心配になったが、行ってみるとスタッフはみな感じがよく適度な距離感で、こちらの質問や要求にも快く応じてくれた。 次回も利用したいと思えるホテルだった。
- Don (6/5): Nice amenities, not comfortable nor convenient. - The hotel is quite a taxi ride from the nearest train station, and not convenient to other services such as convenience stores. It is beautiful, with an elegant modern bath, spacious entry and closet. BUT, the comfort level is minimal unless you are seeking a traditional Japanese experience. The matress is a 3 inch mattress on the floor, making it difficult to get in and out if you're on the senior side. There are no chairs or tables, so the options for relaxing are either lay down or sit on the floor. The staff was very nice, thought they never told us to leave the key when we left the hotel, so we didn't get a room refresh until we requested it about 9:00pm....and then a very quick exchange of towels and collection of trash.
- Colin (10/5): Excellent hotel in Nara - Excellent service in a well designed hotel . At first glance it seemed a little remote from the centre of Nara but it turned out to be close to some of the less visited historic sites and it was still accessible to the centre .

- K (6/5): Kleines familiäres Hotel, rel. nahe Kaiserpalast - Das Hotel liegt zwischen 2 Bahnhöfen, zu Fuß jeweils ca. 25 Min entfernt. Der Empfang war freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Gepäck konnte vor dem üblichen Ceck-in aufbewahrt werden. Es stand ein gut funktionstüchtiges Fahrrad zur Verfügung, bei einem anderen funktionierte die Vorderbremse nicht. Als ich das reklamierte, bekam ich kein anderes Rad angeboten, obwohl noch eines da war. Ich wurde an einen etwas entfernt gelegenen Radverleih verwiesen. Am nächsten Tag wurde es mir dann geliehen. Frühstück japanisch mit Reissuppe und vielen Kleinigkeiten oder Western Style mit Toastbrot etc. Japanischkenntnisse sind hilfreich.
- Verified traveler (8/5): 古墳のそばにあるスモール＆ラクジュアリーホテルです。 - 流行のスモール＆ラグジュアリーホテル…とても楽しみにして訪問し、満足でした。 フロントのサービスはすばらしく、いろいろな要望にこたえていただきましたが、 レストランサービスは、下記の点を改善されればもっとすばらしいホテルになると思います。夜、Hotels.com経由での予約はチョイスはなく、すき焼きだったのですが、鍋にきれいに並べてサーブされましたが、お皿にならべておいていただき、少しずつ自分たちで料理したかったです。お肉はかたくなり、野菜は煮すぎになってしまうので…。朝食も同じで、コーヒーがお料理と同時に出されました。これも、少しの手間ですので、食べたあとにサーブされれば暖かいコーヒーが飲めたと思います。 尤も、このホテルの売りは部屋食、それを断ってレストランで食べたので、その意味ではホテル側の方には予定外サービスなのかもしれませんが…。 なお、周りには古墳があるくらいで、ここは部屋でゆっくりするホテルだと思います。
- Kkproduce (8/5): 3泊4日 リラックス出来ました - 3泊4日 とても静かでゆっくりとくつろげました。 アットホームな感じ(^.^) お風呂はジェットバス！バスタブ大きい！ 仕事で行きましたが体がリフレッシュ出来ました。 ホテルの周りは古墳と森 ホテルの食事はアジアン料理？ 味がしょっぱい。残念(美味しくない！)
- Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel fuera del área turística de Nara - El hotel es muy agradable, la habitación con jacuzzi es muy amplia. Hay que tomar taxi para llegar y para ir a la zona turística. Esto hay que tenerlo en consideración al planear la estancia en este hotel. El costo del taxi es de 1800 a 2000 yenes y el tiempo de translado es como 20 minutos. El desayuno es en la habitación, es pequeño pero está bien. El personal es muy servicial, su inglés algo limitado pero a fin de cuentas se logra uno comunicar para lo necesario.
- Patricia (10/5): Ottimo albergo immerso nel verde - L'albergo è fantastico, nuovo. La mia stanza era grandissima e sicuramente sopra le media giapponse. La posizione non è delle migliori perchè si trova un pò fuori dal centro. Ma, l'albergo offre biciclette a noleggio gratuitamente oppure potete prendere un taxi per cca 10€ a tratta. Il personale è gentilissimo, la pulizia impeccabile. La colazione è o continentale o giapponese e comunque buona. Anche se non è in centro, vale la pena soggiornarci.

So a little removed but the flip side is the staff are great. Gorgeous room. Lovely breakfast. I would go back!
