Breakfast was exceptional and accompanied by wonderful staff, we met Helena who spoke some English for us and took the time to answer our questions, even used translate when we needed. She was very welcoming and could not do enough for us. Such a lovely way to start the day. The whole staff team were very attentive and quick to assist. Bardzo pyszne śniadania i duży wybór wszystkiego. Dużo dań wege i dla wegetarianu albo osób nie jedzących mięsa. Pokoje zawsze czyste i pachnące. Obsługa na recepcji zawsze bardzo miła życzliwa i uprzejma. Pozdrawiam całą załogę recepcji z panią kierownik, panią Dominiką. Wszystkie osoby pracujące w recepcji zasługują na nagrodę i docenienie ich ciężkiej pracy. Ponieważ Zdarza się że goście hotelowi mają czasami różne wymagania i prośby. Pozdrawiam gorąco całą recepcję panią Edytę Dorotę Olene Polina i Wiktora Pan dyrektor Mariusz powinien się dowiedzieć jaką ma świetnie wyszkoloną załogę całego hotelu. No przecież nie mogę zapomnieć również o cudownej i bardzo pracowitej pani Zosi z restauracji. Pani Zosia to taki nieoszlifowany diament. Proszę o niego bardzo dbać i go pilnować.

Oleksandra (8/5): Бувало і краще.. - Чисто, затишно, хоча звичного сніданку у формі шведського столу не було, все одно було смачно. Замість заброньованої кімнати з балконом на 1 поверсі отримали кімнату з даховими вікнами на 3 поверсі. Лійка в душі зламана, вода заледве тепла .

Единственный нюанс это очень маленькие кровати в номере были, мы брали 2 отдельные кровати. Для не полного человека, было очень не удобно.
