The hotel was clean, room was nice and the staff were friendly. The price point was ideal. It was the perfect stay for our trip. We would definitely stay there again.

- Thomas (8/5): Traffic noise and noise generated by the next door business was a nuisance, otherwise enjoyable stay - Breakfast originally appeared exceptional, lots of choices - beverages offered choices - particularly liked the coffee machine. Equipment problems were evident in the food options. Lifting the covers on anything, particularly the bread/baked items reveals that water collecting inside the domed covers was draining into the pans, or else was spilling onto the food when lifted. Preparation of the food was better than adequate, cleanliness was very good - staff were attentive. Don't really have a complaint. Found the 'office' chair was defective when I sat down. And noticed that the mirror intstalled on the wall inside the shower was badly rusted and staining the back wall of the shower. Reported to management, diligently noted. When we can, we like to use Sleep Inn at this location because it is very convenient for us. It has improved every time we visit and can make a reservation. Busy location.

However, it's worth noting that the surrounding areas has limited food options. some of the restaurants listed nearby seemed questionable, as there were no cars in the parking lots when we checked a couple of them. The best dinning and shopping options are about 30 minutes away. That said, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and quite good.

And the front desk said there was nothing they could do but ask them to quiet down, which they did, but didnt help. The front desk also said that room had extra guest coming in and staying, which they could do nothing about. The elevator sounded like it was going to go any minute, loud & on its last leg. A terrible smell down the hallway. For the most part the staff was friendly. I have stayed there now for a few years and the place has really gone done hill since the pipe liners and work crews are staying there now. No longer quiet, clean or family oriented.

Dispensers in the shower were empty. Only 2 luggage transfer carts for 3 floors. We were informed that they had a lot of long term guests and could not keep up with short time guests for housekeeping.

I did not like the way Bookings .com handled our payment of the room. I paid for the room prior to leaving home had a receipt monies had been accepted but when I got there had to flash my card again and be told no funds available. This was unacceptable.

She gave the excuse that she couldn't see us through the door. That was not true because I checked it. I think a break like that should be on their lunch time not mine.
