- Belinda (5/5): Passable - The location was very good in Pratunam right amongst the night markets with plenty of eateries available. The bed was comfy. About 10-15 minute walk to Centralworld and the station for the airport. Thank you to the young lad on checkout who found my power adaptor still in the room. I paid extra for breakfast one morning and it was tasty, but do get there first thing because none of the hot food is kept warm. Water, coffee and tea, and toilet paper replaced daily. Wifi was useless, always cutting out and you needed to constantly reconnect. I tried to organise a shuttle from the airport via messaging the property. They never returned my message. I tried once more to organise a shuttle to the airport...was told the appropriate person would contact me...they didn't...once again a lack of follow through. Fridge was dirty.

- Yin (8/5): It’s affordable and convenient plus staffs makes the stay more welcoming - *Hotel is near from markets, so 1st time travelers won’t have any problem to buy things that are needed. *Staffs are excellent! Receptionists are very accommodating, luggage porter are very assistive and room managers refills everytimg every single day Maybe it need a little update on room facilities such as aircon and toilet room

- bryanhlam (6/5): Convenient Location but Room for Improvement - I stayed at Grand Alpine near Pratunam Market for 9 days. The hotel’s location is a big plus—it’s very close to Pratunam Market, making it a great choice for shopaholics who love shopping for clothing. Most of the staff are Filipino, and their English proficiency is better compared to many locals, which is very helpful. However, my stay wasn’t without issues. Upon entering my room on the first day, I encountered a small rat running around. While this was shocking, I appreciate that the receptionist promptly sent someone to handle the issue. Housekeeping could also improve, as towels weren’t replaced daily, and I often had to request them. That said, when I asked the Burmese-speaking receptionist for a replacement, she promptly arranged for two additional towels to be delivered to my room. The hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay, and the noise during the day made it uncomfortable, especially when trying to rest. Another drawback is the location of the hotel street—it’s so narrow that most taxi drivers refuse to drive down it, making it difficult to get picked up if you book a taxi through mobile apps. On the bright side, the receptionists were incredibly patient and helpful. They consistently received my online shopping orders from platforms like Lazada and Shopee without any complaints. I would give them full marks for their service. Overall, Grand Alpine has a great location and friendly staff, but they need to address cleanliness, amenities, and renovation-related inconveniences to improve the guest experience.
- Andrew (9/5): Good and affordable place to stay. - Very good location — it’s in Pratunam where there are a lot of food stalls and restaurants, and a night market, it’s about 5min walk to the Airport Link Ratchaprarop Station, about 10min walk to the stops for bus going to the malls (CentralwOrld, Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Discovery), stops for bus going to the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, and Wat Arun.

So many food places can try and good place to have some souvenirs shopping too. Toilet wasn't cleaned throughly during housekeeping. The lamp beside my bed also very dusty.

Hope they will have the time to renovate this hotel, and importantly CLEAN. Staffs are wearing sleepers. Seats to the couch were the guests sits. Smoke at the lobby. Kept their shoes bags etc at the lobby area at the back of the table. My fingers will get tired if i type all the bad memories i had with this hotel , so ill just stop.

They said the room is fully booked and didn't do anything for me accepted one of the staff said "sorry madam the room is full and how can I go to another place without planning and they didn't have any solution for me. After awhile the another staff give me the other room and I really angry for this . What a irresponsible hotel.

We arrived late around 10PM. We checked in and the room was disgusting. The bed linen was visibly stained. There were marks that look like they’ve been on the walls for ages. Bathroom was unclean. Towels were dirty so we had to ask for new ones. We arrived late so couldn’t leave but instantly booked a new hotel for the next two nights. We spoke to the staff on reception about it and we were told to come in the morning at 10am to talk to the manager. We did this then were told the manager would be coming in later and then not at all. Explained we would be checking out and we want our money back. They told us to go through agoda so we did and they agreed to waive the fee but then refused to through agoda. Again I seriously don’t understand the good reviews on this. Please read the Google reviews and trip advisor reviews before booking

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Before the staff was good now they change even they don’t want to talk to the customer in a proper manner I’m one one the letter ng team customer ever year I stay there when I said hello to one of the worker he behaves that he doesn’t know me and also I saw one the girl receptionist he had fights with the customer because the customer San was stacked in to the elevator but instate of helping she was shouting on the customer over all this year was not a good experience at grand alpine hotel I hope the management change in to positive .

- Suz (6/5): - This is a budget hotel, strategically located in the central of pratunam. It is very close to the Pratunam Market, 7eleven, street food and massage area. Suitable for short stay. Condition and comfort of the room is pretty bad. But for the price we are paying, can't expect too much from them.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Old, dirty, unmanageable - The room is very dirty.. first time we check in, we have a problem with the aircondition, we managed to change our room after 3 times complain about the aircond. The new room they give us there’s a lot of bed bugs. Toilet was dirty, sometimes there’s a baby cockroach running at the floor. Only the good is the hotel is walking distance to muslim restaurant and night market
