- みー (9/5): 立地が便利、ファミリーフレンドリーなかわいいホテル - 雨だったので、無料の傘を貸してもらえたこと。スタッフの方がよくしてくださった。お菓子のバイキングやドライビングゲームがあったこと。立地がよくて、ホテル全体のモチーフがとてもかわいい。バスタオル、タオルなどが貸してもらえた。シャンプー、ボディソープもあった。 トイレとシャワーが一緒で床がぬれる。部屋に入ったとき水がなくて、隣の家族の部屋にはあったからリクエストして水を置いてもらえたから、はじめから置いてほしかった。もし知らなかったら、ないものだと思っていた。ホテル一部廊下やエレベーターが臭い。スタッフは聞けば教えてくれるが、聞きやすい感じではなかった。以前泊まった時はとても親切な男性スタッフが日本語を話してくれたが今回はちょっと残念の感じがした。でも対応が悪いわけではない。

The complimentary water and the free candy were such a nice surprise. The breakfast was kind of basic, but honestly, it was a good thing because there are SO many amazing places to eat around that it's kind of a waste to eat too much at the hotel. So, overall, not a big deal. Honestly, it's just a nitpick. The hotel is amazing.

- 小光✨ (8/5): - 1、具便利性的地點選址 2、有免治馬桶 1、WI-FI偏弱 2、可理解浴室小，故把盥洗用洗臉台設在房門邊的考量，在僅供一條足布下，我得選擇把它放在這還是浴室內?雖說洗臉台前有個排水孔，但盥洗時或多或少會濺出水在地上卻沒有足布防止地面濕濕的。不管是浴缸或是乾濕分離的浴室，卻沒有淋浴拉門或布簾防止水濺出，以至於整個浴室乾濕不分離，不確定貴飯店是什麼因素沒有拉門或布簾，呼應前面說得也許給兩條足布可以短暫解決這問題? 3、我其實不管是事前OTA後台或入住當天都有提到需求住宿明細的部分，不確定貴飯店的飯店作業系統是啥?但如果有系統的話，基本上住宿明細應該是很快就能印出，亦或是事前就準備好，也許是你們發票是退房開立的關係，以至於不能先開明細?也許能有個住宿證明的範例檔案直接套用，來解決等有點小久的部分，因為不是每個住客都有時間等 以上是櫃檯同業的小建議，辛苦了。

We loved the free snack room and the 24 hour ramen bar came in handy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The whole place was really cutely decorated in the bee theme. Great if you have a young family as they had a reading and play room as well. Also had a washer and dryer which was super convenient. We opted to get the breakfast included as it was a great value for three people and it was healthy and filling!

People staying in the room next to us spoke so laud that we couldn’t fall asleep until 4 AM. Great beds, bathtub, delicious breakfast (try the mushroom omelet), free candy and laundry (washer and dryer on 7th floor). And you get a free bath bomb with a toy inside at check in. Our favorite place in this awesome city.

- Péter (5/5): Overrated - The accommodation is in a good location. They speak poor English, and check-in took more than 30 minutes even though we had booked everything in advance. The room is very small, and the window cannot be opened. The air ventilation runs all day and is very noisy. The breakfast is not very good, and when we asked for milk instead of coffee/tea, it was charged extra — they even asked for the payment before we had finished breakfast.
