• Santione (3/5): Sicuramente da evitare - Non ho mai fatto una recensione negativa... Non mi è piaciuto nulla , le foto non cossispondino alla stanza che ci hanno dato. Il secondo do giorno ci hanno cambiato di camera ma la.pulizia lascia a desiderare seriamente Troppo sporco, asciugamani lerci e strappati anche rattoppati , box doccia intasato , lavandino intasato, tavoletta water in mdf consumata e lercia, cuscini bruciati, cinghie nel letto. Polvere e macchie ovunque, termosifoni arrugginiti, giustificazioni date dallo staff imbarazzanti
• Guest (2/5): La città è molto interessante e ricca di arte - La colazione era servita in un bar nelle vicinanze ed era abbastanza buona Non mi e' piaciuta la mancanza igiene e pulizia nella stanza, impolverata e con odore di urina. Nel bagno mancavano i tappi del lavandino e nel bidet, inoltre lo stendino a muro era arrugginito. Aggiungo che le federe dei cuscini erano rammendate e le tende avevano dei buchi.

• MARIJOSE (1/5): - Un FRAUDE. Teníamos reservado un apartamento superior con dos camas simples y una grande de matrimonio. Confirmamos telefónicamente que era esencial dos camas separadas. Nos dijeron que sin problemas. Y nos han dado una habitación con una sola cama de matrimonio que no cumple ni los mínimos (limpieza, olores, mantenimiento). Solicitamos el cambio y nos dicen que no hay disponibilidad. Insistimos y nos dicen que solo si pagamos 15€ más. Les decimos que no es lo acordado y que nos devuelvan el dinero porque no queremos estar allí y con mucha ironía nos dicen que es imposible, que si queremos que nos quejemos en Booking porque ellos no piensan hacer nada. Un fraude y una vergüenza.

Suitable for one or two nights The photos of the room completely do not correspond to reality. We had two quadruple rooms. There were no photos of these numbers. None of the rooms had balconies or a good view of the city. The staff responded to messages prior to arrival. After departure, the staff ignores all messages asking for invoices.

Има улични музиканти и танцьори, много добри са и си заслужава да се видят. Всички забележителности са на минути пешеходно разстояние, пълно е със заведения и приказни магазинчета за сувенири. Служителите са много отзивчиви и при нужда от помощ съдействат веднага.

• Nikolaos (5/5): - Η τοποθεσία των δωματίων είναι ιδανική για να γνωρίσει κανείς την πόλη του Λέτσε. πέρα από την τοποθεσία δεν θα επέλεγα ξανά τα δωμάτια αυτά σε επόμενο ταξίδι. Σαν παροχές βέβαια είχαμε μόνο το μπάνιο και το ξέραμε εξαρχής, όμως στο δωμάτιο δεν υπήρχε ούτε ένα ποτήρι, έστω και πλαστικό, για να πιούμε νερό. Δεν υπήρχε καλαθάκι για τα σκουπίδια παρά μόνο αυτό στην τουαλέτα το οποίο μάλιστα ήταν και χαλασμένο. Οι πετσέτες ήταν παλιές και φθαρμένες. Το δωμάτιο ήταν στενάχωρο και χωρούσε τους 3 από τους 4 (δύο ζευγάρια) με αποτέλεσμα ο τέταρτος να κοιμηθεί στην κουζίνα, η οποία δεν είχε παράθυρα και δεν είχε κλιματισμό. Οι τοίχοι του σπιτιού ήταν βρώμικοι και μάλλον για χρόνια άβαφοι.

• Waliva (1/5): Un asco, desastroso, no lo recomiendo para alojarse!!!!! - La ubicación en pleno centro histórico Bueno es una larga lista, al entrar a la habitación el olor era desagradable, sucia, terrorífica, literalmente una pocilga. Comenzando x las paredes sucias y manchadas, las camas eran catres con colchones de 5 cm, sábanas agujereadas y con pelos, toallones deshilachados y con olor. Al refrigerador le faltaba una pata, sucio. El baño un asco, llena de hongos las paredes y ducha, oxidadas las canillas. Nunca realizaron la limpieza de la habitación. Los pisos sucios con pelos. Hicimos el reclamo de q no pudimos dormir en esos colchones y no tuvieron intención de solucionar el problema ni de cambiar las sábanas. La puerta de la habitación se trababa al abrirla con llave. Olor a cigarrillo en los pasillos. Un asco todo. Les recomiendo q no vayan.
• ALI (6/5): A eviter malgré l emplacement - L'unique avantage est la proximité avec le cevtre historique. L appartement en lui même est insipide et mal entretenu. Le 3eme lit d appoint n est pas confortable, pourrait éventuellement convenir a un enfant de bas âge. Luminaire salle de bain cassé et réparé avec du scotch. Clé/serrure de l appartement qui deconne . Et pas de petit dej sur place , des tickets sont donnés pour prevdre une boisson et une viennoiserie dans un bar ou au mc do , un comble d aller au mc do quand on est a Lecce.

The interior of both rooms were very worn, bathrooms need updating and if stay as a family be warned that you may not get rooms next to each other

As a B&B Mammasisi Rooms were average although the 'breakfast' part of B&B is misleading - breakfast was a ticket voucher that was redeemable at a specific bar(s), one of which was a kilometre away and consisted of pastry and a cup of coffee. UK and North American travellers would expect more. Mammasisi Rooms, please be more specific on what guests can expect.
• Silvana (2/5): Terrível - Terrivel. Quando chegamos para o check-in às 11:30 nao havia ninguém para nos receber. E quando conseguimos fazer o check-in, nosso quarto ainda nao estava pronto. Confirmamos um dia antes nosso horário de chegada, mas nao obtvemos retorno. Havia lâmpadas queimadas, o ar condicionado não funcionava, somente ventilação, o chuveiro não esquentou mesmo depois de 15min aberto e as toalhas e lençóisetsamvam rasgados. O café da manhã oferecido era 1 croissant e um café ou chá. Melhor se dissessem que nao havia café da manhã incluido. Pedi uma informação pelo whats e nunca recebi retorno. Um absurdo de atendimento e condições de hospedagem. A unica coisa positiva é que provavelmente era limpo, mas tão mal cuidado que olicava tudo em dúvida. Acho que o Hoteis.com deveria banir este tipo de acomodação do site.
• Riad (2/5): Most unorganized establishment ever - By far one of the most unorganized hotel i have ever tried. Reception hardly ever there and when someone comes, can't help much. Furniture old and uncomfortable, sheets and towels hardly every changed. One day the person who clean the room, left the room with our door wide open fir anyone to get in and left his or her key in our door. So safety is zero.

Lecce è una bella città la gente in linea di massima accogliente .

Room equiped in cheapest, dirty, bad shape equipment. Broken bed light, hair dryer, tv. Dirty bed cover with cigaret holes. Towels like rags. Room cleaning doesn't exist, it's unvisible.

Our room was next to the reception and when they were checking someone in the whole room lights up and you can hear everything. And this happened twice in the middle of the night! Also there is noisy pressuriser in the room so forget going to the bathroom without waking everyone up.

• irma (4/5): - El alojamiento está bien situado pero le hace falta una reforma urgente. El lavabo tenía moho y las toallas eran tan viejas que estaban raídas. Se agradecería tener agua embotellada dentro, como en otros B&B del mismo precio. La atención correcta.
• Bernardino (4/5): Nicht zum empfehlen! - Sauberkeit unter aller würde, überall staubig und dreckig. Der Klo war am Boden dreckig und habe selbst sauber gemacht. Nach sauberen Handtüchern habe nachfragen müssen und nach Toilettenpapier auch. Die Zimmer wurde auch nur zweimal geputzt und zwar nur ein wenig den Boden, mehr nicht! Also, das Haus würde ich leider keiner empfehlen, liegt zwar sehr zentral und das war sehr schön, aber den Rest, möchte ich ganz schnell vergessen. Bin dahin gewesen, weil ich schon mal 2019 da war, aber damals ist am wenigsten sauber gewesen und habe nichts zum beanstanden gehabt.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Me mandaron a otro alojamiento - Cuando llegué, me avisaron de que había un problema con la habitación, que habían intentado avisarme pero mi número de teléfono no tenía el prefijo internacional y me colocaron en otro B&B a quince minutos.
• Antonio (6/5): Al centro di Lecce - Non posso attribuire un voto alto perchè la struttura non è nuova e presenta delle carenze, ma è anche vero che il prezzo non è alto e quindi alla fine direi che siamo su un voto di piena sufficienza. Lati positivi: vicinanza dal centro, anzi in piena isola pedonale, quindi parcheggi solo nelle aree limitrofe e a pagamento. Per il resto, nel prezzo è compresa anche la colazione minimale (cappuccino, cornetto o pasticciotto, marmellata e fette biscottate). Per il resto arredamento datato e aria condizionata, almeno per il periodo di mezza stagione, non disponibile. Invece nota molto negativa e non lo sapevo, gli asciugamani vengono cambiati solo dopo tre pernotti, per me pura follia, ma comunque la signora della reception è stata disponibile a cambiarmi almeno i teli da doccia (una volta perchè ne aveva due disponibili). Quindi dai, se volete stare al centro di Lecce, magari senza auto al seguito e con prezzi molto bassi, allora il B&B Mammasisi fa al caso vostro! Il personale comunque è gentilissimo.

• Ariel A (4/5): cambio de hospedaje - Nos cambiaron el hotel que habiamos reservado en un principio porque dijeron que estaban remodelando. Nunca nos avisaron con el debido tiempo para ver si queriamos cambiar nuestra reserva. No me parece adecuado la forma, no es serio.

Appartamenti fatiscenti, sporchi e nel nostro caso anche con l’aria condizionata rotta. Non fatevi condizionare dalle recensioni positive, perché ne rimarrete molto delusi o come nel mio caso anche con una notte insonne per il caldo infernale a causa della mancanza di aria condizionata. En rentrant du restaurant, la porte de l'immeuble est fermé et je suis resté 20 minutes devant avant de pouvoir l'ouvrir grâce à un voisin de l'immeuble qui a finit par accepter de me laisser rentrer. La salle de bain est salle, il restait des poils des anciens occupants. Une taie d'oreiller déchirée et le bruit du moteur de la climatisation sur ma fenêtre en continue, le matelas n'est pas assez grand pour le lit... à éviter !
• Lyne (4/5): - A part sa location bien située, je n’y retournerais aucunement.
• Luigi (10/5): - Non entro in tanti dettagli ma il soggiorno è stato particolarmente positivo, la struttura merita. Non solo per la posizione, che comunque è pazzesca.
• Stefania (10/5): - a parer mio un'ottima soluzione per soggiornare nel centro città, comoda, silenziosa e a buon mercato peraltro. difficile trovare di meglio in base alla mia esperienza di strutture su lecce
