Chelsey (8/5): Nice rooms, nice location, pool area could use some rules and hot tub was not heating properly. - Breakfast was good, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. There was adult swim from 10pm-midnight, however there were parents and children who disregarded this rule and stayed until at least 11. There was no staff enforcing this rule, I wish there was. It would have been nice to get a bit of quiet time in the pool. The hot tub also wasn’t hot, but Luke warm.

Chris (10/5): I was really happy to stay here, it met every expectation. - This hotel was super clean, very up-to-date with no damage or maintenance needed of any type. Check-in was quick, breakfast was good, beds were super comfortable. The best place while at Fargo Medical Center.
Chad (3/5): Dissapointed - Front desk assistance was consistently unavailable upon arrival, requiring us to wait each time service was needed. There was no front desk staff present during multiple pass-throughs. Although we were advised to use the side entrances for convenience, our room keys did not provide access, forcing us to enter through the main entrance on every occasion. This issue was reported to the front desk, but no corrective action was taken. Additionally, the room furniture was covered in a noticeable layer of dust, suggesting recent construction or inadequate cleaning. The shower water temperature was also insufficient, only reaching a lukewarm level even when set to maximum hot, resulting in consistently cold showers

Going through booking made me feel like a second class customer. Don’t sell your rooms to a third party if the services is less.

Chris (7/5): Overall it was a pretty good stay. - Location is perfect close to everything, good staff and clean rooms. The breakfast was excellent different choices to choose from and they switch it up every day. That’s a plus when you have kids and you staying for several days 😉 I didn’t like the fact that we have to go to the lobby a few times to get our access card reset that was pretty annoying; and the jacuzzi whats not working at the moment.

She made our stay wonderful and home-like. Nothing about the hotel itself, but just so happened to be hockey, volleyball, and wrestling tournaments the same weekend and it was very noisey in the lobby and at breakfast.
Q3405RSnikkis (10/5): Excellent customer service. Nice clean hotel. - We stayed at the Comfort Suites over the holidays end of December through new years. The hotel is clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had key issues and Joseph’s was very prompt to get us new cards that didn’t have any problems and was very kind. Anita made sure there were fresh warm cookies and my kids loved that she let us know when more were going to come out as there wasn’t enough for all of us and we got nice warm ones. Amy was very nice and let us check out a game and made sure everything was in order at the hotel and that there wasn’t any issues with other people staying there. All three of these staff really deserve an honorable mention as they all went above and beyond in so many ways. The staff made sure we had all that we needed and weren’t found just sitting around in free time they were making sure the lobby was in nice presentable order and clean. We will stay here again.

Amy (GM) was super friendly and provided a great experience when we checked in and throughout our stay. We requested additional towels and she personally delivered them to our room! Highly recommend Comfort Suites and thank you Amy for making our extra night in Fargo enjoyable!

Electrical outlets in areas that made sense, and they worked. USB ports, lighting that was usable and not just for "astetics". I wish the toilet was taller.

348deannm (10/5): Long Stay - I can't say enough about how good our stay was! Amy and the entire staff took such fantastic care of us the entire time. No matter what we needed, they were there for us. Patricia was incredible, a total godsend! We will definitely go back!

Gerald (8/5): - We stayed at this hotel a number of years ago. We felt that it had aged somewhat since then. Carpets are due for replacement. At least on the floor that we were on. Also a bit of an odour on the first day. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was average. We wouldn’t avoid this hotel in the future, but it probably wouldn’t be our first choice.

Skipped it the first morning as the little round egg patties looked a bit sad. However the coffee was great and hot all day long. The fresh baked cookies in the evening were a lovely treat.

I waited 10 minutes to check in, and when we went to buy snacks on more than one occasion. They need a bell or something.

Interaction at front desk wasn't as friendly as we sometimes have been used to. The room was fine and plenty of space. The hotel had seen some use as carpet in the room and in the hallway was pretty worn and there were stains in places. Breakfast in the morning was good. Overall this day was okay but if going through Fargo again we would possibly try a different hotel.
