• Crystal (10/5): Amazing accommodations, definitely top 10 places I've stayed. - The free breakfast is so good with eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, fruit, and more. The bed was almost as soft as I like. The pool is closed to kids after 10pm and open to adults until 11pm which is AMAZING! The also always have coffee, hot water and water available until very late at night. Such a great value! The pillows were way too soft, but that's my only complaint. I would stay here again!

My tablet worked fine at the fairgrounds, at the Glass Museum, BUT NOT AT THE HOTEL. I could not check email, get directions, or check-in for my flight. Also the privacy settings were set so high on the computer in the lobby, that I could not log into my email from there. AND I WAS THERE FOR A WEEK!! There was enough time for this problem to be fixed, but it wasn't. I paid for this utility. It was advertised as available, but it was not.

(Shoulder height) the room even had a kitchenette with a sink and cupboards .It had a spare basin outside the bathroom incase someone was busy in the bathroom. The room was way better than what I expected and it will be the only place I’m staying at when I travel there again. Thank you Comfort Inn !!

My room location was not the best. It was room 119 right across from the ice maker and every morning it was being used very very early, which was a little annoying.. I think the machine should be in the lobby not to disturb any of the guest.

Anything in the hallway was noisy as hell. The ice machine would make noise in the hallway. Air conditioner did not work. Overall this place was trash but it was cheap so you get what you pay for.

The breakfast was superb with a huge variety of breakfast related foods to choose from. That they required a $50 deposit each of the 3 days we stated that was never returned to the account that posted the deposits. Told it would be 5 to 7 business days. A month later still no return.

• John (8/5): - I have stayed at this location before. For the price this is a very nice and clean hotel with clean comfortable rooms and frindly friendly staff. The heated indoor pool, hot tub and sauna have always been clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast is better than most other hotels I have stayed at in this price range, lots of choices and something good for everyone. Would be nice if breakfast was served an extra hour later weekdays and if the pool opened an hour earlier.

• B (4/5): Decent price for the experience, but definitely wish the room was cleaner and the food better. - The price is relatively affordable, but you get what you pay for in terms of location, comfort, and cleanliness. There were many stains on the walls in our room, the sink was clogged with fruit flies, there was gunk smeared on the lamps, hair on the bedspreads. General lack of cleanliness and care for guests. The breakfast was fine, but we could all see into the room where the food was prepared and it did not look like a clean room in any way.
