Cockroaches were observed in the room, making it unsuitable to leave food items exposed. 2. The hot water supply in the shower room was inconsistent and requires proper regulation. 3. The toilet water temperature was excessively hot, whereas it should be normal cold water. 4. Water drainage in the bathroom was poor, causing water to stagnate in certain areas. 5. The room carpet appears worn out and requires replacement or refurbishment. 6. The breakfast selection was very limited and did not meet expectations considering the hotel standard and price paid. 7. The staff service was not satisfactory; some front desk staff appeared unfriendly, and continuous mask usage at the reception counter affected communication and guest interaction.

Additionally, the guests in the room next door do not close their door properly, causing it to bang loudly both during the day and at night.

Salleh Mesli (5/5): Better your technical double check again - Internet good, cool room and shower great The safety door is not good, and after the cleaner service does not lock properly because you have to smash the door harder. Some light does not light up properly. Safety box does not function at all

Souyono (6/5): - Thentoilet was not properly renovated. The bath tub waa removed and turned into a shower without refinement. It was roufh, the floor slippery and ugly.

Haji Sahak (1/5): - Tenpat bagus tapi tulah penohhh ! To all yang kan book sini think twice sebab kalau peak season kena sidai you all untuk que bilik , was waiting 3 jam untuk dapatkan bilik . Membazir masa sebab kan rush shopping atleast tak sempat shopping dapat bilik waktu kul 6petang , tunngu dari pukul 2petang.

Siew Lee (7/5): It was a quick stay and go trip but overall it was a good stay before a further trip. - The room itself is very comfortable, location is excellent, bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is cheap and delicious. The staff is friendly and well trained. Air-conditioning was not really good. The room was a bit warm even after adjusting the temperature to the lowest. WiFi was available but a bit slow.
Rakawih (6/5): It was a good one night stay. The breakfast was good . And the room size was great. Clean. - The prompt check in and the location. The car park free ticket for the night stay was commendable. Staff services at Santai restaurant has to be improved and the response time for ordered drinks was very slow. We waited for a glass of coca cola and a glass of cold coffee more than 40 minutes. And none of the staff was able to explain why the delivery of our drinks was slow! Not sure , the television was working or not. Attempted to switch it a few times. But failed!

Amirah (3/5): Boring - • hotel have netflix • near the shopping complex • The window was very small. • The window lock was broken. • I experienced difficulty breathing due to dust in the room, especially on the surfaces and in the air. • My husband noticed small red dots on my chest, possibly caused by bed bug bites. • The air-conditioning was not cold and hard to control, and the instructions were only in Chinese. • The iron in the room was not working. I requested a replacement twice, and the second iron provided was extremely heavy. • I wanted to use the wardrobe in the hotel, but I couldn’t because it had a musty smell. • The water was not clean because my son developed red rashes after taking a shower. • The lobby entrance before entering the hotel room was very hot
