Guest Reviews
- djh805 (10/5): Everything is thought of at this Hotel. Fantastic! - What an incredible place. We were picked up from our Hotel in Punta Arenas and during the long drive up to Torres Del Paine we were treated to lunch as the Hotels Estancia on the way, which was totally unexpected. Special mention to our driver Christian who was great company and easy to get along with. Hotel Las Torres is in brilliant and completely inside the national park and so has great access to the main sights. The staff couldn't do enough to help us and were always charming and friendly. We booked all inclusive and the food and drinks were really good and exceeded our expectations. From horse riding to inclusive sight seeing and hiking it seems everything is catered for. We would absolutely recommend without hesitation
- K8144ENjudithm (10/5): A memorable trip - A truly memorable experience. Friendly helpful staff. Knowledgeable guides. Great food.
- 171geraldf (10/5): First class adventure - This hotel fits perfectly in the magnificent setting of the park. The food was good, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the tours absolutely first class.
I would love to go again!
- 839whitneyl (10/5): World class in every regard - I came on my own after doing some hiking with some people from my bicycle club group that I had been with a bit further north for 10 days. I wanted to stay four more nights in Patagonia to do more hiking and ECO tours Chile, the company that my bike club had hired, recommended Hotel Las Torres. I have travelled all over the world and stayed in some very wonderful hotels, but this experience was top five.
- Marcelo (10/5): - Ubicado en un lugar de privilegio. Arquitectónicamente respetando la naturaleza y el lugar.
- Kexin (5/5): - Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally express my serious dissatisfaction with the Bagueano Cultural Experience Half Day Tour I recently booked through your hotel and to request a full refund.
I had very high expectations for this experience based on the information provided on your website. However, the actual service fell far below any reasonable standard.
First, the tour duration was clearly misrepresented. The activity was advertised as approximately 3 hours, yet in reality, we departed at 4:00 PM and the entire experience ended at 4:40 PM. This means the tour lasted only about 40 minutes, which is a substantial and unacceptable discrepancy.
Second, the quality of the service was extremely poor. Throughout the entire experience, the guide was eating, drinking, and taking photos herself and did not provide us with adequate service or guidance. Additionally, the English translation was also not fluent or professional, which further reduced the value of the experience.
Third, there is a significant issue with pricing transparency. The website clearly states a price of CLP 88,000 per person. However, I was charged USD 241 for two, which is far higher than the listed price, with no prior explanation or justification.
Please provide:
A clear explanation for both the shortened duration and the pricing discrepancy. And if, the process of any refund or compensate.
I was genuinely looking forward to this experience, and leaves a half day for that, but it has resulted in complete dissatisfaction. I expect this matter to be handled promptly and professionally.
Sincerely,
Kexin Shao
- naomil149 (8/5): Amazing location in the park - Arriving at the hotel after a long drive from Punta Arenas, we were pleasantly surprised by the modern decor and spacious vibe. The rooms are modern, comfortable and the linens are high quality. Good showers, large sink (great for washing through hiking clothes), large windows. Our 'wing' had water and coffee machines as well as a lounge area with comfy seats. The two food options are nice and offer some good dishes. I would say currently the food does not quite live up to the quality of the rest of the hotel. We enjoyed several guided excursions which were amazing: you can't go wrong in this beautiful place. However, a couple of our guides were pretty tired after their 11 day shifts. The shuttle services were excellent with nice busses and good drivers. The best thing about the hotel was its amazing proximity to some major hikes. The views of the Towers as you walk to breakfast is incomparable.
- Michelle (9/5): Best location, nice food and friendly staff - Location and friendly staff The room is a little bit small
- Volker (10/5): Top - clear recommendation! - Amazing location; best location for any acitivities, hikes, etc.
Excursions professionally organized
Great team and spirit
Guides also excellent knowing what they are doing
On Top: we had a Puma live inside the resort ground during dinner - perfect.
- tryingfor100 (8/5): Very good, could be great - Visiting Patagonia has been on our list for some time and we were excited to start the adventure in Torres del Paine. Our agent recommended Las Torres Patagonia, an all-inclusive eco resort, and we were looking forward to our stay.
While there are many aspects of the property that are well done, a few area were lacking.
The hotel location is a high point within the park with stunning views. The hotel itself is modern with high end finishes and their expedition team was top notch (with hikes, van tours, and horseback riding all included). Internet service was very good.
The above positives were very important, and the deficiencies, while annoying, did not take away from our enjoyment of the park. Nonetheless, when paying 1000.00 per night, we expected a bit more attention to detail than we found.
Starting with the airport pickup, there was not anyone waiting for us. This was not in itself terrible, but the call to the hotel (15 minutes) was very disappointing. The operator could not seem to find our reservation and had no information about our prearranged transfer, continuing to suggest that our transfer was not really through the hotel. Calling our US agent we learned our transport was on the way. Check in was smooth and quick.
The rooms while beautifully decorated do not function very well. The most problematic being an almost total lack of spaces to put things on. There was one medium size night stand and on the other side was 2 very small round mini tables (more like low stools) the phone took up all of one and the tissues the other. There was a wall unit with a number of small shelves, several of which were too high up to be useful, and 5 hangers. A simple bureau would have solved the problem.
The sink was very deep, wide, and narrow with a small glass shelf above, so that brushing one’s teeth or washing your face was an exercise in precision to not mess oneself or the floor.
Housing keeping was hit and miss, our used paper coffee cups stacked up and never disposed, glasses never refreshed. One morning after leaving our "please make up room" tag at 7:00A, was not attended when we returned at 14:00, not a problem but as the housekeeper then showed up was perturbed that we had left the tag out.
Understanding that we are all energy conscious, it was not pleasant returning to our cold room in the afternoon, as the maids always turned the room heat off.
Dining (food and service) was hit and miss. Upon our 4 night stay arrival we were unable to secure reservations for one night at all (there is a pub though). Food ranged from good to fair (meats were consistently tough, medium rare was consistently medium well, bacon always served rare). Service ranged from OK to feeling ignored. We were advised multiple times that they were short staffed. We never noticed what would appear to be a dining manager. Food did come out of the kitchen quickly. Only once did the server check on our liking of the food (thank you Guillermo). While all-inclusive, there is a push for gratuities. Dinner menu did not post prices but when the check arrived it showed a cost of about 200-250 USD for two persons zeroed out, with the "suggested"gratuity based on that cost.
The hotel is 2 floors with no elevator, not a real problem, but also no handrails on the stairs. The hotel stone paths around the building could use some low level lighting for a more secure walk.
Overall, the deficiencies are first-world problems, but this could be a super star property with a bit more attention to details.
- X5519QYpeterm (10/5): Not perfect and too expensive—but the only civilized way to see Torres Del Paine - If you’re not prepared to camp inside the park or stay outside the park and waste a lot of time traveling to the trailheads, you’ll have to pay the price and stay at this “all inclusive” Hotel. Its prime location within the park near the trailheads, along with and its well- designed guided excursions, make for a very convenient and enjoyable experience. Especially for older folks (we’re 65), it’s the only practical way to do it. The staff is amazing and the food is very good (although not varied enough). We loved the excursions, including the horseback riding and trekking along the many scenic and often challenging trails. For the expense, certain improvements can and should be made to make it a better experience and better value, but overall this is a truly special place and the best way to experience the park.
- AKR1 (10/5): Spectacular location, superb property, unmatched guiding and excursion programs. - This is an extraordinary property in a truly superb location with an unbeatable excursion program.
We had an exceptional 6 day stay. I cannot begin to express how exceptional this place is. We were on the all inclusive program that is totally worth it.
You are in the heart of Torres del Paine park right at the foot of the famous Base Torres hike. The hotel’s excursion programs are nothing short of superb. The excursion staff tailored a program that precisely met our desired requirements and abilities- special thank you to Veronica. If you are a rider their equestrian program is unmatched in the park. We were able to do the difficult base Torres hike at our age by utilizing their combination horse riding and trekking excursion.
The guides are wonderful- especially shout out to Matias Vega, Pam and Matias Koch for getting us to Base Torres and the French valley along with lots of laughs and encouragement.
Now for the hotel. The room was excellent overall. The bathroom shower great. Recommend the newer rooms in the furthest section. The food was superb along with a great bar and two restaurants- a more elaborate dinner place and a slightly more casual one where the bar is located.
Unconditionally and highly recommended. Bravo to the owners- Kusanovic family and the wonderful staff.
- Igor (7/5): - Location Overstaffed, . The tipping system is too complex.
- byronr636 (10/5): A Treat by Torres del Paine - We recently had an unexpected stay for an evening at Hotel las Torres. It's a beautiful space that focuses on good food, fantastic views and a relaxing base for those that want a more hand-held experience in the park. It's the polar opposite of a self-supported multi-day hike, but the staff are exceptional, the spa completely relaxing and the food nourishing after many days on the trail. If you want to toast to a successful circuit, spend a night or two here and then go explore an Estancia!
- Jeeva (10/5): Awesome time at the hotel, grateful to the staff for accommodating! - Very Clean, humble and kind staff, peaceful stay no mini fridges in rooms makes it hard to store snacks and sandwiches for hiking
- chronopossum (4/5): Drive 1:45 min and avoid the cost and the disappointment associated with the high price - Be aware of the cost. I have booked the hotel directly. Their policy is that within 70 days the cancellation cost You 80%. You should avoid the full board, it is worthless. The included pickup would have made me stranded at Purto Natales airport for 4 hrs. The offered excursion could not be arranged due to the lack of communication from the hotel. The breakfast included is below standard for the price range. The location is great, however with an additional 1:45 minutes drive from Porto Natales You can avoid the hotel. The staff is great though
- troycF4993KC (10/5): A premium base for an unforgettable hiking experience - Las Torres is ideally located and wonderfully organized for an unforgettable hiking experience in the Torres del Paine National Park, Patagonia, Chili.
- 197bulbuls (10/5): Exceptional Stay at Hotel Las Torres – Truly Perfect in Every Way - We spent four incredible days at Hotel Las Torres, and it was nothing short of exceptional. You truly cannot ask for a better location for hiking Torres del Paine National Park—being right at the heart of the action made every day seamless and unforgettable.
Considering how remote and rugged the setting is, the hotel feels impressively luxurious. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed—exactly what you want after long, exhilarating hikes.
The true standout of this property, however, is the staff. Their attention to detail is remarkable. They knew every guest by name and were fully aware of each person’s daily hiking itinerary, which made the entire experience feel personal and completely stress-free. Every hike was perfectly planned and expertly guided.
The food deserves special praise—consistently gourmet, delicious, and beautifully presented. The bar was equally wonderful, and we especially loved their house-made gin crafted from botanicals native to Patagonia. A perfect way to unwind after a day on the trails.
They even arranged transportation for us all the way to the Argentine border so we could continue on to El Calafate—yet another example of their flawless service. Honestly, everything was perfect. I truly have nothing negative to say.
Do yourself a favor and book this hotel if you’re planning a trip to Torres del Paine. It will elevate your entire experience.
My review would be incomplete without heartfelt shout-outs to the amazing people who made our stay so memorable:
• Colin, Tour Director
• Francisco, Mati, and Macarena – knowledgeable, passionate hiking guides
• Marcella at check-in
• Maria, Natalia, Isakun (an outstanding bartender), and Danitza at the bar
• Mati – glacier trip
• Alejandro and Aldo – our fantastic drivers
• Phillipe, Arianna, Paz, and Elizabeth – dinner service
• Macarena – Lake Nordenskjöld hike
• Martina – lunch service
• Valentine – bartender during dinner service, absolutely amazing
Thank you all for creating such a memorable, once-in-a-lifetime experience. We will cherish these memories forever.
- xiaotiej (2/5): This hotel is not considerate and only cares about $ - We have to terminate our trip due to medical reason. We notified the hotel immediately to cancel our reservation one week in advance. They asked us to submit all the documents and at the end still refused to refund. Even worse, they won't even refund our prepaid meal cost. Out of ~10 reservations which we cancelled for the whole trip, this is the only place which refused to refund. They do not care about the traveler. They only drive for money. Be very careful with them if you want to make any reservation here, think twice.
- rickandpat (10/5): Highly recommended - The room was large, modern and comfortable (though no screens on the windows and it was unusually warm while we were there). Excellent guides for hiking and horseback riding, food was also excellent. Nice lounge areas throughout the sprawling buildings. Enjoyed my massage very much, at a reasonable price. All in a great location within the park.
- I1311IPjamest (10/5): Excellent experience in Torres del Paine - Excellent experience at Hotel las Torres! We didn’t know what to expect since the hotel was included a tour we booked. But it was one of the best experiences we’ve had in a national park. The food and service was fantastic. The local tour guide was a member of the hotel and Mati was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were blessed with good weather too! Our room was at the end of the hotel but fit in well with the site. Very eco conscious.
- sailork (8/5): fantastic location but small rooms - we liked:
great location in the centre of the park.
staff and guides all excellent.
food good considering the remote location.
we didn’t like:
small rooms with lack of space to unpack.
lack of a drying room for wet boots and clothes.
- K4200GYemmae (10/5): Great location at the base of las Torres - Great hotel with beautiful views of the Torres. Excellent food and wonderful location. Would definitely recommend, specially if trekking or puma search
- Sabrina Bischoff (10/5): -
- J1232EUwilliec (10/5): Beautiful location and fantastic views - Beautiful hotel and amenities. Fantastic views and had a great vacation. Food was excellent and the trails were for all ages
- Joan (10/5): Perfect location, great food and ambience. - Perfectly situated for trails, great food and bar staff brilliant!
- baysurfgal12 (6/5): A comfortable room, and great service but DON'T get all-inclusive. - It is the best located hotel. Get a room but DON'T get all-inclusive. It is not worth it. The tours are not available. If you are there to hike the Base of Las Torres, you won't be able to get anything other than a sandwich to go. Tours are not available. The spa is not available. So, why pay for all of that? All-inclusive is not worth it.
- Puneet605 (10/5): - Unbeatable location inside Torres del Paine with excellent, fresh food after long hikes. - Perfect base for Patagonia. - Las Torres Patagonia – Perfect Location & Great Food
Las Torres is unbeatable for its location inside Torres del Paine. Being able to start the Base of the Towers hike right from the property makes it the ideal place to stay for anyone exploring the park. The views, the open landscape, and the convenience are exceptional.
The food was another highlight—fresh, flavorful, and surprisingly refined for such a remote setting. Every meal felt thoughtful and satisfying after long days on the trail.
A fantastic choice if you want the best access to the park along with consistently good food and warm hospitality.
- dorenec543 (10/5): Great place to stay for your visit in Patagonia !! - 5 great hotel and location well worth the money in the all inclusive program friendly staff beautiful place !!! Do the tower base hike well worth the long day and wait if it’s cloudy as wind moves fast and it cleared for us to see them! Try all activities !!
- arielmF2129XU (8/5): Great location small rooms - Great location, good food but very small rooms. The guided tours are very good .Good for up to two nights stay I think. If you are more then 2 it will be a good idea to book the suite.
- gingerb939 (10/5): Wonderful lodge with unique location. - This is a wonderful lodge located in the heart of Torres del Paine park. It has a great staff and facilities. We had an "all in" experience so food and drinks were included and very good. We also used them for activities, and they had great guides. The layout of the hotel is interesting as it is several buildings. That's nice because it doesn't feel like a large hotel but having to walk between buildings in the rain and wind was a bit of a challenge. But still a great play to stay.
- E276WZrobertm (4/5): Expensive, difficult, badly installed, unresponsive, unapologetic - It is incredibly hard to book, the website needs a complete overhaul.
It is very expensive, you have no alternatives and they exploit this.
My tent was too close to a tree, which hit into it all night. There were no staff overnight to talk to about any solution, at 7am when they returned they offered me nothing as an apology and told me to email. I have emailed and received no reply.
Very disappointing from a very expensive service.
I hope rival companies are allowed to operate because they are exploiting their monopoly on the park to provide a sub-par and very expensive experience.
- Brssjunk (10/5): Phenomenal location, basic hotel, and great experience! - With all of the places we have been and stayed, Hotel Las Torres is among the fantastic places we have gone. The ratings are based on the location, the many options for tours inside the park, and the profoundly helpful staff. My husband has declared this the most spectacular location we have been.
The mountains are wildly sculpted by the wind and ice making them unique. We were here the end of November to early December and had lovely weather the first 3 days. The temperatures were in the 60's with relatively low winds and clear blue skies. The 4th day, the normal weather returned with winds gusting to50 miles per hour, so we stayed inside most of that day.
We are in our 70s and had some concerns as to whether we would be able to deal with the activities, but there are options for everyone. We booked with the all inclusive program. The first day we took the "Full Paine & Grey Lake” tour which was an all day tour including a boat ride and a couple of short hikes. From those tours, we were able to see the Horns and the towers from all directions. We passed on the hikes which were beyond our capabilities at this age. Instead we took the nature walk and were delighted to photograph 7 different bird species.
The actual hotel is basic, but clean. This is a place you come for the outdoor experience, not for a luxury hotel and the test thing is that the hotel is inside the park. The room we were in had two beds and one chair, but no tables. Floors are smoothed concrete. There are no surfaces around the sink to set toiletries on. We had adapters, but there were not quite sufficient electrical outlets. The restaurant is excellent. The staff couldn’t be better. The single beds were very comfortable. Shower is wonderful.
While the hotel is pretty basic, I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. Torres del Paine should truly be on everyone’s bucket list!
- venkatmurty (10/5): Had a great time at Las Torres. Best place to stay, food was just amazing. The hospitality is beyond superb. - Beautiful location, great views and hikes. Highly recommend. The bar and restaurant are excellent. Our guide Andres was very knowledgeable and we had a great time
- P3074KXpaulc (10/5): An unforgettable trip in Torres Del Paine. - Great experience. Hotel staff offers a 5 star experience for amenities, food and drinks despite the extremely remote location. Andres, our guide was very knowledgeable and went out of his way ensuring a wonderful stay in the park. He guided our tour through the entire park, shared many important details about the paine ecosystem and guided us on many walks.
- 20maa (8/5): Bad transport nice hotel - The trip started out rough. Their transport from puerto natales to the hotel requires you to make a reservation with their shuttle service.
Even if you see them at the airport and their shuttle is empty and you show them a reservation they won’t take you to the hotel… it’s really a backwards way of thinking.
They suggested i take an Uber, however Ubers don’t go out that far and will cancel your trips.
This would have been great to know before landing… so without a reservation for shuttle service you are kind of on your own.
For what they charge ($900 usd a night) it’s really really annoying.
Other than that part everything else was good! People on sight were helpful. Massage was nice and the food is pretty good for being in such a remote location.
- CLTJennifer (10/5): Modern, chic with country vibes resort! - What an amazing luxury resort that still had a rustic feel out in the remote territory of the W Trek! It was such a treat to enjoy fine dinners, incredible breakfast buffet spreads, wonderful service and our modern/rustic chic room! The great room behind the welcome desk was such a treat to lounge in with very cool decor!
- B_Dublin (10/5): Excellent trip for anyone that wants some exercise - Very good visit. We upgraded to a suite which was lovely but expensive. The decor throughout is really good and the staff very helpful. Best advise is to book direct and plan your visit carefully. We stayed 3 nights and did two days of treks (tours), were both in our 60’s so opted for the Grey glacier - full day superb and a half day easy trek to the waterfall. The guides are superb. Suggest the closest place to fly to is Puerto Natales. We came in by Puerto Arenas - very long drive but broken with a super lunch at a sheep station owned by the same entity. Overall plan well and you’ll love it. Also take a good look at their web site

- jeanv164 (10/5): Magical - Unbeatable location in Torres del Paine with enthusiastic staff, gorgeous views, and delicious food including great vegetarian options. Highly recommend the Calafate Sour cocktail in the hotel bar! Hotel staff repeatedly went above and beyond to ensure a top rate stay for our family. Beautiful rooms and common areas. A truly magical experience!!!
- rogermD8335XJ (10/5): Fabulous stay at Hotel Las Torres Patagonia - My wife and I stayed at Hotel Las Torres Patagonia in April 2025. Our experience started in Punta Arenas as the hotel shuttle picked us up and transported us to the hotel with a stop at the Estancia Cerro Negro for an afternoon tea, snacks, and sheep shearing and herding demonstrations. Our 4-night stay was an all-inclusive package. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food options were delicious and the drinks plentiful. We booked several excursions including a full day vehicle tour of the park (we booked separately the boat trip on Lake Grey to the Grey Glacier – which we highly recommend), the half day Patagon trek, the half day Ascencio horseback ride, and the full day trek to the base of Torres del Paine (very demanding but well worth it!). Our stay at Hotel Las Torres was part of a two-month holiday through South America and was one of the major highlights of the trip. Thank you to the staff and guides, you truly added to our adventure!
We highly recommend Hotel Las Torres Patagonia!
- Lori (8/5): No better location to stay while exploring Torres del Paine - Location and service. Everyone that works here had a smile on their face. Wifi strong, good shower pressure and comfortable beds. The breakfast was good, by far the best meal of the day. Loved the self-serve espresso machines placed throughout the property. Our favourite meal was the lamb experience and the two men that hosted this special event. This was also the night we had two Pumas visit outside the window! The bar menu is typical, we loved the burger and pizza. We are glad we stayed here and didn’t mind the price based on the location and excellent service. Loved the chocolates and turn down service. We booked a superior room that looked out over the parking lot and hills opposite the mountains. We enjoyed the walking trails just outside the Hotel, no matter your fitness level, there is something for everyone. Loved when the stoves were burning and the fire was lit. The staff working in the activities center were very engaging and knowledgable about the area and were extremely helpful with maps and directions. The Easter Chocolates was a nice touch and delicious. This is a very special place, with plans to expand. No mini fridges in the rooms! Ugh, however recommend bringing snacks from the grocery store in Puerto Natales.. The biggest letdown for us was the dining room food. For example, each person can have a starter, main course, dessert, and 1 glass of wine or a drink. All of the starters were cold, except the soup, which honestly tasted like all the leftover veggies from the day before, puréed. It was very cold outside the week we were there, so chilled starters was odd. The salad was very sad. Basically we were there at the very end of the season so read into that. All 6 nights the menu stayed the same, and we didn’t care for the desserts so only ordered the first night. We skipped dinner 2 nights because nothing sounded good. We had the option of eating dinner off of the bar menu as well. They could do a better job explaining at check-in, or on a piece of paper, what is included, and what is not included, like gratuities. One 14 oz beer is 14,000 CLP plus tip. We are happy to spend money and tip, especially at such a special place like this with excellent service, but please make sure guests are able to leave feeling like they received or were offered everything they prepaid for. The hotel was cold everywhere! Where your coat to the bar and the dining room. There is a fire burning in a part of the lodge during the day which we loved. Over Easter holiday, there were unsupervised children running up and down the hallways and screaming to each other. Hallways should be quiet zones and parents should be aware of the disruption this causes other guests. At meals the children were very well behaved. People are up early to hike and arriving at all hours of the day after a long journey, so be respectful to people that are napping or trying to relax and enjoy this most amazing Patagonia and National Park at this beautiful Hotel.
- anapaulista2018 (10/5): escaping from an urban reality - loved the service and the hotel. The staff was really helpful, the breakfast was very good, the silence for sleeping was absolutely perfect.
the tours were all I could hope for, especially the kindness of the guides. Of course, there are always some that are better ...
seeing pumas and guanacos and all sorts of birds only added on
- kkoz99 (10/5): Magical way to stay in Torres Del Paine - We absolutely loved hotel Los Torres. I researched many hotels and am so glad that we chose this one to end our Patagonia adventure. Staying in the park is magical. We spent the first 3 nights in Puerto Natales and driving back and forth. Staying at Los Torres was perfect for the base towers hike- it cuts off about a mile and the staff knows exactly when and at what time to go. The staff was fantastic- especially Francesca who really made our stay perfect in so many ways. Collins from excursions also was outstanding in suggesting hikes and advising which day to do the base towers hike. And to end our stay- 2 pumas outside the dining room and spa!!
The breakfast and dinner have many options and they go out of their way to make it a gourmet dining experience- only thing I would change would be to allow people to book breakfast only inclusive bc the dinners were too much food for us.
- fishmisshayden (10/5): Pumas Everywhere - Excellent Hotel In A Fantastic Location. We Saw Pumas from the hotel bar / lunch restaurant and also behind the hotel while on a hike. Definitely worth a visit. Staff was excellent, rooms were nice and very clean. They have an excellent bar, exceptional craft drinks and the restaurant is great.
- 152yujiaw (10/5): We love Hotel Las Torres - The hotel Las Torres has great location, right at the trailhead of Mirador de Las Torres. The hotel staff provide excellent service, the room very nice and clean and the food very delicious. It is so warm to have an all incousive full-course dinner after a long day hiking. We highly recommend this hotel, especially the breakfast and dinner inclusive package.
- angelabV1772NP (10/5): Peaceful end to the W trek - What a wonderful way to end our W trek! The view is just as amazing from our room as the photos shown on the website. So relaxing and peaceful place to rest. The dinner was fantastic. If you have the energy, you can eat breakfast with a breath-taking sunrise. Don’t miss stopping by the bar for creative adult drinks. It may be difficult when planning at home to spend the money, but it’s worth it when you consider dinner, breakfast, proximity and the view from every part of the hotel. The staff are very friendly, considerate and very helpful. We didn’t do any excursions, but they have staff available to suit your needs.
- C5970OMjohn (10/5): Impeccably Presented - From the momentI arrived, I was treated like a five star customer...and from that moment on, every employee, including the General Manager, addressed me with a smile and by my first name. The food was a reflection of Patagonia, tastefully prepared and presented. The excursions were individually tailored to my preferences and capabilities. I reveled every minute of my stay at Hotel Las Torres and the magnificence of its setting.
- Anna (9/5): Superb - The food and the service were both excellent.
- Ge (10/5): Exceptional -
- stefan (6/5): - No way this is a four star hotel , the prices are though !
No swimming pool , no conference rooms and the hotel room size are smaller than in japan . No dresser either . Don’t get the all inclusive because food , while looking good , isn’t worthed ! There a better options in the park ! Not recommended!
- Yann (10/5): - Great place and cannot beat the location. Amazing food and staff
- 972GM (8/5): Fantastic location and most things right - Mixed views on this hotel. Transfer to the hotel from Punta Arenas was excellent, with a stop at a ranch on the way for lunch, a look at the museum and a sheep-shearing demonstration. Room was adequate and as expected for a property in this location. The quality of the tours and guides/drivers was excellent.
A few things were unhelpful or odd. Guests need to go outside (it is usually windy and often raining here) to get from their room to the restaurant for breakfast/dinner. Many tours start at 07.00, but breakfast does not start until 06.30. This does not allow sufficient time for a decent breakfast then being ready for the tour, to the extent I had to skip breakfast on 2 days out of 3.
The hotel is fully- inclusive, but there was no indication in advance that tips are expected and they are requested on everything as if you were paying for it (with drinks prices in particular inflated, so tips inflated).
- 365JTB (10/5): Don't miss this fabulous experience! - An excellent experience in every way. The bar is known internationally for its sustainable features and delicious alcoholic/non alcoholic drinks. The food is phenomenal, had a lamb barbecue experience and the guides are outstanding; many wonderful excursions!
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tripper1Malaysia (8/5): Wonderful located hotel - Location was great for walks and also puma sighting/trekking. Rooms were large enough and decor was simple but elegant.
Food in restaurants was beautifully presented but could be more tasty.
Some staff were truly friendly and helpful, and service was very good.
- 898IanM (10/5): Perfect Starting Point - We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel, which served as a perfect starting point for hiking and other outdoor activities. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, which set the tone for a wonderful experience.
During our three-night stay, we opted for the all-inclusive package, which included not only meals but also all activities. We took part in several excursions and especially enjoyed horse riding—such a memorable experience that we did it more than once!
The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all modern comforts. We dined in both the bar area and the main dining room, both of which offered a great selection of meals and a pleasant atmosphere.
We were fortunate to have perfect weather, which made our stay even more enjoyable, but even in different conditions, the hotel itself would still be a lovely place to relax. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with plenty of activities!
- sued375 (10/5): A fantastic place from which to explore a stunning part of the world. Don't miss it! - Wonderful views from the hotel and even more special from various high up view points. The team at the hotel is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. There is a wide range of activities including major hiking, minor hiking and horse riding. The range of lakes and scenery is spectacular. We were all inclusive and the selection and quality of the food and drink was excellent. We absolutely loved it here.
- narissah2025 (10/5): Great way to combine the W trek with the comforts of a hotel room - The location can't be beat! I partook in the all-inclusive experience.I think the food at both the bar and the restaurant was delicious. The excursions were also quite varied and had something for everyone. The mocktails were delicious! It was a great way to do the hikes of W trek while being able to take a hot shower and sleep in a comfortable bed at night. Marcello, Nico and Sebastian were excellent guides with nice touches including hot tea during the hikes or a charcuterie tray on the way back from French Valley. An amazing park and an amazing stay!
- brigittesQ5953OE (10/5): Great experience - Loved the location! Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and the restaurant is excellent! We stayed for 3 nights all-inclusive and went on four excursions. The guides on all of our excursions were wonderful, very knowledgeable and friendly!
- Guowan (8/5): - 房間面積太小,其他都好。
- HPFlat5 (10/5): Best hotel in TdP - I know, it's very expensive to stay in Patagonia. but this hotel was worth it. We stayed in three different hotels in TdP; all were good, but this was our favorite. Excellent all around, with a wonderful staff. The rooms are simple but comfortable, but everything else is outstanding. The bar with the amazing views, the restaurant with fresh local food, some of it straight from their garden, and incredibly helpful people throughout the staff. If we return, we will stay here!
- Kristjan (9/5): Really nice hotel, perfectly located. Great service, nice bar and restaurant onsite. - The location is ideal for exploring Torres del Paine.
The hotel ambience is great, staff is doing their utmost to deliver great service and the quality of the restaurant is really high. Transfer to the hotel is a little akward.
Buses stop at the Amarga station. The hotel did send an email with a link to their transfer schedule, but we couldn't open it since there's no phone coverage at the station.
So we followed the hikers a couple hundred meters down a steep trail to a parking lot where other buses take hikers to TDP national park reception (15 min drive from Amarga station).
From there, it's another 1km to the hotel. The whole process of getting to the hotel was quite random.
On the way back, they dropped us at the park reception. It was not clear why they wouldn't take us all the way up to the Amarga bus station.
So we got on a public bus to reach the Amarga station and then dragged our trolley bags uphill again to the main bus stop. This doesn't fit well with the overall experience the hotel is positioned to deliver.
- Rashna (9/5): Fabulous, would recommend - Property is amazing!
Very friendly and helpful staff, good food and the spa services were fabulous.
We did not do excursions through the hotel but the guides were very helpful in giving us recommendations and directions. When there are larger groups at dinner, service can be very slow and distracted
- Robyn (5/5): Prepare to pay for everything. - It was a very nice place to stay in the park. Including dinner with the stay helps the overall value. The lamb dinner was incredible. Money driven. They really are not flexible with how they do business, and didn’t allow a shift of dates so I had to stay longer than desired… so it cost a lot! Room was nice but smelled like grey water. No tv, fan, or kettle in the room. The bar has good cocktails but food is gross (cold fries served with congealed cheese). All drinks cost $15 each, including beer on tap. FYI if you don’t like the beer they serve you, you still pay. Most places in America isn’t that greedy.
Tried to book a tour but communication was so bad it didn’t happen. Seems like the expedition staff doesn’t expect you to walk into their area to get a tour and the staff most certainly do not talk to each other … I spoke to 3 different people who none of which actually seemed to care at all about helping me.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This is a terrific hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the location in the park is a big plus and the food is excellent. We will try and stay at the hotel Las Torres again in the future.
- Yen (10/5): - The weather window to hike Las Torres was a day ahead of our booking date so we drove there to ask to check in 1 day earlier. The staff was super friendly and allowed us to change our reservation. Wow! Thank you ! We had a beautiful hike . Couldn’t ask more better weather.
- Tali (8/5): The best location to visit the Torres viewpoint - The location of this hotel cuts 4 km off the hike to the Torress viewpoint, which is a great advantage.
The staff and service were excellent.
The dinner (included in our accommodation fee) was delicious.
The room is basic for the hotel price.
Overall, despite the hotel being a bit pricy considering the room facilities, I would recommend this place due to the unbeatable location and the staff's kindness. The room is basic for the hotel price
- Robert (9/5): I came for the Towers hike but would return for the food and friendly staff! - The bar area with incredible views and the quality of food in the restaurant. The rooms could use a little updating but otherwise fine.
- Srilaya (10/5): - This place is an amazing adobe in a paradise ! The staff were very helpful specially Laura and Tatiana <3.
Food was just incredible, freshly grown produce from their farm !!
- Ken (10/5): Exceptional - Staff was amazing; very helpful and friendly. Rooms were fine, location was incredible and amenities were great. Highly recommend staying here.
- Ganning (6/5): - Excellent location for hiking to Base Towers, excursion options and guided Tours. Average room amenities and small room size. Poor restaurant services and needs proper trainings although bar service is good.
- Jessica (9/5): Superb -
- Diana (10/5): Magical - Lovely setting. Excellent staff. Outstanding food. Would like body lotion in room and instructions for radiator heater
- Christian (9/5): Wonderful location, great Restaurant - The location within the National Park is exceptional.
The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive.
I like to highlight the friendliness and professional attitude of the entire restaurant Coiron Staff and the great cuisine. The whole hotel is somewhat outdated.
- Barbara (7/5): Very good and one of the only options if you want to sleep inside Torres del Paine - Very clean, beautiful location, very comfortable and staff were very nice.
Breakfast was sublime.
Great location to start the trekking to Base Torres. It is incredibly expensive… 6,000 for a soft drink as an example and the food at the restaurant was average for the price they charge.
- Kerry (10/5): Amazing stay in luxury hotel before the W hike - The property is in an amazing location, the staff were great and went out of their way to provide everything that was required for our stay. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic! Nothing
- Felicia (10/5): - dinner is included which is very nice, love the location
- Asit (9/5): Excellent hotel, restaurant and food. Only negative is that the rooms were mediocre. - Excellent location, restaurant and bar, and food. Rooms were comfortable but mediocre. Rooms were mediocre.
- Andrey (9/5): Superb -
- Robert (9/5): Superb - Great location in the park. The breakfast and dinner were very good. Staff were excellent. Pity no Puna spotting trips were organised by the hotel tour staff. Everything was great
- Kathy (9/5): Beautiful location demonstrating environmental ethics - Location made early ascent to the towers so enjoyable..watching the horses run en masse, touring the greenhouse, food was great. Sorry that Staff didn’t tell us about lamb parilla at check in :-( so we missed it.
- Raymond (9/5): Superb - Our package included food which was excellent. Hotel guides are excellent and knowledgeable about hikes and activities.
- Patrick (10/5): - Outstanding location, great breakfast and dinners. Great rustic field. Outstanding staff.
- Jeff (10/5): See previous post -
- Jeff (10/5): Excellent Stay - Feb 2024 stay - 3 days total (split stay, 2 different rooms) $1000/day included Bkf, boxed lunch, Din. Wonderful stay. Description as promised. Not 5 star (regarding rooms) but tries to be, which is okay because you are there for a hiking/outdoor experience, not a glamourous pampering. Small mistakes here and there, but staff always worked to resolve in my favor. Purchased horseback riding (twice) - great time, but horses so well trained; if been on horse once before, then consider yourself an expert. Dinners were extremely good. All staff every accommodating. In 3 days, no problems unresolved. Only negative would be King beds are really 2 double beds pushed together. Stayed 1 night at Hotel Lago Gray (for convenience to Cat) and this place much better.
- Katja (9/5): Superb -
- Roger (8/5): A great location from which you can hike most of the “W” tram in Torres del Paine - Location, location, location (and the food was great too)! A bit pricey - and the roads in (but this applies to all properties in Torres del Paine)
- Caroline (10/5): Professional, friendly staff in a wonderful location made for a great stay - Very comfortable hotel in a great location Nothing although there could have been some reference books in a library ( or The Excursion centre) to look up the names of flora and fauna
- Rachel (7/5): Good - Great location in the park. Excellent food. Once there, there aren’t many accessible day hiking trails. Excursions are costly for the value. The vibe is somewhat uptight and I wouldn’t recommend ending your hike here. There aren’t any supplies to restock toiletries and laundry is way too expensive.
- Anne (8/5): Excellent location and excursions/activities on offer. The Horse riding is excellent - Breakfasts were good. In general the food was excellent. The special “lamb exoerience “ was a great idea but not good value.
Horse riding is excellently run as is the Wellness centre. Service of staff could be better. Plenty of staff but no action!
We were offered a packed breakfast on check out for 0530 only to discover they had forgotten .
- Zaxowi (10/5): Excellent Stay!! - The location couldn't be any better, it was in the middle of the park. Food and services were excellent. nonthing
- Barnhill (10/5): Spectacular - Staff is awesome location perfect Nothing
- Helen (8/5): Very good - The location is second to none. Right in the park, it gives you a unique experience. Hotel was as I expected and looks like they are slowly upgrading facilities.
Food was good and the menu changed daily.
The horse riding excursion was exceptional and would highly recommend. If you aren’t on the all inclusive package, getting there without a car is quite chaotic. The bus to the national park was easy, but we then had to get a shuttle to the welcome centre and another shuttle to the hotel. For guests of the hotel the shuttle really should take them straight there. We wasted more than hour on each side waiting for shuttle buses
- Dominic (10/5): Great service and wonderful scenery - We had a great time on our stay. From our first stop at the checkin desk when Gabriel brought us welcome juice to all of the help he provided from the guest services desk - very knowledgeable. That first day we had dinner and Martin was our main server - equally amazing service. We needed that cheerful smile after our long day of travel to the site. Martin continued to be a highlight of our meals and Gabriel was always there to help. We really enjoyed the horseback riding too.
As far as nature, it goes without saying. You can't beat the landscape. We drop to Lago Grey. Glad we didn't choose that as the hotel. :)
- Gaiane (10/5): - Probably one of the best boutique hotels in South America. Winery based hotel in an old mansion with an incredible park and grounds. We were very, very pleasantly surprised. If we ever come to Chilie again it will be because of this hotel.
- Carol (7/5): Staff went always beyond excellent service - in all departments. - Location, location amazing and staff made stay perfect. Meals were nice but not outstanding a little too fussy when all you want is something delicious and wholesome after a busy day hiking or horse riding. Prices very expensive. Cost of necessary tours excessively expensive.
Hadn't realised I wouldn't be able to finalize account - transport etc with a credit card. Caused me a lot of stress but staff helped solve.
- Pauline (9/5): Superb -
- Pedro (10/5): Exceptional - The food was delicious and a must try even if you are not staying in the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, they even taught me how to prepare a mate properly. The facilities were great and the room comfortable. I find it a good price/quality ratio as we are in a very remote area. Their website is difficult to use.
- Mark (9/5): Great spot for a bit of indulgence and plenty healthy activities - Attentive service and the perfect spot to explore the National park either under your own steam or on the many excursions the hotel organises.
