When asked for an invoice none was ever sent and I was told they “would look” I got the charges but here the charge still sites. If I wanted to stay at a hotel for $356 I definitely would not have picked this place as a first choice for my first stay in Williston!

No room service, no bottled water in the room, staff wasn't available to bring missing amenities. None of these things are deal breakers but for the price in a King suite, these small amenities are expected by an experienced traveler. Please fix the potholes in your parking lot. Some holes stressed my pickup suspension but would have damaged a car.

K5100XOsharone (10/5): Pool - I never leave reviews but wanted to share a quick note just because the employee that I dealt with went so far above and beyond. Shout out to Lyndie! We decided to book two rooms and drive up from Dickinson just to go swimming and give the kids something to do as it is so cold. About an hour after we booked online Lyndie reached out letting me know that the pool was closed, as she saw we requested poolside rooms and were probably coming just for the pool! She helped me to cancel the reservation a saved me money, the long drive with kids expecting to swim/slide, but more importantly the very long drive home with them highly disappointed. I just really appreciate how above and beyond she went and will be booking as soon as their pool is back up! Thank you Grand Williston it has been a long time since I have experienced such great customer service!

I called and spoke to Kasey (sp?) at the front desk to make sure a Santa hat got to my wife from the local Walmart and Kasey was the sweetest most wonderful person and assured me that my wife would receive the hat. If you are in Corporate and see this review, this woman deserves a promotion and a raise. Hats off to Kasey (pun intended) and MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

The team is a vision of professionalism and attractiveness, especially the bespectacled Casey at the front desk: A beautiful blonde with gorgeous eyes that sparkle behind some stylish Wednesday-style glasses – think chic, edgy frames that add a touch of mysterious allure to her warm, welcoming vibe. Her smile lights up the room, and she handled everything with such grace and efficiency that I was hooked from check-in. Beyond the eye-catching front desk and bar staff, the hotel's amenities are fantastic. The indoor pool and waterslide provided endless fun – perfect for relaxing or letting loose with friends. And for holiday parties this year? This is the spot! The conference center is ideal for hosting festive events, with plenty of space to deck out in holiday cheer, great AV setup, and the fabulous staff (Casey included) ensuring everything runs smoothly. Gina and her entire team were easy to work with, responsive, and truly made every aspect of what we wanted or needed happen. Not only was the food and atmosphere incredible, we also were given access to a conference room for all our family and friends to gather in the days leading up. Shelby (10/5): - Just an over night stop for us the outside is dated but inside is not. The bed was amazing one of the most comfortable sleeps I have had in a hotel. The Tavern restaurant was outstanding service and food! We started with the bacon wrapped jalapeños, recommended by our server, they were exceptional! Husband had the Bbq bacon burger with fries and I had the French dip with fries. Both were exceptional in taste and incredible in value. Would recommend 5/5!

Great job! Wow! Super impressed. Don’t let the appearance deter you. This is an amazing hotel to stay in Williston. To top it off? The Tavern has the best food. The prime rib French Dip is something to come back for.

Paul (2/5): - Wow. Checked in our poolside room to find out pool is closed. Room was 74 degrees so I turned on the A/C and left to go find Some supper. Returned to 86 degrees and climbing. Someone stole satellite receiver so no TV. Got switched over to the ‘Executive suite’. Room was ok but remote was held together by 2 pounds of tape and TV lost signal over and over so we gave up. Never again.

Jessica (8/5): - We go to Williston a few times a year, and we usually stay at the Grand! The main reason is the pool, that water slide makes it tons of fun. It’s an older hotel, but the staff there works hard to your stay wonderful. I wish they had breakfast, and the parking lot needs some TLC.

The one plus is the busy restaurant with good food ! I think the locals even eat here. Williston is plagued with very little options for hotels, so they all charge a fortune.

Verified traveler (2/5): Old Hotel with a new entrance (polished turd) - We got inn about 8:45 checked inn and found out the pool closed at 9 on a weekend. That should have been our first sign to get the hell out. Then trying to find our room was a maze plus no elevators and we were on the second floor. Lastly the girl working the feont did let our son swim till 9:30 which we are greatful for but after swimming our TV wouldn't work in the room. I called the front desk and was told to unplug it and plug it back inn when that didn't work we just went to bed and got the hell out of there as soon as we woke up. Probably will never stay here again.

locosd40 (6/5): Dated but nice hotel - Nice older hotel. Definitely need some updating, but it’s clean. The restaurant had tasty food and all the staff were very polite. The hallways are very long and there is no elevator to the second floor. Would I stay again? Yes. Feds were comfortable and the hotel room is very clean.
kilahg2025 (6/5): Pool and water slide is the reason I go back! All other amenities are OK/possibly average. - I stay there quite often because I have family in town and my grandson’s love the pool and the waterslides! Personally, I think the water is always too cold but it’s a great area for people to sit around and visit as you watch your children. No free breakfast but right next-door to Walmart and several places to eat. It’s comfortable, but nothing to write home about when it comes to the rooms and TV. But usually my choice place to go! A lot more expensive than it should be though. Compared to. Other places I’ve stayed there.

F1621RBgregj (2/5): Racist, horrible place. Run don’t walk away - Super obnoxious front desk agent. From the moment we arrived she was horrible. Smoking outside the property slinging cigarette butts that almost hit us to just being extra affected during checking. Did she forget she was in WILLISTON, ND. THEN, I heard her tell her manager to watch a guy in a turban because he looked suspicious.
Russell (8/5): - Decent midrange priced motel. WAY BETTER THAN THE PATHETIC SUPER 8 THAT CHARGES $7.00 EXTRA FOR THE "GENERAL MANAGER" TO POCKET!!
Verified traveler (6/5): Ok - We had a double bed room. Was clean. With two beds, only three bath towels were provided. There were plenty of of hand towels and washcloths. While walking through the hallways they had a very strong sewer smell. The pool heater was broken. And no breakfast was provided.
