- Luisa (8/5): Nice stay - The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and bus stops. It’s also close to Taroko Mall and convenience stores, which makes everything very accessible. The staff responded quickly when we reported that the bathroom had no proper drainage. They immediately arranged a room transfer for us. We only waited about 2 hours while the new room was being cleaned before we moved in. None so far

(Note: You need to put your infos in the “Reservation” menu, not “Check-in”, to check-in with the kiosk. The desk area had some funny smell but overall it was ok.
