Guests may experience some noise or light disturbances from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 17:00. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. Please note that visitors are not permitted to access the property. The property's swimming pool is only for the use of guests staying at the property. Children can only use the swimming pool under adult supervision. Towel-changing service is offered every 3 days, and bed linen-changing service is offered every 5 days.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. L'appartement est très spacieux Très peu d'isolation phonique entre appartement ou avec le corridor. Donc suivant les autres vacanciers c'est pénible. Les matelas ne sont pas de très bonne qualité . Certains jours la douche doit être très rapide parce que l'eau devient vite froide.

O atendimento de toda a equipa foi excelente do início ao fim, sempre muito prestativos, simpáticos e disponíveis para ajudar em qualquer situação. A área da piscina e academia também é muito boa, agradável e bem cuidada, tornando a experiência ainda mais relaxante. Destaco também o atendimento da equipa da recepção, sempre muito atenciosa, e especialmente a equipa de limpeza, que merece nota 10. As funcionárias foram extremamente cuidadosas e simpáticas, passando frequentemente pelo quarto para confirmar se estava tudo bem e realizar a limpeza sempre que necessário. Esse cuidado fez toda a diferença na experiência. Como ponto de melhoria, achei que os móveis do apartamento onde ficámos poderiam ser mais modernos, pois parecem um pouco antigos. Além disso, como estávamos em quatro pessoas, em alguns momentos sentimos falta de água quente suficiente para todos, provavelmente devido a alguma limitação ou capacidade reduzida do sistema de aquecimento. Fora isso, tivemos uma ótima experiência.

Para tener un un horario tan reducido ( 10.00 a 18.00) y yo tener poco tiempo para disfrutarla porque fui por trabajo, me pareció mal que a esa hora aún no pudiese usarla.

Jessica (7/5): Reasonable for the price but dated and loud at night. - Good location and reasonably priced apartment room. It was dated, desperately needed a refurbishment, particularly the kitchenette, balcony and parts of the communal areas... but it was very clean, comfortable and had almost everything we needed for a four-night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Paid parking couldn't be booked, but was available, good daily charge and very convenient. The kitchenette and balcony were very dated and needed refurbishment. The room was very warm particularly at night, even for April, but there were no fans in the room. I read a review about the noise from a nearby bar before we went and I thought that it couldn't possibly be that bad... it was! The first night was so loud till well after midnight from not only the bar at the back of the hotel, but also just down the road. I wouldn't have minded so much if the singing wasn't so absolutely dreadful! While the windows not sealing well helped with the warm room, providing a bit of ventilation, it meant that there was no escaping the 'singing'. It was ok and pretty reasonable for the price, good beach location and immaculately clean... but I would not choose to stay there again.
Cristina (4/5): La imagen no muestra la realidad - La ubicación y las instalaciones exteriores (piscina y gimnasio). El apartamento de la foto no tiene nada que ver con el que nos asignaron. No tenía la cocina abierta con barra ni las vistas que aparecen en la imagen. La cocina estaba cerrada, con un mobiliario viejo lleno de marcas, golpes y sin división en el interior de las zonas con puerta. Una silla del salón estaba rota (le faltaba un tornillo) y lo supimos porque al poner la mochila encima, se le cerró una pata y se cayó. Por suerte, el baño sí que estaba arreglado, pero el agua caliente de la ducha no nos llegó ni un día para dos personas seguidas (y no somos de estar 15 min en la ducha). El aislamiento es inexistente, como los de al lado tengan la TV puesta, sin estar alto el volumen, la oyes perfectamente (por poner un ejemplo, porque se puede escuchar cualquier cosa, incluso desde los pasillos). El tema de que la habitación no fuera la que muestran en la foto lo comentamos en recepción, y la respuesta fue que el apartamento que habíamos reservado era la de un dormitorio y que podía tener la cocina así o no, pero que no se mostraba la foto del apartamento tal cual, sino uno "similar". Nos dieron el email del director del hotel para transmitirle nuestra queja y ya. Conclusión: la sensación es que pusieron el mejor de los apartamentos con las mejores fotos y como la mayoría de clientes son extranjeros y les sobra, pues listo. El nuestro tenía lo justito de un lavado de cara con cosas muy viejas y desgastadas a excepción del baño.

El baño es completo y muy espacioso. Tuvimos un problema con el tostador y de inmediato lo solucionaron. No utilizamos la piscina ni el gimnasio pero.....espectaculares!!! El gimnasio súper completo de maquinas y muy nuevo! Y las piscinas, amplias, con tumbonas y una zona de bar. Los pasillos y el ascensor...están bastante descuidados, sin embargo el resto de las instalaciones están totalmente reformados.

anders (8/5): Väldigt positiv upplevelse, hjälpsam personal, vi kommer gärna tillbaka. - Läget i Staden, väldigt fint badrum, inga kackerlackor, skön soffa, bra planlösning. Entren borde ligga mot centrum, såg att den legat där tidigare, väldigt tråkigt att gå runt då man är gammal o halt. Väldigt ful placering av varmvattenberedaren i rum 512. Balkongräcket borde snyggas till. Saknar mysbelysning i vardags rummet.
