I would have liked to have a hob (for boiling some pasta), some larger cups (mugs), a more frequent cleaning services ( we had the apartment cleaned just once in 7 days) and if visiting again in summer I would like air conditioning (the apartment had just an air heating system).

- 東恵 (10/5): 快適な滞在でした - 地下鉄の駅に近く、大変便利でした。 大型のスーパーも割合近くにあります。 夜、歌劇場から女性一人で帰ってくるのも心細い感じはしませんでした。 スタッフはフレンドリーだし、部屋は清潔でとても気持ちよく滞在できました。 IHコンロの使い方が少々わかりづらかったです。 食卓がもう少し明るいとありがたかったです。 暗いのでデスクのスタンドを食卓に移動して使いました。

- Wanda (7/5): Centraal gelegen en sfeervol appartement met handige parkeergelegenheid, maar met enkele ongemakken - De locatie is perfect: centraal gelegen en op loopafstand van monumentale gebouwen, parken en diverse horecagelegenheden. Het appartement was sfeervol en verzorgd ingericht, wat het verblijf extra prettig maakte. Daarnaast was het erg fijn dat er een parkeerplek in de garage beschikbaar was. Parkeren op straat zou lastig zijn geweest, dus dit was echt een groot pluspunt. De aankomstinstructies waren niet helemaal duidelijk. Daarnaast bleek last minute dat de receptie vanwege een feestdag eerder gesloten was, wat voor extra onduidelijkheid zorgde. De lift was buiten werking, wat onhandig was in combinatie met de toegang tot de parkeergarage. Hierdoor moesten we buitenom naar de achterkant van het pand lopen om binnen te komen. Het personeel was correct, maar niet bijzonder gastvrij. Tot slot lag het bed comfortabel, nadat we zelf de plastic beschermhoes hadden verwijderd.

- Bettina (9/5): Zentral und komfortabel - Zentrale Lage, trotzdem völlig ruhig, da das Zimmer zum Innenhof hinaus ging. Im Zimmer selbst war alles nötige vorhanden, das Bett war sehr bequem. Schade fand ich, dass man die Balkontür zum Innenhof nicht kippen darf. Da die Zimmer im zweiten Stock zum Innenhof auf Erdgeschosshöhe liegen, kann man nachts die Tür auch nicht offen lassen. Deswegen gab es leider keine Frischluftzufuhr. In der Kochecke habe ich lange nach dem Lichtschalter gesucht, und auch das Einschalten der Kaffeemaschine fand ich nicht selbsterklärend. Für Teetrinker wäre ein kleiner Wasserkocher schön.

Takodje, do sobe se ne dolazi direktno, već liftom do 7 sprata, pa nekim hodnicima do drugog lifta, pa tek onda od 7, do 8 sprata.Tek nakon mog velikog insistiranja i molbe: da sam bolesna, da sam došla zbog zakazanog pregleda kod doktora i da ih molim da mi obezbede toplu sobu, promenili su mi sobu.
