• Montserrat (9/5): Dues nits fantàstiques. - L'hotel està molt ben situat, en un lloc tranquil i alhora en un dels barris més típics de la ciutat. El personal ha estat molt agradable, l'esmorzar abundant i molt correcte, i el llit era molt còmode. Potser l'habitació podria haver estat una mica més gran i el mobiliari i la moqueta una mica més actualitzats, però es compensa per la neteja, impecable. Per dues nits ha estat fantàstic L'habitació i el bany tenien unes mides molt justes, i la moqueta es veia tacada, tot i que neta.

• Klaus (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in einem netten Hotel. - Das Hotel liegt direkt in Sachsenhausen, fußläufig in kurzer Entfernung von Restaurants, Straßenbahn und dem Main entfernt. Dei Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, Das Personal sehr freundlich. Nettes Hotel mit fairen Preisen. Alles gut.

• Omar (5/5): Für eine Nacht und zu diesem Preis finde ich die Unterkunft jedoch akzeptabel. - Das Zimmer ist gut, relativ sauber und liegt nah am Zentrum. Allerdings befindet es sich direkt am Treppenhaus. Zudem liegt die Toilette außerhalb des Zimmers am Ende des gegenüberliegenden Flurs, sodass man beim Gang dorthin immer den Schlüssel mitnehmen muss, was besonders nachts umständlich ist.

Está a dos minutos del rio; y cruzando el puente ya se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. La habitación es pequeña y la cortina es clara así que pasa toda la luz del exterior (hay que ponerse un antifaz para descansar). El personal de recepción es muy amable y nos ayudó con algunas necesidades (punto extra). La cortina que deja pasar toda la luz.

• Florian (5/5): Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine Lage und solide Grundausstattung, zeigt jedoch Schwächen im Detail – insbesondere im Bad - • Das Hotel Primus Frankfurt Sachsenhausen punktet vor allem mit seiner sehr guten Lage im beliebten Stadtteil Sachsenhausen. Viele Restaurants, Bars und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist praktisch. • Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es im Hotel selbst angenehm ruhig, sodass man sich gut erholen kann und nicht vom Stadtlärm gestört wird. • Besonders positiv fällt das bequeme Bett auf, das für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgt und den Aufenthalt insgesamt angenehmer macht. • Das Badezimmer ist leider sehr klein und eng geschnitten, was den Komfort deutlich einschränkt, vor allem bei längeren Aufenthalten. • Die Platzierung der Steckdosen wirkt etwas unpraktisch und wenig durchdacht, was die Nutzung von Ladegeräten oder elektronischen Geräten erschwert. • Auch die Sauberkeit im Bad lässt zu wünschen übrig – beispielsweise wurden schmutzige Gläser vorgefunden, was einen eher nachlässigen Eindruck hinterlässt.

• Annika (9/5): - Es war alles da, was man braucht. Das Peronal war sehr freundlich und die fußläufige Nähe zum Rewe ist sehr praktisch. -
• George (4/5): Entspricht nicht ganz den Bildern - Preis und Lage sind super. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die tatsächliche Ausstattung stimmt nicht mit den Bildern überein. In dem Doppelzimmer, das für eine Person gebucht war, war ein Bett kaputt, der Lattenrost lehnte gegen die Wand, die Matratze gegen das Fenster und die Toilettenspülung gibt nicht. Da ich 37 Euro für eine Nacht gezahlt habe, war es keine Katastrophe – sollte dennoch nicht sein. Die Mitarbeiterin, sehr freundlich, angesprochen darauf, fragte ob es mich stört; ich sagte zwar ja, da aber alle anderen Zimmer ebenfalls besetzt gewesen wären, gab es auch keine sonstige Lösung. Die Zimmer zudem sonst sehr hellhörig. Die Unterhaltungen im Flur kann man vollständig hören. Nochmal, dies nur als Hinweise – mit Blick auf den Preis sollte man gewiss auch nicht viel mehr erwarten (außer die Sache mit dem kaputten Bett; das ist unglücklich).

• Anastasiya (10/5): - Большое спасибо персоналу за оперативные ответы на вопросы в сообщениях на Букинге. Заселение было после 23:00 путем присланного кода и открытия специального ящика с ключами. Все супер быстро, каждый день проводилась уборка номера (за что отдельная благодарность). Расположение шикарное. Пускай отель далеко не новый, но видно, что владельцы очень стараются.

• INDY (9/5): - The location was good for a group of friends. Near were shop, coffee shop, bars, restaurants etc. The room was clean and large. I was hoping to have a water boiler and coffee in the room. I didn't liked the mattresses, they were a little too hard for my back.

• Thiago (7/5): - The bed was really comfy with a very good mattress. The room I rented was separated from the toilet of private use - what was a bit inconvenient, but it was informed upfront. The hotel has a lift, which is very convenient. Nice location - close to the core of Sachsenhausen but not in the middle of it. The hotel was being refurbished at the moment of my stay. While it occasionally caused some noise, it is a good sign they are working on improvements. Reception does not work 24/7, but has a nice and supportive staff in case you need anything. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I had not tried it.

• Eugen (5/5): Ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen. - Gefallen hat mir nur die Lage. Man kommt nachts nicht zur Ruhe. Die Zimmern sind sehr schlecht isoliert also hört man alles was nebenan passiert und oben drüber. Trotz Rauchverbot hat man im Flur geraucht was sehr unangenehm war.

The carpet is old, the shower doesn't work properly, the beds aren't comfortable as they are singles not a double bed. There is no coffee or water in the room, the elevator had bedsheets in it everytime I had to use the elevator

• Sebastian (5/5): Besten Jahre hintersich benötigt Renovierung - Die Lage passt. Das Hotel hat die besten Jahre hinter sich. Außerdem ist es sehr laut. Zimmertüren sind zu dünn somit hörte man selbst Nachbarn im Zimmer sprechen.

Wir hatten Glück und noch einen der wenigen Parkplätze erhalten. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral. Eine Straßenbahn hält direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Zimmer ist klein. Für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung aber für längeren Aufenthalt wäre es uns zu klein.
