Healthy breakfast wasn't what I'd call Healthy everything contained sugar and I struggled to find something to eat. Perfect for what we needed which was a close hotel to the airport for 1 night wouldn't have stayed longer.

So much space in the rooms with a sitting area outside and multiple grills! I travel often and stated a lot of hotels, and I have never seen a Breakfast as poor as this one.

- 754josephl (2/5): Extremely unprofessional - I have stayed in hotels more times than I care to remember and point blank. The General Manager of this hotel Mr. Phillipe Lewis was extremely non professional in terms of his customer service. Upon arrival I was met with a pleasant person. Upon check in - she could not find my confirmation number. I booked with Marriott, but I guess you have to book with the individual Marriott location. Not sure how their franchising system works and honestly I never had any issues, staying with Marriott. I had prepaid the reservation so maybe that was an issue. The card supposedly would not go through. I explained I already paid it. I did not want the hassle of paying twice (shame on me). Asked the woman if I could speak to the manager, I figured he would make a phone call and straighten it out on his end. He proceeded to tell me he knows how cards work and he did not get the money on his end. So now I have to call and straighten out the Marriott mess myself. At the end all they simply needed to do was re run the card and guess what it worked. So I asked for the district Marriott managers card and normally that would be the end of the story. Mr. Lewis refused to provide it and now I can see why. As I am walking away he then proceeds to start laughing as if he thinks the whole situation was funny. Maybe funny for him certainly not for me. In addition my $266.18 stay that I booked with Marriott somehow turned into $350.00. I guess I will have to straighten that out with Marriott at the corporate level. Do yourself a favor and stay at another property. PS the housekeeping staff did a remarkable job. Very pleasant as well.

However upon check in, they didn’t have any available due to maintenance. We were given 2 separate 1 bedroom suites and given credit to spend at the Marketplace on drinks, munchies. The Front Desk rep was fantastic. Really appreciated this option. Breakfast was ok, filled the plate but they have a hard stop at 9am. Area felt safe for 2 women travelling alone. Coffee, water and tea available all day.

The ac in the bedroom was loud and was not cooling the room down. The “motion detection” temperature control is very obnoxious. It will stop cooling your room down to your set point if you don’t keep walking past the sensor! The tv remote was not working and neither was the tv. There were stains on the floor and on the furniture.

- 189leslief (10/5): Great place to stay in Buffalo - I stay at the TownePlace Suites Buffalo Airport every time I go to Buffalo for business. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the airport shuttle is exceptionally accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel!

- Verified traveler (4/5): Sketchy, felt unsafe - When checking out I discovered that I was able to access my room with no key. I was actually able to come in and out of my room without a key swab, which means that somehow the code was deactivated on my door. I have also been suspicious of the maintenance guy who works there. Definitely felt like my safety was at risk the last time I stayed here.

Left too early for breakfast but it was Clean. helpful and friendly front desk staff and airport shuttle driver Tom was very personable. It is Very close to the airport but quiet and also close to stores and restaurants. Easy to find

- ThePianoManII (10/5): Helpful, friendly staff. A great overnight. - A big thank you to Janeen, the front desk agent along with the maintenance guy, Mark (usually at the Courtyard) . I had an issue that had nothing to do with the hotel and they were so amazing at helping us out with it. We had a two bedroom suite which we regularly love to come and stay in when we do pass through buffalo. This TownePlace Suites is relatively new and well kept. The breakfast area has a lot of variety. The person helping out in the breakfast area was very helpful to the family. I would stay here again without a second thought!
- Jessica (4/5): Highly disappointed - We checked in just before midnight as our flight was delayed. The front staff were very nice, friendly and she decided to “upgrade” us to a mini suite. While in theory this was nice since we had been traveling all day, the condition of the room was not ideal. We got to the room and once we opened the door we were hit with a very strong smell of stale cigarette smoke. After the day we had we figured we would adjust and just shower and head to bed. My partner went to sit on the couch in the living room and the entire corner of the living room smelled like urine. Again, not ideal but we just wanted to shower and sleep. We checked the bed and all was in order. We decided to again suck it up and stay. I took a shower which was fine, but when getting out of the shower I noticed there was human waste smeared down the side of the toilet between the toilet and the shower. While this is clearly from the people who stayed in this room before it is clear house keeping DIDN’T clean this room throughly. Once in bed my partner tried to turn on the TV and it didn’t work. At that point we gave up, ended up staying the night but we highly Considered getting in our car and doing the 2 hour drive home, but with how tired we were it wasn’t safe to drive. I’ve stayed at a lot of Marriott properties and this was by far the biggest disappointment.

- Renae (9/5): Hotel smelled great upon arrival. Convenient to Airport and comfortable stay. Amenities make it easy to feel like you ar - Close to airport. Has a kitchen in room and walk in shower. Laundry room in Hotel . Breakfast. Netflix. Need to use quarters for washer and dryer. Should be available for hotel guests. No money machines….Also 2 machines were put out of Service. Need more machines for size of Hotel.

Sabrina, Dominic and Gabriel and the rest of the front desk staff are great and they really provide excellent customer service. Service is wonderful and breakfast is just right, with coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. Will be back again soon!
