Weder genug Tiscche und Stühle noch genug Grschirr. Kaffee aus Pappbecher, da zu wenig Tassen. Und die Sitzplätze an der Rezeption als Bar zu bezeichnen - muti. Auch dort Rotwein aus Wasserglas, da Weingläser besetzt/nicht gespült waren.

Begrijp het wel, verder was er erg veel keuze en heerlijke broodjes.

Sehr kleines Fernseh. Frühstück sehr einfach gehalten. Atmosphäre wie in einer Kantine. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer!

Veya ben kaldığım sürece bu sorunu yaşadım. Sanki ben her eksiği kabul etmek zorundayım çünkü Rotterdam da başka otel yokmuş gibi hissettiren bir otel.

- Jamila (4/5): 🙃 - The location The elevator - the 0 floor is non accessible, slow, and requires a room card to press a button The room card - was 1 for 2 people The stairs - I needed to take stairs, because my roommate had a card (I couldn’t access the elevator) and then was trapped on stairs, because the stairs are also accessible with a card. I could enter the stairs but couldn’t get out. I needed to get out from the emergency exit (which was thankfully open) but I experienced the unnecessary stress because I was trapped from all doors on stairs because I didn’t have a card The blanket - was 1 for 2 people and short The window - there was a window but it didn’t open. You live without fresh air access Cleaning - there was an insect on the window shelf. The toilet seat was yellow, should be changed The coffee machine at breakfast- long queue

- Fatoumata (6/5): Correct - Personnel accueillant ainsi que la proximité avec la gare de rotterdam Central La literie très dure , 1 coussin pas suffisant pour dormir, il faisait extrêmement froid dans la chambre, la télévision les chaînes ne fonctionnait pas. Ainsi que le petit déjeuner, salle très petite pas de place pour s’assoir dès qu’on arrive pour pouvoir prendre notre petit déjeuner

- Lotfi Amari (9/5): Excellent séjour à Rotterdam - Le personnel était très accueillant et professionnel. L’hôtel est propre, confortable et très bien situé près de la gare centrale et du centre-ville. Le petit-déjeuner était bon et varié. Rien de particulier, le séjour était agréable.

- Rowana (4/5): Prima hotel, goede ligging, ontbijt hal erg kaal en koud. - Het vriendelijke personeel wat erg hard werkt en nu. Best doet. We moesten meer als 30 min wachten voordat we konden inchecken. (16:30) we waren om 12:30 al daar toen was het rustig maar toen was de kamer nog niet klaar werd gezegd. Dus daarom de stad in gelopen. Toen we terug kwamen stond deze jonge dame nog steeds aan de Bali alleen en moest alle klanten inchecken. Collega die erbij stond was alleen voor de bar en kon haar dus niet helpen. Complimenten voor deze dame want ze was echt moe maar deed alles met een glimlach. Deze dame verdient zeker een bonus of iets dergelijks want iedereen was geïrriteerd maar zei deed vriendelijk haar werk.

I’m disabled and was struggling to move around on my final day & the staff allowed me extra time in the room to recover which was really appreciated I would have appreciated a smart TV so I could sign into my streaming services

- Horácio Gentil (7/5): Good Value For Money - O quarto é de tamanho razoável. Tem tudo o que é necessário, mas não tem qualquer luxo, atractividade ou qualquer outra razão para ficar, para além das funcionais. Está bem localizado junto à estação central de comboios de Roterdão e próximo do centro. O pequeno-almoço é satisfatório. A recepção tem sempre muitos clientes e, por isso, torna-se um pouco demorado fazer o check-in/check-out ou tratar de outro assunto. Se o propósito é ter um local para dormir e um razoável pequeno-almoço, bem localizado - este pode ser o Hotel. A recepção tem sempre muitas pessoas e poucos atendentes, tornando-se demorado fazer o check-in e check-out. A TV no quarto é pequena.

- Jola (8/5): Very comfortable hotel for short stay in Rotterdam. We hired bicycles from the hotel, bring your own helmets. Breakfast - Good central location. Ten minute walk to central train station
- Benno (7/5): - Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir mussten wegen erheblicher gesundheitlichen Probemen leider bereits nach einem Tag die Heimreise antreten. Leider konnten wir für die bereits bezahlten Tage bisher keinerlei Teilrückerstattung oder Gutschrift vom Hotel bekommen.. Ein Entgegenkommen wäre eine sicher denkbar gewesen.

- Just (7/5): - Lage war sehr gut und das Frühstück hatte alles was man braucht. Etwas Fisch wäre schön gewesen. Der Aufzug war mehr kaputt als betriebsbereit. Das war sehr ärgerlich und konnte auch nicht zeitnah repariert werden.

J'avais demandé pour le pt dej sans gluten ils m'ont bien fait remplir une fiche mais à part des œufs brouillés salades de fruits et fruits, et des céréales sans gluten pas de pain sans gluten...mais cela m'allait
