- Giuliana (8/5): I was kindly greeted and the owner was able to cater to my requestes. - I like that we were able to have a room for myself and the gentleman was able to change the second room for the kids to be next to our room. Also he was very pleasant and easy to talk to also expalined about check in times and driving out with the key pass to open the gate for security. Driving into the motel, found it a little unclear how to turn in from the other side of the road, otherwise all good. Its wasnt as central to shepparton centre as I thought, but that could be due to the fact that I haven't been there before so maybe thought that it was only a short walk but its a short drive to the centre.

It was convenient for getting into the main eating area of Shepparton. There was a little noise from the highway in the quiet of the early hours of the morning, but really it didn’t disturb us.

Definitely would stay at the Addison Motor Inn next time I’m in Shepparton Some crockery and glassware was crust and needed a proper clean

- Adriane Markham (8/5): Friendly service and comfy beds. - Great location, friendly staff, comfy beds and nice pool area. Also, it is close to lots of eateries. Our favourite was McGuire's Bistro. We did hear a bit of traffic noise from Wyndham Street, so we did make use of our noise-cancelling head phones. The remote for the TV was a bit painful to use.

Loved the seperate rooms also, makes bed time so much easier for the kids when they have their own space. The pool was so clean and the temp was lovely. There is a great laundry facility on sire which you can use. The manager and staff were so friendly and welcoming. We loved the locked gates after 9pm, making the lot secure.

It's tricky about the gym thought it was inside the building.its not mentioned in the ads that it's outside another facility. Hospitality staff are not mindful enough to re stock our coffee & sugar and roll of tissue as we stayed 6 days .But thankful, emptied our rubbish bin but not vacuum the dirty carpet. Management is very accommodating. Strong Wifi Features advertise is not what it is.My hubby chose this Motel because it has gym but not mentioned that it is tie up with a gym outside the motel. We did not buy any drink & food upon arrival,as we expect it has a mini bar in the fridge as shown in the ads, but opening the fridge there was nothing on it even a bottle of water. Hospitality staff not mindful of re stocking our coffee ,milk,spare toilet paper considering the 6days we stayed. Netflix not ready to use has to subscribe in order to use.
- Anne (9/5): Quite clean friendly obliging staff. - Great staff. The pool, but it needs shade.
- Michael (7/5): Nice looking place but had its pitfalls - Rooms were clean, great coverage on windows, pool and surrounds clean. BBQ area Bed so uncomfortable. Wasn't saggy but hard and no topper on mattress, I kept waking with hard plastic cover from electric blanket under my shoulder. Male cleaner was a little too inquisitive borderline pestering us with questions about who we were why we were staying. Traffic noise quite loud from highway and the last night saw us with only a couple hours sleep after something banging in wind all night!
