Breakfast was really good and everything was refilled promptly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool slide was a lot of fun. Highly recommend! Everything was wonderful, no issues at all

• David (2/5): - Before booking with Expedia, I called the front desk of the Fairfield Inn and Suites. I spoke to a lady at the front desk who confirmed to me that I was entitled to free parking for a week and that I would receive taxi vouchers for my ride to and from the Moncton airport. When I arrived for check in, I was told that this was not possible and that I would have to pay for parking and for my taxi drives to and from the airport. The gentleman at the front desk contacted the manager about this, who did not help at all. Instead, the manager told the front desk attendant to sell me a parking pass and told him that I would have to pay for my own cabs to and from the airport. My family and I have stayed at this hotel many times before when flying to various location from the Moncton Airport. We have always taken advantage of the park and ride option, which, unfortunately, was denied to me during this, my last stay. Our airport parking costs were $160.00, a cost we were not expecting to incur, given my early communications with the front desk. We are truly disappointed. My family and I will not be staying at Fairfield Inn and Suites again.

• Benedikt (10/5): Lovely stay! - We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was a stop on our roadtrip through East Canada. For us it was perfectly located, close enough to Moncton and the sights we wanted to visit as well as the airport. The room was spacious (we got a free upgrade) and very clean, the bed was comfortable and even though the highway is close by it's very quiet. Thank you also very much again for the nice little surprise that we got!

Our king room had a nice sitting area with a love seat, chair, a second tv, and an office desk/chair. The wifi worked well. The king bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom had a huge walk in shower and lots of space. Nice shampoo/conditioner& body wash products - in dispensers on the shower wall - eliminating the single use package waste. Way to go!! The breakfast in the morning was good and well organized with hot and cold choices. The pool facilities looked nice but we did not use it. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The location is convenient to highways 2 and 15, but you must drive to access all restaurants etc. Nothing is within walking distance except for a Kent store. A bit of occasional airline noise - nothing crazy - and we knew we were booking close to the airport.

• Lindsay (10/5): - Our family enjoyed our stay! The pool and water slide were both a hit with the children. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety!
• Michael (10/5): - This hotel was close to the airport. Not in the city but central to all the attractions I was driving to. The bay of Fundí, Prince Edward Island downtown Moncton etc. The center of town in Moncton is a couple of minutes away. Restaurants all within minutes. The airport was 4 min away. Clean , decent breakfast, nice pool for kids.

• Deana (10/5): - Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Very clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast had lots of variety. Pool was a bit small, but we enjoyed a dip anyway.

• Chris (8/5): - The room is clean. Waterslide is a highlight for my kids. Only issue is the water pressure is low which makes shower less comfortable.

• Claude (10/5): - Quiet, nice pool with slide for kids. Construction zone very close by, but did not affect our stay, other thsn dust on our car.
• Michael (8/5): An oasis in the middle of nowhere - Spacious room, comfortable beds. Friendly check-in staff. Aircon/heater instructions were unclear. Timing of Breakfast the next day was misunderstood and we got some before all food were taken away.

• Jerry (7/5): Would stay again but with much tempered expectations. - Hotel had a waterslide for kids and decent breakfast with good coffee. Even though numerous hockey teams were staying in the hotel, staff did a good job separating them from reg guests. Barely heard the hoards of 13 year old boys at all. Seemed like a new hotel in some ways but very dated in others. TVs seemed straight out of the early 2000’s and worked about just as well. Decor in room seemed just as dated if not older. Room and facility in general just not as clean as you would expect with the Marriott brand. Wife complained of poor water pressure but not a big enough deal to make a formal complaint however when checking out there was a line of people complaining about no hot water in their rooms for showering. Location was not great but not terrible.

• Penny (6/5): It was ok. - The kids really enjoyed the water slide The room wasn’t clean, there was a chunk of something stuck to the remote for the tv, greasy finger prints on the walls and crumbs in the draw.
• Rene (8/5): - Noisy construction in front and super noisy kids in adjacent room.....front desk advised.....it calmed down a bit !!!!
