Staff helpful: our aircon didn’t work and they fixed it quickly. Not an issue for the property, but parking was nearby at €25 a day and even after utilising the lift, it involved 2 flights of stairs - so be aware if you have luggage. The hotel is very central, great location, but therefore subject to city noise and nightlife.

- Louis (9/5): Le meilleur hôtel de Biarritz - Emplacement, sympathie de l’équipe, confort, petit déjeuner, bien décoré, taille de la chambre, grande douche. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Quelques équipement abîmés mais qui ne gâchent pas du tout le séjour. L’emplacement central peut faire que la chambre est bruyante le matin.

Room size was very compact for the price point. Beds were bit uncomfortable and they used two single beds to make double bed setup which was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Hay un parking a 25€ dia a 400m Baño y ducha agradables 2 camas juntas que hacen cama de matrimonio , es incomodo Moqueta sucia LLaves en cada puerta , no tarjeta. pesa y es incomodo llevarlo. - Marion (9/5): Super hôtel très bien placé - L’emplacement, la literie, le petit déjeuner, la décoration des chambres et du salon du petit déjeuner, Wahou ! Un petit coup de peinture serait parfait pour rafraîchir un peu la chambre, et peut-être prévenir que l’accès nuit à partir de 20h n’est pas possible avec une poussette ou un fauteuil roulant (marches pour accéder à l’ascenseur). Sinon, tout était super !

- Victoria (8/5): - La ubicación y la limpieza, habia muy poquito ruido y eso hace mucho cuando vas con un bebé. Muy cómodo Por poner algún pero, el ascensor es un poco pequeño y la habitación que nos tocó tambien, pero dormimos estupendamente. Las almohadas un poco finas.

- Laurent (7/5): Pour une nuit ça va - L accueil de l hôtel est très moderne, très bien décoré. L établissement comme les chambres est extrêmement propre. La chambre était un peu petite et la déco un peu datée. La climatisation fait un bruit assez gênant. L hôtel est en plein centre ville et nous avons été dérangés la nuit pendant plusieurs heures par des gens qui hurlaient sur la petite place en bas de l hôtel (ce dernier n y peut rien) mais c est la localisation de l hôtel qui veut ça. D autre part nous aurions aimé un tout petit peu plus d attention du personnel que juste savoir si on avait déjà payé. A part bonjour et au revoir, aucune petite attention. C est dommage.

- Clauzel (8/5): Très bel emplacement - L’emplacement de l’hôtel plein cœur de ville, le buffet du petit déjeuner varié, le personnel très à l’écoute. La salle d’eau trop petite et la climatisation très bruyante.

- Oier (4/5): Limpieza nula - La ubicación Falta de limpieza, el personal un poco escaso en cuanto a idiomas. Aunque no hemos querido decir nada porque lo solucionamos rápido, al irnos a meter a la cama nos encontramos con una cucaracha y al no haber nadie durante la noche no pudimos contactar con nadie del personal del hotel.
